I’ve been to this shop a few times. The customer service could be better and how the clerk interacts with customers needs to improve. I purchased two puff bar vapes on a Monday. Here it is Wednesday and both are out. This is not acceptable and deems this place unreliable when it comes to their product. When calling back, the gentleman asked if I counted the number of puffs I took because I could have actually used all 800 puffs quoted on both devices. He offered to give a discount but why would I spend another $30 at his place after what happened. Thanks but no thanks. I understand he is not the manufacturer but you can do a little better as a small business owner with you return policy when items may be defective.

I wish this wasnt the closest c-store tobacco shop to my house. A $2 card fee, expired medicine, counterfit ecigarettes, and more. I was even once sold a CBD salve that was ended up being filled with granulated sugar. Thats just what I got in 2020.

Overpriced and rude

I went as my first time and I was looking around to see all their products then the worker asks if I need help I say no I’m just looking thanks, then after about 10 seconds he rudely says “hey I’m trying to close” I say ok and wait outside in my car then multiple people go in and out the shop with no problem. I was ready to. He stayed open for more than 30 minutes after this incident. Very rude and unfriendly workers.

This shop sells fake vape products and refuses to make it right with his customers. Avoid this shop they are all about ripping you off as fast as they can. Extreme markups on all his products. The guy that owns the store is scum he Knowingly sells defective and fake products.

Went there and brought a cigar, I asked the older worker guy can he cut the tip he says they dont do that, but thats funny I was there last weekend when a younger worker guy was there and he had no problems cutting the tip both times I came. I been going to this store since they first open and Im really starting to think that the older males that work there have a problem with helping a women SMFH who do u think gave birth to you idiots, Ill wait!!
