Great local coffee place with super friendly staff

This area has no shortage of places to get a cup of Java. Thomas Hanmer coffee roasters is our favorite bar none. Their expresso is bursting with flavor and richness. Their cookies are to die for. On top of all the great products the gals tgat work here are the best. Their Great personalties make you walk away with a smile on your face.This will always be our home base before we start our day.

I went to Thomas Hammer today. My Diablo coffee with chili was delish...not too spicy - just right! Our Barista was Shay. She was so pleasant to talk to, she made our experience a cut above!

The coffee was just alright nothing special.The bagel i ordered was stinky, stale and close to mold; the stench impossible to miss by the barista, even the customer beside me said most likely it was given to me on purpose🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ with disappointment all over our faces.Also you really have to go out of your way to get to that coffee shop with that awkward entrance to the parking lot.I suggest you save yourself the trip altogether and go just about anywhere else for coffee.

I was in Thomas Hammer yesterday morning and I was so pleased with the service that I had to write a review. First of all I want to acknowledge that I noticed how clean the store is. I love that I can go into this coffee shop and the tables are always clean and there arent straw wrappers all over the ground. I was greeted immediately by an employee named Shay. She was super bubbly and sweet. Im a simple coffee kind of gal and usually just go for black decaf, but she told me that they could make me a decaf americano, even offering to add a splash of coconut milk, and guaranteed it would be delicious. She was right. I have always loved Thomas Hammer coffee and how it never tastes burnt, like some other big coffee shops (looking at you, mermaid logo). I appreciated that not only did I get excellent service that wasnt trying to upsell me on some expensive sugar-filled drink, Shay actually listened to my usual coffee preference and made a suggestion for me to upgrade my drink to something that is very similar that she somehow already knew I would like. I will definitely go back and venture further out of my usual black decaf coffee box. Thanks for a great coffee experience!

Great coffee, however staff didnt ask what size latte I wanted, I said a 24 quad but the either didnt heard of were in auto pilot and have me a 16 oz double

What can i say we are addicted to Thomas Hammer fireball. We buy it by the 5 pound bag. All of their coffees are outstanding but the fireball is our favorite. Any drink you get here will be a winner. The baristas really know their stuff and seen like they are enjoying their work. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. This is our coffee spot. I wont trust my morning to any other place.

The coffee was nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. My group and I enjoyed ourselves and had a great time chatting. I plan to have another coffee visit in the future!

The coffee flavor is great. I have had an increased amount of times in the last 3 weeks my drink has to be repeated at the window or I get the window and my drink is wrong so I have to have it remade.Super nice when they have to remake it. For example I am at the speaker I asked for a hot Americano with light ice and cream. I make sure to say hot because I get the light ice can be confusing. I got to the window and my drink was iced with light ice. I also had to ask for my food order again.I am totally fine with people writing on my cup to ensure my drink is correct.

Try the Golden coffee, its turmeric flavored. It was sensational! I gave 5 stars for a unique experience. In addition, the service was great and the atmosphere was tangibly calming! Such an enjoyable morning, which colored the rest of the day.

Honestly this was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! I just drink it plain black and their Blue Eyes blend was delicious! Bold without being bitter. The service was really friendly as well!

Their wonderbru is awesome in the summertime with a hint of lavender, cream and cold brew. Plus their fresh roasted coffee has the date directly on it. Very awesome place to chill on my lunch break and drink some sweet caffeine

I was sitting in the Hayden location, doing homework, and couldnt help but leave a 5 star comment because of Tyler. Id been here for at least two hours and his customer service was impeccable. Give him a raise or bonus because hes doing great work for the business. Better yet, have him train the others.

This nice place to chill glad it came up. Like it better than Starbucks. Now with covoid 19. Its probably empty no lines

Solid coffee and lovely ambiance.Im a recently transitioning trans woman, and the baristas were friendly, professional, and delivered my coffee with a very polite and appropriate, Maam. Made my afternoon immensely more pleasant. Thank you!

Great coffee (not bitter at all). Always creamy and yummy. The staff is delightful and friendly. The building is peaceful and beautiful. So happy the music isnt too loud!

The ladies here are always very helpful & super patient as we decide what we would like. They have a new CBD drink that is really good & worked great! We normally hit the drive thru and get great service every time.

Thomas Hammer offers a great variety of both coffee and tea, well made and tasty.They have a good selection of coffee accessories. I stopped by up to pick up a poor over accessory and some filters. The barista was friendly and professional, and knowledgeable as well. I was offered guidance on the various options on display, and then received some advice on brewing my best poor over cup, which was well appreciated.Definitely recommended, and the do have a drive thru.

Ive tried to give this place a chance to shine but ever time Ive gone Ive regretted it.Their prices are slightly on the high side. There quality of coffee varies so much. One day it can be great. Next day it can be horrible.For myself half the time Ive gone my order has been made wrong.. and I dont order very complex drinks either.The inside is good. Seating is little on the small side and their furniture for myself is not comfortable. But the place is clean and the atmosphere is typical of any cafe.

Normally I am very impressed with Thomas Hammer coffee, however I doubt I will come back to this or any other TH location anytime soon.The coffee can be great, but its an expensive gamble on whether youll get a good cup or not. One day the coffee can be some of the best, and the next it will just leave you with a sour taste in your mouth.My most recent purchases were both bitter with no sweetness, and they were incredibly overpriced. Ill pass on the $4.50 for a bitter 12 ounce made of mostly ice.

This Thomas Hammer is right next door to Discount Tire. It was nice to be able to go get a coffee and breakfast while we waited for our car to get tires. Great food, wonderful service!!

Out of all the coffee shops in the area, Thomas Hammer has been the best about keeping my drinks dairy free. Also they have dairy free whipped cream!All the employees are super friendly and relatable as well!

My favorite place, Hayden spot.They make the best Ice Hammer blended Mocha. They know us like in Cheers, and treat us like friends.We enjoy our Saturday coffee and chat so much!!!

The staff at the Hayden Thomas Hammer Coffee really KNOWS what customer service is! Great drinks, wonderful atmosphere and superb service. It shines brighter than the international competition just down the street!

Fantastic service. Quick and polite. Coffee is always outstanding. I personally enjoy the PB&J with 2 shots (on hot days), and the Fireball (on cool days).

This is my go-to coffee shop in the area. The staff are friendly and kind. The coffee is good; not too sweet, not too bitter. The lounge area is the cleanest and most comfortable out of the other coffee shops in the area. The only recommendation I have would be to post the Wi-Fi password for customers on the wall. Currently, you have to ask the staff and that can be inconvenient (unless you remember to when youre ordering).

Nice, clean, delicious food for both breakfast and lunch, large seating area so you could bring your employees out for one of their signature coffees. My wife and I love it.

The Barristas are personable, attentive, accommodating and accurate with orders. Atmosphere was bright, friendly and clean.

The coffee was alright but my problem was with customer service.The male who took/made our order wouldnt really make eye contact and was rude. Ive been to Thomas Hammer only a few times and so unknowingly I asked if they had any specials going on in which he quickly responded with No, this isnt a cheap drive-thru! We have whats listed (pointing at the board)I didnt really respond to that and just settled with a caramel latte to end the conversation. Aside from yelling that my coffee was done, didnt get a thank you, have a good day or anything.I cant recall his name but he sounded kinda feminine if you know what I mean...

In fairness, Im not a coffee drinker. I went there to meet a friend and use the Wi-Fi. There were only a couple of drinks on the menu that didnt have coffee in them, and their website focus more on selling products then telling you what was on the menu. That made it difficult to determine what I wanted before we went, or we wouldnt have gone there.

Used to be a Starbucks only kind of girl. Started drinking TH cuz it was close to work. Now I cant stand Starbucks bitter coffee. However, service can be a bit slow and they definitely dont have the food choices you get elsewhere. Pretty much no protein.
