When I first went here I went to get one item shipped for my girlfriend as a gift, it costed me about 16 dollars. I was taken back but payed it anyways because well it was kind of heavy so i assumed that was the reason for it be to so pricey but the lady didnt tell me what the price was only after she printed the label out which is something Ive noticed from other reviewers. The next time i went which was Tuesday I was shipping something light, an small and i thought this would be at least five bucks. I mean thats what it is supposed to cost if you ship something of that size and weight. NOPE. 16 dollars!!!! 16!!! I was so baffled I had to ask why??? Luckily this young lady was nice to me and i didnt get a rude experience like others. She was was informative and kind and even suggested i leave and not pay. She said now that even if you ship a pin it will be 16 bucks. Even the most tiniest item will be 16! this is absolutely insane. I would have payed more for shipping it that getting payed for what i was shipping. Truly heart broken now i have to tell my buyer i cant ship there item. The other weird thing is they always ask what I am shipping?? I never knew they could do that. Ive never heard of them doing this. It makes me uncomfortable because what if i was shipping tampons? A sex toy? Or even underwear??? Anyways She told me thats just there price but i feel like it shouldnt be 16 for a tiny pin. I wonder how other people manage to ship anything. The last thing is you guys who will read this the store owners shouldnt be cussing at people in the reviews. we have a right to leave a review an honest one on how you treat people or how the service went. I have seen your replies cussing at people and calling them idiots, this is how you lose a customer, frankly unprofessional if you are running a business you shouldnt go online and cuss at people. Its why you have a 2.4 star review.

It was 93 degrees and there was no air in the store. Customer service was deficient and indifferent. I rented pc for $3.50 minimum charge to do a one page letter and could not print an envelope. There was no paper cutter, no tape, and no ruler available. Will avoid going back. Prefer Kynkos or Copymat from now on.

It all started out with a package going out on April 29th; a week later I called to make sure my package was delivered and the person who answered the phone gave me a solid yes. Given all of the COVID madness the receiving building was closed and therefore had the package in one of the hubs before returning it to the A street one (which I had to call again to find out it was there). I go to the store and explain the situation, but the manager told me they were doing me a solid by not charging me twice since it was sent out again. First of all, if theres a package hanging out at your location... there should be multiple calls (she claims they called, but her system wasnt showing those calls-there were no calls I can assure you). Then she gives me the 1800 customer service number to file a claim (my package was opened with contents missing) only for them to tell me that the store had to do the claim (basically giving me the run-around). I would not recommend this location because (at least two of the three workers I saw that day) there is a lack of problem-solving customer service skills.

Needed to get a live scan done ASAP for my new job and because of Covid-19, other UPS stores were not available for this service but this UPS Store was able to take me! I walked in and Kanan Gupta took care of me in less than 5 minutes! She also took all the precautions needed for Covid-19 safety!

Very bad experience. I missed the pickup at my office and had to drop my samples for overnight shipping. I hurriedly reached this store and asked if i can drop. I could see the UPS truck outside the building. There were 3 people inside and none of them showed any urgency to help me. I could clearly understand what they were talking in Hindi language. Later they send me to the another UPS customer center near A street to drop the sample. I found out the new place i was send wont accept any dropping packages.why would someone run a service business if they wont like to serve. Pathetic peoples

The employees and owner of this place lie, lie and lie again. There is a review below that says the guy at the counter was terrible and the business replied that there is no man working there... that is a lie, I had a mailbox here for 6 months and about a third of the time I went in a guy was running the front desk.My experience her was great until they “lost” (I believe stole) one of my packages. They gave me the runaround for a long time, always with a different excuse. They don’t keep paperwork for deliveries so when something goes wrong they just blow you off hoping you give up.I went to complain today again about my missing package and the store owner had a friend assault me to get me to leave. He pushed me, wrestleled me to the floor and punched me while I was down. By the time the police arrived the guy was long gone and the owners lied to the police about the incident. I have to go to small claims court now to get paid for the package they “lost”.

First of all I would like to say that I went to a Fremont UPS store for a notary but the notary was not present on site EVEN AFTER making an appointment! This ups store is very convenient and always has a notary during business hours.

In and out in less than 5 minutes. Quick, courteous and easy. The gal could read my terrible hand writing. Would be five stars but it was expensive but packing ain’t free.

They don’t take uspsThey don’t provide free tape.It cost $5 dollar for tape.Print a label is $4.The customer service is the worst.If you care any of above, don’t go this place. This is my first review on google. So you can tell how mad I am.

This store is suppose to close at 7pm on weekdays. I went to this store today (Thursday, December 1, 2016) at 653pm and it was closed. If your store states its open until 7pm then I should be able to enter up until 659pm.

If I could give -5 stars I totally would. THE WORST CUSTOMEER SERVICE EVER! I called because I wanted information about a lost package and a RUDE lady talked to me, she screamed at me instead of explaining the whole situation in a more calm way, she even hun up to me while I was still talking. The worst customer service ever, AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE.

One of the worst ups store I ever been to, the customer service was terriable, didnt explain the costs until after they do it and overall never going back again. They charge you 2$ for printing ONE paper and 1$ for ONE short tape. They dont even tell you the cost until after they do it. Never going back there again

Exceptionally slow and quite rude it took 23 min to ship four envelopes ups ground. During the process ups picked up all packages and ours was delayed a day because of their incompetence spend your time elsewhere!

I do alot of shipping and let me tell you the poor guy Michael is always by his self every time I come in here. There are always like 5 to 7 people waiting because he is the only guy. I sure hope he gets paid well for dealing with this mess.

I see other people are complaining of a similar problem with this store as the one I had. They wont tell you how much something cost until its too late. They offered to box something for me and made it sound like it was going to be the same price but then rang up an extra 20 bucks. When I asked and said I didnt want to pay that, they said it was too late because my item was already taken to the back. Really? Its been less than 2 minutes and you cant just grab my item that I can see in the back counter just sitting there. I told them I didnt want to ship it anymore and they said I couldnt have a return. Rip off artist.

The worst UPS store I have ever been to. FYI they will charge you a $4 dollar fee to use their computer to print something! They dont tell you this before they refer you over to the computer. I ended up paying $4.50 to print two black and white pages. I imagine they wont stay in business much longer
