Sometimes you are better off doing it yourself. I went in to Swap out my old iphone X for a brand new XS Max. the Floor rep or customer service was not able to do it because of system errors. Instead I just upgraded networks on my old phone and left. I DECIDED TO DO IT MYSELF AND IN NO LESS THEN 5 MINUTES MY XS MAX WORKED.
Always get an answer to all my questions and needs. If I see something in the store I want. I know that I can purchase it by paying the taxes and pay the rest through my bill a little each month, or make bigger payments when I can.

I was stopped from entering the store by a guy named Hector due to new covid protocols but he let other two people go in before me, when it was my turn he argued that the limit of people inside the store was 10 and it was only eight, a costumer that was previously there got back he told him to wait outside this guy stepped in and he allowed him to enter, Hector is Latino and I am too the other two parties were not Im thinking he was ok doing that to me and since we had the same background and it wouldnt be discriminatory to deny me the entrance i hope someone within hes company will take care of this i like the service and I have been theyre costumer for a long time but they need to do a better job training theyre employees because it made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated.Note: I know how to respect and follow the rules I was not going against them yet I was treated in an unfair way.
I came in to this T-Mobile store because its close to my job, was hesetent because I usually go to the T-Mobile by my house but Cindy was very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, answered all my questions and resolved my problem with ease. Will keep coming back for the amazing customer service.

Shout out to Ingrid from this Tmobile store!She was very courteous and prompt during a very busy final hour. I entered this store 10 minutes prior closing in need of some help. I was 3rd in line, and both reps were busy. Ingrid greeted me and quickly asked of I had any specific questions. She realized that I could quickly be helped so she managed to help me while setting up another customers phone.Ingrid needs to be noticed of her fast response and problem solving abilities. The manager is doing the a great job, your team is awesome! Thanks you guys!.
I gave Hurelio specific instructions that I needed my employee discount placed on my account with a port in number and that I have all the information that he needed in order to do so. Instead he ignores me and runs my credit(which he did not need to do) and tells me to call customers support instead of fixing the issues himself. If he is the best T Mobile has to offer, then Im highly disappointed, lucky I was able to get my account fixed after 5 days of being forwarded around different phone numbers.
Excellent service. Its always jammed packed but they have a sign up numbered system. Get ready to wait a while. The staff is always knowledgeable.
Very disappointed with the customer service; I made claim last week to replace iPhone 6 plus, they told me I will get it on Tuesday 8th; until today if I not made a call nobody said a word; they explained my phone its coming from Apple as a back order, no date, no time to be specific when Im going to get it; 611 representative said it will take 20 buss day to receive a text message from T-mobile saying when it will be available in the store, so I could go to pick up. Since day when I started with T-mobile always they take care of the customers, now its a huge company and as other ones, its not matter to them the customer satisfaction.
The staff was very helpful. She seems to have good knowledge about phone issues.
