Love the curbside pickup. The app wasnt working for my last pickup so I had to go inside. Saw some things on sale and picked it up. They have misleading sale signs in front of several products. I dont like that and they should rethink that strategy.

Couldnt find what I needed. Also, no sales staff anywhere to be found. Due to Covid-19, dressing rooms were closed. Understandable. Got to be safe in these times.

Great deals and not so good when there is no holiday

I had to take something to jewelry department to get fixed! Josie was very helpful took care of my jewelry repair what needed to be done. Walk around for a little the store needed to be a little cleaner. More organized I shop at this store for over 40 years plus.

Very courteous sales staff. I forgot my mask and was on my way to go get it when the greet or supplied me with an extra he brings for himself. The plus size section has A Lot to be desired.

1st I went to BEST PHONE REPAIR where I always get great service & advice. Next I went to JC PENNEY where the clerk was helpful, patient & courteous,helping me find the right size and held back a well deserved laugh when I told her I was also lookin for suspenders. It made my day.

Dismal. I had to walk around and find somebody to ask where to pay. The employee was not friendly at all. There was one register open with like 5 people in line. I dropped my shirts I was going to by and left. Its far easier to shoplift than to pay. The demise of JCPenney is complete.

As big as this store is they need more registers open it makes no sense the main register that you walk in is closed most of the time jewelry counter dont want to ring you up they always busy with one person maybe two if you lucky working there

4 stars just because the fitting rooms are closed. I understand its pandemic time but people still take clothes home and return them. I hope they open the fitting rooms soon. Cashier girl was very nice.

JCPENNEY always is my favorite place to shop for my birthday I got a gift of 15.00 dollars to spend from $15 and up then 30 and 35% extra. too generous after this pandemic they keep their promes with good promotions and discounts I cant ask for more I forgot to mention the rewards thats even better. Horrible place to work. They wont allow you to have something to drink while you work not even water without them saying something about it. If you dont already have nice dress shoes and cant afford to buy a pair on your first pay check that was less than 200 because you have to get caught up on bills they will fire you even if your shoes are all black. I recommend working some where that they care about their employees and i will not spend my money some where like here that treat their employees this way.

Its clean nice and Prices couldnt be better.

I like the store and often buy stuff there but lately seems like the cashiers are more interested in get in people to get a credit card than attending those in line. Even if some of the people in line are older ones that can’t be standing that long. And wonder why these places running out of business, of course is easier to just “Click” that wait 10 to 16 min, in line.

My Mom shops here on a regular basis and when I come to visit her from Florida I make sure we stop by her favorite store at the mall to grab some items. Great reward system is very enticing.

No long lines at package pickup second floor at Southland Mall in Hayward, Ca.

Extremely disappointed in the checkout, could barely find one employee behind a register! I was fortunate enough to find a really great woman on the floor to help us with just about everything we needed in the mens department. Also disappointed that my seventy-year-old father couldnt sit down outside the waiting area because everything is so congested they have no seating.

Store was clean, organized and well stocked in the areas I was looking. I was also greeted by several associates asking if they could help me. Only minus was I only saw one place to check out, and thankfully there was no line!

The shelves were empty and I was told the thermals that I found were last years and that, that was all they had without them looking on the computer or in the stockroom for anymore. No one believes in customer service anymore.

Ngl its a good store. Their clothes are so cute 😖. Although, the prices do not agree. While shopping for a gift for a friends daughter, I found a jacket. I was in love with this jacket, and I knew she would be too! But, when I looked at the price, jaw. Dropped. I couldnt believe what I was seeing! A jacket,(with lint coming off) was 50$. I also saw this sailor moon shirt for 35$. But, at least they have a Sephora 🤷🏻‍♀️

I picked up an online order. After the 2nd attempt of getting the 5 shirts I ordered, I ended up with a duplicate shirt (one of the cheaper) and a package of mens briefs that were not part of my order. I had the hardest time returning the two items and they werent wanting to give me even store credit for the items. Ive never had so many issues as this last order.

We were just.looking around. Checked out treadmills. No one around to ask, but they were to big for our small space. Found a T-fall pan w/lid on sale. Bought one for me & 1 for my Ant. Yes I spelled Ant. I also Aunt & it is pronounced Aunt not Ant. Long line. Employees did their best.

I like to come here when they have their huge sales, and I can stock up on a bunch of weather items Ill need to keep warm. They always have coupons that will help you save a lot of money. The staff are really cool and always asks if you need help. They dont have a lot of clothes that I would buy to wear on a regular daily basis but they have good sleepwear items.

Worst service. for returns it took 45 mins. thats why i realized amazon and costco are going good and JCP closing stores. I will deactivate my membership. I gave the original bill and asked to do return. but that guy returned with another invoice. Didnt as sorry also. Not even worth for single star. I unsubscribed the JCP.com

Very nice experience retuning some clothes and found the selection of talk sizes quickly that were not available at the Tanforan store in San Bruno for some reason.Very helpful and friendly women took care of my exchanges and greeted me at the customer service desk just inside the nicely air conditioned store.I always like Penneys.
