I had 8 packages need to drop off, kind heavy, when they saw me came in with those boxes by using hand truck, I can tell they didnt want to accept those. And then they said my shipping label was too big, they cant scan it, I asked if they can resize it, but they just ignore me, keep saying cant scan it. I end up pack everything and walk out there, Cant stand their attitude. Never go back there again.I later went to other FedEx office at San Leandro which happily help me with shipping label and much friendly service.

Very rude staff, dirty store...I would not trust important items or documents with them. One employee behind the counter saw me enter but declined to help me. Another was flirting with a customer for 15 minutes talking about making a copy. Person in charge seemed unsure of what she was doing.Go somewhere else.

The logistics of garbage! Delivery dates slip day by day. Terrible staff. The most garbage delivery company.

Debbie has great customer service skills and did the best she could to accommodate the needs of a long line of customers; despite the urgent demand for her attention and delivery of services - two involving international shipments, business card needs by another customer, and physical address look up for me. We all left the FedEx office at about the same time very satisfied. There was a wait - but well worth the wait time with the attention and service received.

I needed to print a large order on a non-tear paper. First of all, they have it! Secondly, the lady who helped me with an order was super patient, friendly and professional. She even helped to replicate the image so that a few of them fit onto the same page saving me money . So grateful, will go there for all my printing needs from now on. Thank you!

Super friendly and patient staff! Walked us through shipping five packages overseas and was considerate enough to offer us chairs. Cant say enough about how kind they were! Extra props to Susanna (sp?)!

The manager was rude and confrontational. Yelled at me for trying too send a package. I will drive 12 miles away and go too the union city location from now on.Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had, at ANY store.

Literally took me seconds for my transaction. Definitely better than the agent locations for drop-offs.

Terrible service, got a notification they’d have my package today, went down to go pick it up, not only was it not there, they had no idea where it was.Apparently it was loaded on a truck at 1:51 AM and stayed “in transit” all day, and no office nor person on the phone line has an idea what’s going on.

I come here not to often but i have to say Thank you so much to KAILY, she is such a nice person and amazing service, always accommodating and helf me out every time i come.Absolutely give her 5* and she deserves more than that! Very good present for a big company like Fedex.

I arrived right at closing time on a Sunday evening. The associate working the closing shift processed my shipment with a smile. Now that is what I call excellent customer service :)

These folks are awesome. I dont often have a need to use Fedex Office but whenever I do, these folks are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgable (and if they dont know the answer, their coworkers do and are quick to help). My last trip in was for a small banner printing need and I would say the service was above and beyond. Thanks folks (I feel terrible I havent had a chance to get your names!), and keep up the great work. :)

Omg! This lady in front working today is so rude and mean.. gosh what a bad customer service its my second time to be here. Shes asking me all the information needed but what the hell would i know and memorize everything if i look up on my phone to check the correct info. she would just turn her back and get the other customer next to me..Cant you just say excuse me or ill give you a second to get all the info.. so rude! your manager should see how you deal with your customers..

Customer service was available if asked but dont expect them to volunteer help or info. The price for copies is insane at .50 a sheet. There are 3 spaces for computers but only 2 available as well as only 1 printer as the other was out of service at the time of my visit. The process for paying for computer and printer use is convoluted at best and probably next to impossible for non tech savvy persons. Also the price for the computers were different than what was posted, either of which was too high. Just to top it off I was charged for an extra item I didnt use or buy. I cant tell because the bill is not itemized.

Federal express delivered a package to my house that was supposed to of been intercepted in San Leandro and sent back. It even had a cancellation sticker and intercept sticker on it. I took it back to the FedEx store and they told me to take it to the post office. Lousy customer service.

We never have to ship things overnight. She was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, which made it easy for us.

They Constantly keep changing package delivery date,these Fedex Drivers are dumb they don’t know the location -_- plus when I called the FedEx place to track my package and I asked what was going on,they weren’t very helpful at all, they are very lousy people, not very knowledgeable either, they’re service sucks I prefer USPS or UPS, FedEx really needs to start being strict with there employees for real -_-
