Well laid out with good spacing of rows. Many great products not sold in a standard Costco store. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lot of rotten tomatoes and cheese. Management need to inspect all food quite often, i am regular customer and I deserve better all customer deserve better! I hope it will change.

Costco Business center have halal chicken, beef, goat, lamb and duck.Chicken quarters were way too big, almost the size of turkey legs. May be different lot have smaller sizes. I bought 40lbs box of boneless skinless chicken thighs.It was 3 pound less after removing packaging and liquid. Skin was not removed from many pieces so total waste was 5lb of fats and skin. Price was $2.59 per lb. Net cost form me after cleaning was $3.23 per lb ($103.6 for 32 lbs). So though its still cheaper than store prices but a lot of hassle.I dont recommend buying goat box of 15lbs . Price was really great ($7.5 lb instead of $12 to $14 lb halal meat shop price) but meat was really old and had smell after cooking and doesnt tastes good. I returned it.

First time being here its business so nothing compared to the normal Costco. Anyone who has a membership can buy there I thought it was only for business account cards. I kind of found what I was looking for. Theres somethings that are worth it and others not.

Go in the morning. Like all the grocery stores this place is quick with there service and very polite.

This is my go to Costco if you have to stock up the house. This Costco works for big families or you own a business. Lots of bigger size food items you wont find at a regular Costco, plus paper plates, cups, cooking utensils, office supplies, cleaning supplies. And if you can remember Costco from way back, a cigarette section.Like I said, ideal for big families with lots of hungry kids. Things you WONT find here: Food court, gas station, bakery, pharmacy, optometrist or hearing aids.These locations are worth checking out, theres only a handful of them in the state. Two here in the Bay Area. Open to all Costco members.

Our favorite Costco of all time. We make our way back to this Costco at least once every month to restock on meat since it’s in bigger quantities than the regular Costco. We always get the 40# of chicken and separate them for the month. The staff is great always helpful and place runs smoothly. We come all the way from Patterson to Hayward. Will always continue to come even from far away.

Ample parking. Clean store with the usual Costco selection. I did, however, notice that this one was arranged a little different than most. Took a little to find what I was looking for. But product was nearly stocked and arranged. I didnt find a gas center here, so Im assuming they didnt have one. Clean restrooms and great drink selection.

Lines move quickly, frozen chicken breast was dry no matter how it was prepped. Fresh chicken was much better.

Despite the appearance of how busy and oft times crowded the parking lot is, Im usually pleasantly surprised of how speedy checkout turns out to be.

Its smaller than the Costco on Hesperian. I found this Costco to be more better for those who own a small business. The Costco on Hesperian is more for individual shoppers.

Way faster than the regular Costco Centers and they have a huge selection of frozen foods. Great for when you just need to run in and grab paper products or water. I do not believe you can use the Costco coupons here.

Reasonable lines. Good variety of food and drinks. Business supplies are awesome for restaurants and other types of services.

Not a full retail Costco. Good, cigarettes, some commercial appliences and cleaning supplies. If that is what you need it is the best place to shop. No lines and or crowds

Love this Costco the best of all. They only carry inventory that restaurants and business would need. No other fancy electronics, sporting goods, or clothes and home furnishings to get distracted by, and which attract general shoppers. So I can quickly run in and grab the foods I need to make expert quality meals at home, grab some key kitchen tools, and best of all stock my kitchen and home office with beverages and snacks- just like the fancy silicon valley tech offices have. Business Costco makes pandemic shelter in place and work/school from home much more satisfying.

Love coming here, especially considering the place is rarely crowded, at least thats been my experience. They dont carry all the things youd find in your regular Costco warehouses (since this is specifically for businesses), but if you know what you need and know that those things are sold here, Id definitely choose this Costco over the regular warehouse any day!

3 times ordered online never received it lCall them back saying we dont have in stock when its shows online availableI call representative about item she said we have in stock. I dont know why there doing this sad!!

Costcos great. This location not so much. Little interest in solving a business customers issues. Regularly understaffed. But its the closest location so they know well be back.

Less crowded than regular Costco. Different things to buy. No retail stuff just commercial things.

Quick and convenient. I always spend less when I go here because my focus is different. I love it because its in the neighborhood.

Shopping was easy. Not crowded. Plenty of nearby parking. Fast checkout. The Business Center allows large quantities of sale items to be checked out. Similar items are quantity limited at standard Costco Center locations

Convenient... you can find food products and other items not found at the regular Costco.The wait in line can sometimes be a bit longer.

This is where you go for items for your business or eatery. I get 5-pound bags of frozen mixed vegetables, bread not offered at regular Costco and too many other items to name, except for the side of lamb and halal meat. Wish they offered pet food too, but alas. I wish they would bring back Toscano cordials, the brand offered now is not as good. Still, if youre in Hayward and have Costco membership, you need to check this out.

It was very busy this am. I went there again at 2 pm n it was a breeze. They got shipment of their sales products now, maybe thats y it was so many people.

Costco need to have a eating place like every other Costco

Good store to shop. Return policy is excellent and this is one reason they are successful in business. Some prices have gone up they should keep their prices lower because they sell the volume and still make 💰.

Always well organized. Most of the time has stuff that the bigger Costco doesnt carry.

This location doesnt have the food court nor do they sell alcohol. They also close earlier than other locations. I was surprised they sell halal goat carcasses. They also have 1 huge walk in refrigerator where meats, cheeses and eggs are stored. Make sure you have a jacket or long sleeve before entering.

Clean and well stocked. Its a smaller shop than others but they have different products.Employees are very friendly and helpful.Try to avoid it during the weekends

If you own a restaurant or business Costco Business Center in Hayward offers a great selection of fresh vegetables, dairy and meat. As well as the supplies you need in any business. I go here as a consumer but I can see the value for businesses that need to stock up.

Costco is still quite busy. Buy fewer folks in the pandemic. This is a business Costco so you wont find everything you do at other retail Costco. This place has everything catered to small businesses. I find things like salad dressings, single variety protein bars, printers, etc perfect for my liking.

I am handicapped and the service that I received from the employees was outstanding.

Not anywhere near as busy as a regular Costco. I prefer to shop here.

At 7:00 am on Friday the place was a madhouse managed to get the last bundle of tp and tissues. No paper towels. Line for checkout ran the length of the store. People were friendly with No altercation. Good times

Too crowded on a Saturday; shoppers with families (kids) do NOT know how to socially-distance and when pushing the shopping-cart will move all over instead of staying-to-the-right side with the flow of traffic/crowd. Surprisingly, the cashier/ checker was pleasant & fast during checkout

Not too crowded. Can buy some stuff like at a regular Costco, but this is focused on restaurant, office, resale, and other businesses. Your regular Costco membership lets you shop here.

Combination of an office supply store, restaurant supply and large food supplier. No stocking of apparel or home furnishings and no food court or prepared items (e.g. bakery, butchers, rotisserie chickens or salads). Much mellower shopping experience.

Great customer service and now they are servicing with additional supplies besides your business items which I really appreciate. More spices more dairy products and theyve changed up and redesigned the center for restaurants. But what I did notice is some of the old things that they used to stalk all the time has to wander away and I think its due to the COVID19.

I love this place. I wish they had more of the Costco business stores. I drive 1 1/2 hours to go here at times.I buy in bulk and this is bulk EVERYTHING...except pet stuff and a few other thing. Great for small businesses too, of course. Love it and love Costco in general. No pics today.

Good thing is: they open at 7:30!!!!!! And you can find the funny stuff, like burger/ hotdog candy.

Underrated destination....Lots of candy, snacks, drinks and other staples of office life. Better than the regular store deals on grocery. I Bought a homeless Australian leg of lamb for 3.79 a pound. At least a dollar less youi will ever find. The bottled drinks are also a smashing deal. Autocorrect is killinv me..

I just love Costco Business Centers because they have many of the items I need and are very fast in and out the door.Im very lucky to have one so close to where I live. Some of their prices on the same items are even lower than the regular Costco stores! Suprising! 😊👍

Found the original Medio Litro Sodas at Costcos way cheaper than buying it them at the store who overcharge for a single soda 2.99 .Also no food court by the way here .

This is good for packaged snacks, drinks and cut vegetables. This is not the regular Costco but geared towards eateries and such. So some of the choices are not available at regular Costco. Some of the things like takeaway boxes you wont find at the other Costco. Overall a pretty good idea of you are hosting a big party or such
