Great prices and friendly staff. I was one if those last minute shoppers checking it with 5 minutes to spare and another customer walked in at 10 till closing. Employees were polite and never made any comments to make us feel rushed

Great little shop. Had a great selection of clothes and shoes, but the inventory changes regularly so its good the check every week or so. The place was super clean and easy to get around in. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Easy to find. Will be adding it to my list of regular shopping places.

Good prices on things. Make sure you like what you get because if you try to return something you are given an attitude. Staff is not very friendly and seem very occupied with talking to each other!!

This is one of my favorite places to shop! They have great deals! I always try to check here before I get things elsewhere because the deals are so awesome! The owners and employees are always extremely kind and helpful! I don’t know the owners personally, but I know they are generous in helping out the community!!! I am super thankful for the store, the owner(s), and the employees! Everyone I know who shops here always raves about the cool things for the great prices that they find!

I cannot say I will shop here again! My husband bought me some shoes just a couple weeks ago that didnt fit properly. I meant to exchange the, but between work, doctors visits, and my car being in the shop, it took me about 2 weeks to get back to the store. Not two months, TWO WEEKS. My bank account had just been drained by my mechanic and when I asked for a refund with receipt in hand, the assistant manager refused, saying their return policy is 7 days. I asked for an exception on a $14 return so that I could pay for my childs medication I needed to pick up, but she refused. I am beyond disappointed. If you cant make an exception on a perfectly reasonable request for a customer in need, I dont want to be your customer. Wont shop there again!!!Update: There was no exception made with an exchange as it is not a return, and is allowed as it is part of your policy, according to your Assistant manager. I would have just as soon left the shoes there will nothing in return, as they are completely useless to me. Money was only offered after I shared my story publicly, so you can guess the driving force there. Its ridiculous that you think I would come back after being treated so rudely!

Use to like this store the first few years they were opened. The owners were great along with customer service and prices. Recently in the past year their customer service has been horrible and the staff is rude. The prices for the quality of there product is priced too high. They mark it down just just a few dollars short of the original box store price. I will never recommend this store to anyone ever again.

A great little business on the north end of Hayden on Government Way. Dont forget to visit every few weeks to see what new items hes brought in. Keep an eye on products that arent moving fast for the best discounts. Even new items can be good finds even if they are sometimes only 20-30% off retail.

Great items and selection. Check back frequently. All items are new, but it’s like a thrift store in the sense that items constantly come in and out. I am a thrift store queen, and this store is GREAT! Staff is also EXCELLENT!

We scored today! Was having a hard time finding school clothes for my 12 year old. We stopped in and found wonderful stuff, she was so happy. Nice people, very helpful. Definitely will return. Thank you!!

The staff here is SUPER friendly. And the deals are awesome, just gotta be willingly to keep checking back to see whats new.

They dont have a great location, since theyre easy to miss off of Government, but they sure make up for it with hugely discounted prices for quality items including shoes, clothing, furniture, rugs, electronics, dishware, etc. Im so glad I found them and took the time to stop! Their inventory appeared to be in great shape and their staff was super courteous.

This store gets a lot of clothes, and other items such as furniture, from Costco after they close them out. They get other wares from many different stores. If you dont find something you like, come back the next day. They get a new shipment every week and place new items out daily. They have a second location in Post Falls that is more clothing based. You cant beat the prices,and good service.
