Costco changed over the last few months. They not only stop caring about members but they also treat them with disrespect, especially people that was assigned at the doors.More highlights:Check out the photos on how they went from a high quality product to rotten products, like a whole crate of rotten onions and bananas.

Today was an easy day to shop. Got there after two oclock. Crowded but check out was quick.

Typical Costco Warehouse. At the checkout U can order and pay for food from the windows. Cut out the middle man line getting receipt. Also 8 or so digital ordering available! Love the CHICKEN BAKE!!!!!

My family and I purchased 2 samsung galaxy phones from this Costco and I would like to say Mathew, who assisted us, was very patient and respectful the whe time he served us. We got the phones activated, had changed phone plans which went real smooth. However, certain numbers from the phone did not match the phone so we had issues on submitting our promotions. Long story short, I had to do all the work trying to get the right numbers and all but the overall experience was great.

Bought toilet paper. Same price as usual. But something changed. How dare they?! How DARE they? HOW DARE THEY?!?!

Very bad experience at the gas station. Waited for about 10 mins and when i finally got into a gas pump, it doesn’t work. Tried couple of times and no use. Even worse is that there is no assistance from Costco personnel, Honked a couple of times and pressed the help button no help what so ever. Very frustrating experience after all the waiting and couldn’t get the gas filled.

When is Costco going to bring back the combination pizza and the deli mustard for the hotdogs I’d really like to see the brisket sandwich and polish dog back on the menu too but I’m not holding my breath on that happening any time soon

Between the Hayward and the Livermore I find that the two places the staff much more willing to be helpful in finding items that you are looking for yes it can be a drive sometimes but well worth it in the end

Costco as a company is great, this store is very clean and organized. Staff store friendly here. The customers on the other hand... just the sheer lack of common sense and courtesy never ceases to amaze me.

I love this place. They have good prices and good food. I love the rotisserie chicken and the Bolgugli beef. I make Korean tacos out of it. One of my favorite dishes. Cant leave without having a hotdog and drink for just $1.50. If I can have one complaint it would be they dont have enough choices for the soda at the food court but that is it. Cashiers are always pleasant. So thank you for making that Costco a nice place to shop.

This Costco is great. Not as busy as the Fremont. Only thing is it would be helpful if they kept all the self-checkouts available rather than shutting some down. That would expedite the flow through checkout.

1st time I picked up a online order from the lockers. It was simple. Just go up to the lockers punch in the code and get your item and leave. No receipt needed

I always go to Costco to get salmon, which is always at a good price and size. In addition to the salmon, I get Dr. Teals Epsom Salt because you get 2 bags for a great price. The crystals are nice and fine and dissolves well in the bath.

This store has high quality goods at reasonable prices. Although the store was packed, the lines moved smoothly and quickly. The employees are very positive and polite. ❤️

Its Costco, how could you go wrong? This is one of the less crowded Costco in the Bay Area. If you are a Costco member then you already know what to expect from here. Everything is mostly in bulk and generally you would save when buying in large quantities. Just to be warned, you will most likely to come out with much more than what you intended to get when you come in. Bonus: Where else can you get a full size hot dog and a soda for $1.50?

Way better than the Oakland site. Clean and safe. Employees actually ask if you need help. Clothes is organized. Most who visit the Oakland location leave a mess, employees cant keep up.

I like this Costco in Hayward. Well kept & the staffs are pretty friendly & helpful. The gas station is pretty crowded most of the time. Overall, I like it. I used to shop at Fremont Costco before, but it is getting crazy crowded over there.

Best place for birthday party essentials. Bbq meats, cakes, and drinks.

Every Costco is about the same. I appreciate the one-stop shop idea. You can get every thing here. The thing you have to be careful of is buying more than you need and then wasting things. Costco is really for bulk shopping.

If you are living in CA, this place is worth the 60 bucks for a membership! Im now driving an RV so to save 60 cents a gallon is a must! Then I go get myself a 1/4 # hotdog with 20oz Pepsi with refills for $1.50! Worth it all day long!

I was looking for a full size mattress. I live in Hayward and the Costco at Hesperian Blvd. is the closest. I tried to call the Hesperian Costco since it’s the closest, but the phone just kept on ringing for a long time. I called the San Leandro store and I asked if they can check the availability at the Hesperian store. They have three on hand. We drove to the store and there’s no mattress available. Bad store probably the worst store I been to.

Nice big Costco with plenty of parking. No line at the self checkout meant I was out of there in no time (might be a different story on weekends though).

Great place to shop...especially at off-peak hours. Clean and spacious. Stocks up everything I need. Consistent pricing. Youve to be a member to shop here though...but a friend of mine uses Costco Gift cards to shop in Costco without a membership...so maybe thats another way.

Parking always a hassle. Lines always long but worth it.

My first Costco card. I was overwhelmed. The time I went which was about 3pm they store was packed. The lines looked intimidating; however it moved steadily. Before you knew it, you were done. I will try a different time next time

Customer service at this location SUCKS!! raise the minimum wage for them and they do less. They remove cashiers put in self check out lines are half way through the store. No one collecting boxes for the registers. Ended up packing my own items in cart. Food court line 20 people deepwith 1 person working register and 1 grabbing the food orders WTH!! This store needs a corporate intervention! No customer dedication values......

Typical Costco.... that is to say bulk shopping at its best. Best to go during off hours to avoid the crowds. They provide a cleaning station with disinfectant to wipe down your basket before heading into the store.

Management/Employees at Costco were great they had signs with pictures showing and bullet points with quick information on what was expected for social distancing which was made simple by utilizing shopping carts. They also had an announcer just inside the store on what appeared to be a karaoke machine reminding people about social distancing. Throughout the store they had sanitation stations with spray bottles and paper towels. Cashier’s had plexiglass walls that allowed them to scan your card, there were lines on the floor and someone instructing on what was expected and where to stand. We also got prepaid hotdogs where they serve the condiments and the sodas for the amazing price of 1.50 each. Thanks Costco for making these strange times enjoyable!!

Went to Hayward, Ca Costco. It was a bit crowded, but had some selection of items the usual Costco doesnt have. Clean, lady walking around with a bull horn reminding everyone to be 6 feet apart!Friendly & helpful staff. Easy check out!!

Costco in Hayward by industrial and Hesperian street, has the cheapest gas of Hayward, BUT lines are always packed, so be patient; and the store always has good deals and it’s really clean with nice clerks, not forgetting the food court, yummy pizza and cheap hot dogs, no one can’t beat that price $1.50 dollars combo ( hot dog and soda ) good job Costco.

I like that this Costco still has a station in front to wipe down the shopping carts, the store in Fremont doesnt have it anymore. We didnt find some of the items on our list like BAI drinks & Monk Fruit sweetener. Everything else was well stocked.
