Its always nice to just browse there. I do end up spending a lot there. But stay away from a lot of the products with breakout-prone ingredients. Read labels and check ingredients.

I purchased a Fenty Highlight and the Sephora Micro Smooth foundation on 12/21/20. Upon getting home l noticed that the foundation was not in my bag. I called the store this morning 12/22/20 and spoke with ALma and advised her of what happened and she stated she would have someone review the tape and call me back. And of course no one ever called me back. I thought Sephora prided themselves in customer service but I guess not! So dissatisfied as I spend a great deal of money with them monthly!

I always find everything I need here and today Fatima was especially helpful and patient. She did a color correct for us and concealer trial. She was so kind. Fatima made me want to buy more for such awesome service. Thank you Fatima for making our day.🤩🤩

Ive been to this store many times. Ive purchased quite a few items, Tarte, Nars, Kat Von D, Becca, Sephora, and Urban Decay. The attentiveness of the sales associates is a bit on the low side but when asked for help they have always been pleasant. The products are expensive. Recently I went though a period of unemployment and I asked for samples of the foundation (most important to me that i use foundation). This service helped me a lot. I was browsing through instagram I saw a advertisement for the Fenty bronzer. After looking at reviews for this bronzer I decided that I would purchase. My Best friend and decided to go to the sephora in the Southland mall in Hayward CA. When walked in the store I found the Fenty stand. I approached a make up consultant who was already helping another customer and asked for asanitized brush or point me in the direction. She said she would be with me in a moment. That moment never came. 7 to 9 minutes later she had her manager come over. I told her that I just wanted a sanitized brush to try on the Fenty bronzer. She got right on it. After trying on the bronzer I decided to buy because I loved it. A young lady with purple hair and rain bow eye shadow ask if I need help. I let her know of my interest in the Fenty bronzer and if she had any other recommendations. Fenty bronzer was popular and would recommend. I also asked her about the best translucent power and she recommend the Laura mercier. I asked if she had a shopping basket. She was putting away make up and offered hers.I proceeded to put the Fenty browser in my basket with the recommended translucent powder. The same consultant left and came back while I was talking to her the alarm attached to make went off while talking to her. She stated that she had to take it and hold it up front. I told her to take the entire basket. As I was pushing a double stroller. My best friend was in the store trying on make up as well. She was carrying around the renaissance palette by ABH and other make items. I proceeded to check out and I told the cashier that my stuff up front. She could not find the Fenty bronzer that the consultant took. Please check camera to back up this story.While in line, My best friends ABH started going off. They came and held hers at the front at well. I didnt hear any one elses going off.We were the only African Americans in the store. Just for the record, Not all black people steal. Anything that my best friend and I want we can buy. I have a high stress desk job and she is going through issues in her personal life. For us to choose Sephora to spend our money and get treated like this is not cool.This will be posted on social media and Yelp until a change happens. I bought 4 items from Sephora yesterday on Black Friday and I lost my sephora makeup bag🙁 in JC penny Southland Mall It had about $162 of makeup. Items:(Born This Way foundation, a Too Faced foundation, a liquid lipstick, an Anastasia Beverly Hills eye shadow pallet.) 🙁🙁

Called to book a makeup artist for a wedding party(3-5 people) two weeks in advance and was told by the manager that the schedule for that Saturday was not posted yet and so she could not help me and i would need to call back the week of the wedding to make an appointment.

The staff at this branch of Sephora are not only unhelpful, they act like they are doing you a favour when they are assisting you, even though thats their job! Wont be going back there any time soon!

Good but small. No nail polish or many displays

Its alright a bit messy, i dont like how they match you on your foundation, ive came here multiple times and the foundation color is just off the little machine they have to match you dsnt work well for me it didnt match me correctly its also the lighting i do my makeup in natural light all the time and the foundation is off! Its orange! So idk if they can start matching people outside or idk but the white lights they use its not me personally if it works for you thats good but for me all natural light they try to help but they dont really idk how to word it like they are very friendly once u walk in but u can adk for help and they just push u towards it not help u figure it out idk if that makes any sense but when she was helping me get a foundation color she put both the foundatuons on i was iffy about it bc im scared to buy foundation from here they dont match me correctly so i wasnt convinced so she just sent me off with samples when i wanted to buy a foundation that same day but i guess things dont happen i might go to ulta and try them out and see how they match. This is a good store for regular pick ups like eyeshadow palletes ur eyebrow pencil ect.

They didnt greet me, hovered over me like I was trying to steal, didnt ask if I needed help and when I asked for help one of them rolled their eyes I was trying to buy $700 worth in products I put them all back and went to ulta
