Ive tried all the rest and with the same order, Decaf Carmel Frappuccino with whipped cream and EXTRA, EXTRA, EXTRA Caramel, Ive gotten so many different variations from 2 star down to inedible. All tried from some of the so called Top Branded Coffeehouses & Kiosks.ONLY THE HUMAN BEAN STANDS ABOVE ALL THE REST!!Their Menu has Traditional as well as their own Specials that are amazing I cannot wait to taste their pumpkin . They dont balk at an order that isnt on their menu and create while being Genuinely friendly and as a Regular, or should I say my hubby is more the regular as he picks up for me on his way home, they even wrote my Specialty order down on a post it just in case I have a craving on different shifts, which came in handy just yesterday.BTW I have only been there in person once, my hubby picks up my Decaf Frapp after work.

Fast, friendly, competitively priced. Have low carb smoothie on menu and a walk up window. My husband loved his cinnamon roll.

This is my Ill drive out of my way to go to one of their coffee houses. Some of the friendliest staff Ive see.I start my Costco shopping here to help cope with some of the insanity you see.

Coffee is pretty good. The little bean they put on the top is the icing on the cake! Wait time was crazy long. Took 25 minutes but it was worth it.

Human bean always has amazing drinks there has never been one time the order has been mixed up or the drink didnt taste good. They always have the nicest people working there. They make sure to give you your order fast. For how good the drinks are they are pretty cheep. Excellent place to go 10/10

I’ve had a couple bad experiences with the owner, but this one takes the cake! Two times I told the barista(once at each location) that I wanted an unsweetened Big Train chai and was given a regular sweetened chai. The owner happened to be at both locations when it occurred. She didn’t even ask me and just assumed that I never told the baristas that I wanted the unsweetened version, when I had and told me to make sure I do. Both times she spoke to me very rudely. She apologized to me both times after I told her that I did say that I wanted the unsweetened. One time it was made so watery that I came right back and asked for it to be re-made and they did, but the barista wanted to charge me for the second and I said that I shouldn’t be charged for the remake due to it being made watery. But the owner lied and said that I refused to pay when I ordered the wrong version of the drink when that’s not what happened. Today I did forget to ask for the unsweetened version and so I said I will pay for both drinks and I was totally fine with that because that was my error. The owner comes up to the window and says that I’ve done it so many times(not stated unsweetened) when that’s completely false and that if it happens again that I’m not allowed to get coffee there anymore. When I attempted to respond more than once she kept cutting me off and after saying not to come back if it happens again walked away and didn’t even allow me to respond. They are my go to place for coffee and have for a very long time and then to be treated that way. That’s not how you treat customers period and especially long term loyal customers. She doesn’t have to worry about telling me not to come back, I won’t be coming back on my own after being treated that way. I won’t give my business to a place where I’m treated that horribly by the owner. She really needs some training in customer service and communication. She apparently doesn’t value her customers and is very disrespectful and rude. We are all human and make mistakes and shouldn’t be treated that way and told not to come back due to that. I recommend going anywhere else besides Human Bean if you wanted to be treated respectfully.

Very friendly and made a great latte

While the baristas are always very friendly, Ive given the coffee about a half-dozen tries, and it has been consistently terrible. Even with an extra shot its watery-- a flavored latte is usually pretty hard to mess up. I really want to like these folks but I cant stand the coffee.

Normally I go here for my coffees in which usually their yummy. Today I went and order my family all coffee. Literally all taste like warm milk with lit ice. Their was no flavor or coffee taste. Went back had them remake them and they still were gross.very disappointed in the hayden location.

Okay, normally the best coffee but today very disappointed. I would have went back and had it remade but had a time crunch. My coffee was a double breve mocha 16oz and it tasted like flavored water with no coffee. Bummers Girls- pay attention

They have the chocolate covered espresso beans! Not a lot of places have that anymore. Delicious coffee!

Pretty good coffee and mixed energy drinks. Pretty good prices. I dont drink a lot of either, so dont have a ton to compare to, but overall I thought it was pretty good. When I do drink coffee, I like it a bit stronger, but thats probably a matter of opinion, so no complaints here.

My favorite coffee shop in the area is the location in Hayden. About two weeks ago, the barista misheard me OR I mumbled my order, but the order was wrong. A few hours later, I stopped by the location by Costco. I explained my order was wrong at the Hayden location, but it could have been me mumbling (lol). The original barista from Hayden popped up to the window and said she made my order in Hayden. We laughed and I truly did not want a freebie because I could have been wrong. Well this beautful woman, maybe the owner, mixed a perfect drink for me and it was on the house. Days later she was back in Hayden and looked like she was training, but she remembered my order and she is an absolute sweetheart. All the girls here are always upbeat and personable. I do not visit any other coffee shops, they have earned my business.
