Quick service even though I was in the drive through.

Went through to get my wife a coffee since our regular place was closed. Ordered a blended tall Carmel something. 1/3 of it was whipped cream. $5.25 for an 8 oz drink. No, really. How is this place still in business? The only thing I can figure is there are way too many taste bud dead people with too much money. Lesson learned. Never going to get robbed by Starbucks again.

Mom and I needed a pick-me-up, stopped by for a treat. They didnt have the beverage I wanted but the guy there kindly suggested something similar. I said sure! It was a cookie crumble something or other. My mom got a frappe. $11 for disgusting garbage that I dumped down the sink. Not the pick me up we were looking for. I cant believe people even go to Starbucks anymore. Hyper inflated disgusting stuff. Highly highly disappointed. Honestly, go to a local coffee joint. Unless you LIKE the taste of overpriced mud water.

Used to a store downtown. This being the case I was prepared for some minor changes. However I was not prepared for the lack of greeting customers. Just doesnt feel like Starbucks honestly feels like any other coffee shop that thinks it is hip.My drink was fine nothing special.

Great. Coffee was good and staff was friendly. The line was very long, but was on the road so didnt want to go inside.

Sorry but this has got to be one of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. The first time.... Drinks were not as ordered and it took forever. Okay Ill try again maybe it was just a bad day... Okay no same deal wrong drinks took forever this time the girls attitude sealed the deal it wasnt a bad day but a bad Starbucks.

I go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks. I’ve never had this problem with a Starbucks before, but they can’t seem to get the temperature of the kids drink correct. I order apple cider‘s for my three-year-old, it has been piping hot and when I ask them to cool it they dump half out and fill with ice cubes so it is a cold diluted unsavory beverage. I’ve tried to specify when ordering, they still can’t figure it out, other Starbucks seem to be able to get the drink into a “drinkable“ range.

It would be a lot better if that one barista would stop putting WHIPPED CREAM on my DAIRY FREE drink. Just that one barista…

Amazing customer service. Accidentally forgot to order oatmilk in my chai tea and asked to get it remade, I offered to pay, but they remade the drink for free and gave me a 4 dollar gift card. Employees are always amazing when I’m there.

Went in to get used coffee grounds for my garden. In a matter of minutes they gave me a huge bag. My garden is grateful 🌻

BEST STARBUCKS EVER! The staff here are amazing! Baristas were very sweet and made conversation and were just so nice. I loved the environment they have inside. Very welcoming! I asked for a specialty drink that I saw on the internet and they made it perfectly! I am so impressed with them and cant wait to go back!

Very mixed for todays visit. Wonderful they were open on a holiday. But, lobby was closed to everyone. So, those that used order ahead on the app were left waiting in line for 45 minutes or more. Unfortunately, I didnt have the time to wait, so I was unable to pick up my order. I waited 30 minutes, but didnt even make it to the drive thru entrance.

Everyone was super friendly and food was great. Croissants and bacon/egg bites were delicious.

I have loved going into Starbucks for years. Usually the staff is always upbeat and friendly. My favorite drink is a Passion Tea Lemonade with some added flavors along with a Chai Frap as well. We had never gone to this particular location before but we were in the area and decided to walk in and get a drink. The young man at the counter serving us ask if we had a mask we could wear. My husband said he did not and was wiling to wear the ones they had provided. I exlained that I have a medical condition that a mask henders. He said, ok and proceeded to take my order and then my husbands. I was about to pay for the order when a young gal comes over and demands that I wear a mask, I stated that I already had this discussion with her co-worker before ordering and that I have a medical condition. Furthermore, per Panhandle Health I am not required to provide documentation regarding my condition. She stated in so many words that regardless of the Districts rules Starbucks requires a person to wear a mask and if you can not, you can only go through the dirve through or use curbside (where you come just as close to their employees) and you are not allowed in their stores. Courious how this works at the Starbucks locations in Safeway store, as Safeway is not kicking people out of their stores!? So I looked up both the CDA regulations and the Starbucks regulations and we were both right. Major conflict! Regardless...the young man had already asked and was content to take our orders and proceed. Her professionalism was non-existant. I have also done a lot of shopping at different Starbucks stores for Christmas gifts. That wont be happening in the future. I will also start making my own Passion Tea Lemonades at a much lower cost no less! STARBUCKS you have disappointed once AGAIN!

Awful service and drink. Waited 10 minutes in line for ONE drink that wasn’t even correctly made (a guava passionfruit drink with coconut milk). When I said it wasn’t made correctly, They took my drink back with attitude, added milk, didn’t even mix it, and sent me off. Not to mention this is my regular order and has never tasted so bad. This location’s employees lack integrity and respect. Upsetting.

The team members at this Starbucks treat everyone as if you are there best friend :)

Everyone at this location has been SO friendly! We are just visiting this area but Ive been to this location about 6 times in the past three weeks and everyone has been super nice. Plan on returning many times while we are here. Banana bread is to die for and the coffee is, well, Starbucks. Still overpriced, even here! Starbucks fans will love it, though!

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with just one of the drinks I ordered. No one asked me if I was still waiting, so I finally asked the barista if my cold brew was coming. She was quite curt in telling me the other gal was getting my drink ready (about 8 minutes after receiving my first drink). I still continued to wait until I was asked which drink I was waiting for (she was the one who took my order). She was prompt in getting the cold brew drink, but seems like there was a lack of teamwork in this Starbucks.

This is a go to place for a quick meeting among friends and colleagues. Also, well trained staff. The guy at the front counter seemed a little frazzled but was polite in letting me know hed be right with me. The barista next to him has been with Starbucks over 20 years. She must like working there.

My girlfriend loves their Irish brew cold coffee but I prefer white coffee and they dont have it.

Its surprisingly adorable. I work at a different coffee shop and expected Starbucks to very commercialized and fast. They are very efficient but all the baristas are genuinely friendly and kind. There is a definite small town coffee shop culture which I didnt expect but is very pleasanr.!

Its quite often uncomfortably cold here. They recently remodeled this location, and now there are very few places to sit that offer an outlet. All but three of the tables are now tiny round things so small that theres barely enough room for your coffee and a laptop, let alone a notepad or a textbook. Only one of these small round tables is next to an outlet. The chairs at these takes are also all backless, making this a poor place for the elderly to come meet up. There is one section with booth seating along one wall and 3 tables that have chairs with backs, but as these are the only other seats that are close to outlets, and the only tables large enough to do more than set your coffee down on, they are often the first ones claimed.

Quick service and always has a variety of foods, practically NEVER out of the food you want (protein packs for me).

They always have great service, and theyre always more than willing to fix something thats not right. Theyve caught themselves messing up my order before I even have the chance to see it, theyll let me know what they did wrong and then make my order correctly and still offer me the one they messed up on since theyre just gonna have to throw it away. Theyve even randomly added in an extra treat for no aparent reason. I truly love going to this place. I will purposely go out of my way to make sure to go to this one, because I love the people and service they provide here.

So apparently it’s ok to touch my venti latte cup with your bare hands...wipe your hair away from your eyes with your bare hands... touch my lid with your bare hands... put the stopper to my coffee in the lid with your bare hands but you have to hand me my coffee in a porcelain cup? Major fail Starbucks, major fail.

We often visit this location, and used to really love it, there used to be an employee at the drive through that was so nice and genuine but she no longer works there and to be blunt, since she has gone we have gotten nothing but poor service. For example this location rarely has S.Pellegrino - plain. So I’m able to get my teens their drinks of choice but I always end up with nothing. (This is the location closest to our home so is most convenient). And today, I asked for my drink extra sweet, I tried it and it was not, I then asked for them to sweeten it a bit more and the woman at the drive through with red hair, frowned said “ugh it’s not sweet enough for you??!!” I said no, and asked if she could add a touch more sweetener to it for me...as I assume they want customers to be pleased with their drinks and it was how I ordered it....she took it without saying anything and brought it back again saying only “you got your straws right?!”👎🏻Starbucks

They have nice employees and are quick with your order. They have a wide selection of drinks and food. They are in walking distance from many places.

Apparently the printer that spits out orders started malfunctioning with my order. I was waiting about 10-15 min for my order by the time they figured this out. They gave me an extra tall caramel macchiato they had or I would have given them 1-2 stars. The employees were very nice as they usually are, but I was in a hurry and this was for my wife on Mothers Day.

I have been working on a paper for the past couple hours and I decided that I needed a change of scenery. I went to this Starbucks and got a medium caramel macchiato with ice. They asked me how my day was going and I told them that I was braindead from wasting away in front of my computer. They said that they completely understand and that the coffee was on the house. I got to enjoy a good cup of coffee and kick back for a half an hour while I drew. The customer service here is excellent and puts most coffee shops to shame. I definitely will come back and often at that.

Gross incompetence runs rampant at this location. This location frequently messes up my order. Today I ordered a Bagel. They gave me half of what I ordered and half of some gross one. Idaho is ranked 48th stupidest in education in the US and it shows here. And what is really perplexing is that coffee boy wants to run for president. Avoid Starbucks in Idaho.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. Seating is sparse, electrical outlets are few and far between, but parking is adequate, and the partners are great.However, none of the above makes any difference in my evaluation of this location, as the one and only thing that has dropped my review score to what I am giving is the fact that the Wifi service here sucks big time. Worst Wifi in all of Starbucksia.I will never return to this location, if fact, I am leaving now to go to the one in Sandpoint for better Wifi.

The Starbucks I visited was decent enough of a place to get coffee from if your in a hurry and choose the drive-thru. The inside is a bit cramped, but comfortable.
