I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was told it would take about a month to get here. It came in 2 weeks. Set up went perfect. They were running a promotion so it was a good deal . Lathair and Thomas were friendly and helpful. This is the fourth time I have returned to this location for my annual upgrade even though there is a store much closer to where I live. I will go back again next year.

The guys are very knowledgeable and make the phone buying experience enjoyable. Would recommend anyone needing a Verizon phone to give these guys a chance.

I was on my way west from New Hampshire and broke my phone. I stopped into the Verizon store in Hays Kansas. They had the new Samsung folding phone in stock. I need the phone to Bluetooth to my hearing aids. The Verizon techs spent quite a bit of time getting the connection working just right. I also needed the phone for navigation. The techs made sure all my apps functions properly. I am so grateful for their help.

Tristan was very helpful, though i wish he would take his glasses off so the world could see those deep ocean blues, his service was very helpful. he assured that he would get down to the bottom of the problem and we’re still working on that but this shall be continued

Don’t waste your time with that store, google maps shows open the store, but it closed .

Ive gone into this location a few times looking at purchasing a new phone as well as needing help with my account. Each time Ive been greeted by Tristan whose always been able to help me with everything I need. Its about the only Verizon place I go that I know I will be helped with everything and not leaving like was just another sale. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice, clean, cool Luis was very nice, made getting a phone easy. Very informative, answered all my questions, he was very patient with me. Explained all the plans, what I should add on, just an all around nice place and friendly service.

The environment felt nice and didn’t have to worry if the helper was going to be mean or grumpy but he was really nice, understandable, explain everything good, answers all my questions and the best thing was that he was bilingual and it helped me even more.

Had a frustrating experience with the Verizon online customer support. Went into the retail location where I met Luis. He was extremely helpful in navigating the situation. I was at the store for about 2 hours, but Luis helped connect me with the right people to get my account setup and my phone working. He was personable and professional, 10/10 would recommend.

Tony at the store was very helpful and courteous.

Did not give me the correct information and didnt state the correct dates, go to the actual Verizon store across town for decent help.

Not a real Verizon store. Your better off to go down the street a few blocks to the actual Verizon Store. We were charged over $100 for a phone that was actually FREE at Verizon.

The customer service skills at this Verizon were a lot more efficient than the other one in town; I did not have to wait forever for service and everyone was friendly and willing to explain anything I didnt understand, helping with anything I had problems with.
