Employee couldnt set up my new phone. Manager lied about price, they use false advertisement. There sale says 4 lines for 100$, they charged me 300$

With a great variety and selection on telephones plans accessories. All the staff is great and fun to work with, Everyone has a Friday afternoon attitude everyday even if it is Monday. Stop in an check out the Every Day specials. They are sure to please. I personally have been with them 6 months and love them. Unlimited data deals ingredient long-distance plans for your every need.

Good service even if youre just passing through.

So heres my experience with Viaero. When we signed up, nothing was explained and everything under the sun was promised. When our phones magically shut off, there was no explanation except they are paperless so you dont get a bill in the mail. Not only that but my $200 credit for switching hadnt been applied. Now its not getting applied until I pay $275. Oh and your promised bill, add about $50 a month onto that. We want to desperately cancel because we cant afford everything they didnt tell me about... to cancel, its $1200 after everything. We are literally locked into this company and had no idea. OH, the BEST part.... their service is AWFUL. Even in HAYS, it drops calls and service where their store is! DONT SIGN UP WITH VIAERO, biggest rip off Ive ever seen. Im disgusted.

They offer a good service and they are a good provider. At this time they appear to be too small really to handle a business with multiple lines who depend on their phones for the very survival of their business. They will get there theyre just not there yet.

I like viaero wireless the contracts they offer unlimited data with no cutting back on speed if you use a lot the selection of phones .

Prices high, $20 tax fees on pre paid phone, coverage spoty.

The staff In the store is amazing their customer service is fantastic, their cell service is great, corporate office is a hot mess....
