Well I bought a phone tablet ear phones and SD CARD spent over $388 and my phone was defective the pen was jammed in the phone I only got half the pen out of my brand new LG STYLO 6 I go back to the store they tell me I broke it.Now how can I break something that is inside the phone as I try removing the pen from the phone only half of it comes out the other half is still in the phone I even paid for a good case to protect the phone. So I pay for the tablet and was told I would get a $50 rebate and that I can use it for my next phone bill; well today I trying to pay my bill I was told that the $50 rebate is only a $30 rebate. So now I call metropcs on my metro and they give me the run around to where now tomorrow I have to go to a corporate metropcs store and start all over to pay my bill hopefully get my manufacturer defective phone hopefully replacement and pay my bill
They are not covid safe. She touch everyones phone then the next persons with sanitizing. Talk about touch contact! Lets spread the germs to all Metros customers 😀
This was a bad visit at this store and bad customers relation need to improve.

Brenda at this location is completely unhelpful. She made me wait 3 days for a replacement phone after she sold me a defective phone and refuses to exchange it over a minor scratch caused by the case she put on. Terrible customer service. Don’t ever come here completely clueless and useless. I’m contacting corporate directly.
The guy in there made a mess of my phone and lost all my data gave me somebody elses phone number and charged me 25 dollars ? Without a receipt? All the while going on in a spiel about upgrading this phone that has no name the lady however was very helpful Im going to get my receipt and another spin on what im paying him money for?
Yes as always quick, friendly, no hassle service. They answer the questions asked, but dont bother with useless banter that most places try to do in getting you to buy everything.
I went to them for help because I couldnt receive or send out picture messages on my galaxy s7. They said go back to my old phone because its a unlocked Verizon its not gonna work...well I followed the simple steps on youtube and works perfect. the customer service there is terrible
Not an actual metro pcs but a Digicom wireless store also explicitly asked about their refund policy when a pruchased something and was told 2 weeks. Go in to return them and am then told they have a all sales are final policy.

VERY BAD SERVICE IN THE MISSION STORE STILL SIDE THE STARBUCKS HERE IN HAYWARD CA. I HAVE 8 DAYS THAT THE CELL PHONE WENT ME WRONG AND I DIDNT RETURN IT. HE CALLED AND PURE PRETEXTS.
