Absolutely the worst cellphone buying experience ever.Came in trying to switch from a prepaid account to a postpaid and when they weren’t able to make this transition. I was bribed with a $200 credit to my account, but that has yet to happen. I didn’t want the elite plan, but I got it anyway because I was told that the manager would take it off later. This was false.The issue lied with the number change. I accepted a new number until I realized really what an inconvenience it was to go to a different phone number. When I went back to this store to try and get this fixed they told me I would (A) lose the promotion on both of my trade-ins for $350 per phone and there would be no credit put towards the account for these phones (B) I was told I could not take my trade-ins back and return the new phones (C) I was told if I kept my old number I would have to pay for the new iPhone 12’s that I got in full (D) even after I agreed to that, they still could not process the number change.So the representative’s manager got involved, told me that he’d have an answer for me the next day. This never happened.I’ve since been trying to contact the manager, but my calls get ignored every time.I’m at the point that I’ve just accepted I can’t have my old number back, and I’d be happy to accept the $200 dollar credit that was originally promised, but I’m definitely not hopeful considering my experience so far.I purchased the phones on 08/20, and it is 09-08, so I think I’ve been fairly patient, and I didn’t want to be that person that writes a bad review, but I felt like I needed to do my part in preventing other people from doing business here.

It was time for an upgrade and we were taken care of very professionally, the transition between old and new was excellent and they helped with the change over from prepaid to postpaid, great customer service.

I have visited this store to upgrade my phone.The gentle at the store convinced me that my bill will not go up more than $10. He just told that the upgrade will not cost anything as the trade in will going to take care of the monthly installment increase. He also did not tell that the so called free phone upgrade will change the data plan to unlimited. I have to make several long calls to ATT customer to get the issue rectified. My advice is to make sure he tells about change of data plan, increase in monthly cost and any other hidden fees.

I recently ordered the new iPhone 12 Pro online, so I went to the store to get it set up. The man working was rude. He had a difficult customer before me, which I understand, but then refused to help me. I asked if I needed to put in the new SIM card that said 5G on it and the response was well Hays doesnt have 5G anyways so it doesnt matter. Poor attitude. And I went to the store to make sure everything transferred correctly, and nothing did. I got home and realized I had nothing on this phone but my contacts after I had spent hours backing everything up to the cloud. I left not knowing how to work my new phone (I upgraded from an 8 Plus) and he completely disregarded the fact that my watch information did not transfer or even help me set all that up again. I am very upset with the customer service. This is not how someone should be treated at the store. Next time I need assistance with my phone, I will be driving to a different location or going to Walmart and asking the OSL team for assistance.

This location used to be a great store. I went in there last and got the excuse of “ oh we can’t do that here any more, call corporate”. Now I want to add another line to my account and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Says open until 7. And I’ve been calling since 1. GREAT BEND Answered first call! I guess I will need to take my business else where.

My phone fell into the lake I thought I lost everything I was so worried. Took it to Danielle manager at hays store. She restored everything. For me contact a and all I couldnt remember my password but she got thru all that she was a blessing .

Quick and fantastic service! I switched from Verizon cause I was sick of them. It was the smoothest of transitions. The lady working informed me the plans they offer in a manner I could understand lol and found the right one for me! In no time I was up and running and out the door!

We have a large family on our plan and every time we go into the store, we have multiple issues/problems we need to figure out. This visit was no exception. They were fantastic in making recommendations, knowledgeably answering our questions and finding resolution on problems! We have moved away from the area but came into the store when we were back in town because their customer service is so much better than what we have received in our larger city we now live in!

Garbage, poor service and attitude beyond this world. Worst service Ive ever had with at&t. The younger Hispanic manager was laughing at me because I bought a phone 3 days ago and the Male who had ne pay for it didnt mention that it would take 2 weeks to come in. He lied to me saying it was going to be here the following day I paid. She laughed and told me to leave because I was explaining my frustrations I was having with the guy lying to me. 940 dollars is a lot of money. I feel like I had every right being lied to about the shipment date.

AT&T isnt bad to deal with, but this store is absolutely horrible. I was told the phone would be 1/2 price as part of a promotion and when I asked at the counter during the purchase, I was told the price promotion wasnt on the printed bill. After 3 weeks, I called again today after discovering the price wasnt discounted and the store said sorry, that promo pricing wasnt on that phone. Asked about the higher than discussed monthly plan cost and I was told I would have to wait 3 months. This store does nothing for you after the purchase and lies when you are making the purchase! Either find a different carrier or at least a different AT&T store!!! Poor customer service and deceptive sales tactics.
