Not to helpful or kind customer service, when ask where something is the response is not let my me help you but it is over their ?.Maybe their years of service 🤔 have them complacent believing it will not get any better than this, we have what you need. Not helpful people at all. 2 Stars 🌟🌟 out of 5Their like the old frys and their no longer here.

Where to go if you dont find it in the big stores. More help to . god people to help but need to be patient.some items little more expensive but if you need the job done it doesnt matter .

Parking was available next door and on the street. No one acknowledge me while I entered or walked thru the store. The place is disorganized, dusty & lighting is dim. After finding what I was looking for, it required to be cut by an employee. When I went to the front where two women do the cashiering and look at their phones. I asked for help, but I was sent to look for the guy in back, whom was never present.No customer service whatsoever, even when one of them walked by me a couple of times. I try to support smaller hardware stores rather than the big box stores with political affiliations ( ie. Home Depot) But I left without purchasing anything.

Terrible experience. I called and asked them if they had Happy Frog potting soil in stock, the customer service rep Edwardo responded let me check for you ge returned to the phone and said we have two bags in stock. I drove from Los Angeles to Hawthorne. Upon my arrival I asked for the two bags. Edwardo that I spoke with on the phone, walks me to the back of the store, he states we have three bags . He pointed out the bags to me. I was so disappointed to see that these bags were not the Happy Frog bags of soil that I requested . Before leaving I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was no more helpful than Edwardo. What sad case.. I would never return or recommend anyone to shop this store👎

This is a great local hardware store, its our community store. Most of the homes and apartments here were built between the 1950s through the mid-1970s. They carry most of what we need to repair our homes in a pinch, and more if we want to be creative. The employees are the best, never too busy to answer a question, nor are they too busy to find what you need...if they have it. Not many stores around like this anymore...what a gem!!!

Dumb place for they are EVEN refusing your debit cards without showing them IDs! Credit is understandable no check is okay but debits? Not my choice and do not recommend. As for the choice and prices you can always catch with a something way interesting at Home depot nearby. With a such stupid policy for your dear customers you will soon get buncrupt guys!
