Showed up last night to pick up the car at 6:15pm and I did not leave the dealership until right before midnight. No joke, I was there with my 65 year old mother (the car is for her) for almost 6 hours!! They took the plates from my old car about 3 hours in, so we were stuck inside unable to leave for food or to take my mom home.To say this was an awful and ridiculously unprofessional and inconsiderate experience is a massive understatement. Not one person approached us ever to apologize, much less offer any explanations. They had 1 finance manager and a couple of people seconded to a room upstairs processing dozens of deals, yet they had a small army of sales people roaming the floor... priorities clearly misaligned.Advise to prospective customers: STAY AWAY! Advise to management: if you dont care about customers, at least care about your own employees. The poor sales people wouldnt leave until customers left. Many kept complaining how they had been there since 8am, and some even had small children waiting for them at home.It was so late we even saw the night cleaning staff come and go...
Absolutely surprised and delighted with our experience. Christina is, bar none, the most professional and caring sales person that weve ever dealt with. She is a straight shooter and does not indulge in any of the frustrating games that are endemic in this business. We recommend both her and her very efficient dealership.To sum up, the leasing experience was exceptional.

I was very nervous about going through the process because I hadnt purchased a car in nearly 10 years, and my last experience wasnt a good one. She was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciated how she kept in touch with me by text throughout the entire process, and even the day after my purchase. My anxiety level was super high, but she understood and didnt pressure me at all. She encouraged me and stood by me all the way, and I really appreciated that 😊. Miguel was also amazing. He broke down everything for me when it came to picking out a package and signing on the dotted line. He took his time to make sure I understood everything and that I felt comfortable enough to ask all the questions I had. And Vinny...what a guy! My heart was set on a specific type of vehicle, but it was nowhere to be found. Yeah, I was bummed, but he encouraged me to come in anyway and see what they had just received. Guys, they held the vehicle for me until I was able to see it. They werent quick to sell it to the next person. They thought about me; they wanted me to see it first, and I really appreciated that. Im so happy with my purchase, but Im extremely happy with my overall experience. I felt like I was apart of the family and the team took such good care of me. Vinny is the best ever!!! I loved coming to this dealership. He always made us feel comfortable and gave us the best deal. He was also super patient and respectful. The worst customer service experience of my life. At the beginning of this year I leased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Recently I took the car for routine maintenance and mentioned I had a transmission leak (which my local mechanic told me about) I was told to leave the car at the dealership service. I asked for a loaner car in the meantime and was told they dont have one, and in general I wasnt treated nicely by the service staff. I called a few days later when I didnt hear from the dealership and was told my car hadnt even been looked at yet. I asked about the loaner again and got the same response. Finally they called me after 10 days and told me there was physical damage to my transmission but werent able to explain what kind of damage. I asked for a written report of the damage which I still have not received. Its a brand new car, 6,000 miles, and has never been in any kind of accident, theres no way the transmission can have any physical damage. Its a manufacturing error but theyre trying to put all the blame on me. Throughout the whole process the service staff have been nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. (If I could give them negative stars I would)Update:Ive been contacting the service team, as advised (I can say that they are being a little nicer over the phone) Unfortunately they still werent very helpful. I asked again for a report and pictures of the supposed damage. I received an email with two pictures and nothing else. The pictures are not clear and have a date from 2012, I have no idea what they are supposed to show me. (I will attach the pictures to this review) I didnt hear from them so this morning I decided to go and pick up my car. No maintenance was done on the car (even though thats what I dropped the car off for) and I was charged for diagnostics. I took the car to my mechanic who looked at it, and took pictures and videos of the transmission. He told me that the service at the dealership removed the transmission cover and took out 2 screws. Like I said before, Ive never had such a bad experience in my life, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Very unprofessional and infuriating.
Vinny is the best manager. I leased 2 cars from him and he made sure we got the BEST deals.I also sent 3 other people to Vinny, and they were so happy. There was no fooling around. He gave us the best prices and we were so happy.He is very polite and looks out for his customers. And for that I will always lease from his dealership. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Be prepared to spend an entire 8 hours purchasing. Bring something to eat and drink because this dealership does not offer a coffee bar with snacks, the dealership in Suffolk County I previously purchased from did.I was hangry from lack of eating #1, Number 2 would have been better if the team was more transparent With where you stood in the assembly line.I DO LOVE MY HYUNDAI !Thanks Milli !

Millennium Hyundai has been my go-to dealership for about 4 years now. I have purchased 2 new vehicles from them and 2 used vehicles. (There were a few accidents that warranted replacing two cars)What drove me to return (pardon the pun) was more than how a dealership acts when all goes well, but how they handle a problem. To be fair, I work in supply chain so I am a difficult customer and a hard negotiator.There was some confusion regarding which car I wanted and my salesperson was basing pricing on a lower model and I was set on a higher model. Well I lost my temper thinking it was an attempt to bait and switch.It was not until my new found friend Vincent Came to the rescue. Vincent is the Sales Manager. He was able to calm me down and showed me where the misunderstanding originated. He respected my feelings and was able to professionally bring me from an angry level 10 to a calm level 1.Well Vincent showed me his understanding as not just a great sales manager but as a person. We struck a deal that was win-win that we could both be happy with.For many weeks after Vincent would repeatedly follow up to make sure I was happy with the car. He would ask if he could assist in scheduling my included service appointments and that never ended.I have purchased 3 additional cars from Millennium since then based on Vincent and his great customer service skills and his ability to fairly negotiate.The following 3 deals went without a single issue and Vincent still assists with coordinating service when needed and always insists that I stop by to just say hello when I am in the neighborhood or when I am there for service/maintenance.While I know I can only give 5 stars it is an understatement.

This dealership will not honor their own specials on their website. You can see in the photos. I wanted to get the 169 per mo w/ 1595 down. When I first inquired w/ salesperson (Brittany M) she said that after speaking w/ the manager they will honor the price. I asked for the detailed lease #s so I can review overnight. Immediately after she claimed that normally you have to put down $6k to get the 169 monthly lease.Based on disclaimer, I was willing to settle for $199 per month lease with 1596 down (+2500 in fees for NJ). Even still Brittany would not respond to me. I emailed her multiple times and still no response.Well they lost my business and I went elsewhere (to Kia!).

Picked up my new Santa Fe last night. Henry Greco was our Salesman. He was great through the whole process. Go see Henry any day but Thursday when he’s off. Finance Manager Raphael got us through the paperwork very quickly and into our new car. This is my second car from these guys. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Service Department sucks. Made an appointment to get ac looked at stopped working and smells like cooking gas. Was told my gentleman behind service desk, it would need to be left for 7-10 days to run diagnostic. Guess what didnt happen. On a separate note, the mechanics drive the vehicles like its a Fortune 500. Not happy, sent an email and left voicemail for service manager. Still waiting almost 2 months later for a call and or email. Not happy. P S. My 2021 Tuscan is a lease, very disappointed.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. I started with an internet search and a pleasant phone call with Artur Atanov. The 2022 Tucson was coming in on a truck in a few days. So, the car arrived as promised, and it was perfect. Since I had done my research, I was in and out quickly. Hands down one of the easiest car buying/leasing experiences I have ever had! ROBERT was AMAZING - so nice, straight to the point, gave me two deal-options, both of which were what I actually asked for! Went in randomly just to see, and I was out of the dealership within a couple hours (It took a while for me to decide which deal I wanted), but we all know car shopping and haggling takes an entire day. I heard nothing from him until I reached out and left several messages. Turns out he “couldn’t get the vehicle” and had the nerve to LIE and say that he never said that.DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

The service at Millennium Hyundai was great, and they were very focused in giving me the car that I wanted. Artur, my salesperson, was incredible. He was great at giving me a good deal for my vehicle, as well as trading in my old vehicle. I was a first time lessee, and Artur was very helpful in explaining all of my options and walking me through the process. As a result, I am very happy with my new car.
I brought my car in for service on 9/4, after spending 3 hours there i realized shortly after i left that someone helped themselves to $100.00 in my car. Mind you it was in the middle console not visible. After making several calls to service i was told that the service manager Ryan would call me back, Its been 4 days and no callback, which shows that this is not a priority for them. Typically i would just move on, but the fact that these mechanics are working on your car and have the audacity to steal from it is unacceptable. I probably should have removed my wallet, but i didnt expect to be robbed. It may be only $100 but its the principle.
Artur was super helpful to us today. He was able to get us the car we were looking for, at a unbeatable deal. Very knowledgeable salesperson; able to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable knowing we were making a good decision. I have been trying to schedule and oil change for well over a month now at every Hyundai dealer from Nassau to Suffolk. How are they booked up two to three months? I have a leased vehicle and I just don’t want to take it to some side of the road shop for an oil change which was suggested to me by a service advisor at mellenium Hyundai. This is terrible service makes me not want to buy from Hyundai ever again. Now my oil life is just about gone and I’m just stuck. You call them and they’re just like oh well. I even went in person twice and was turned down for an oil change. This is not how you keep customers Hyundai. I’m am very upset

Have picked up my leased ride via the fair app. The transaction wasn’t smooth as I expected as the store manager was away for a vacation and I had to pickup a damaged ride with multiple dents, and broken rear bumper. The temporary manager ‘TD’ promised me that I can schedule later time to have those damage fixed which never happened as they have given a number which wasn’t legitimate found myself in an infinite loop and the manager was always too busy to pickup the call to talk to me!! Worst way to deal with a customer, alas! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
I do not have experience with the dealership, although the time I went to ask a question about end of lease, the person with whom I spoke gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision.I mainly come for the service. It may be slow, but the work is done well and it is fairly priced. Beats the service centers in Queens so I drive out here every time I need something done. Fair amenities in the service center so time flies.

This is a follow up review for the 1 star. After we talked to the store general manager, he agreed salesman did wrong. The store manager eventually allowed us to have the original price and even returned us deposit. As a customer I am very satisfied with their solution and help. So I am writing this follow up review to give them a five star.

Went to this dealership to purchase a car over the weekend. The sales manager came and asked for $4,000 over sticker for the car. Needless to say I walked out. The next day I went to Hyundai 110 and closed the deal at sticker. Dont understand who a dealer like Millennium is still in business. Too bad they lost a sale and a customer.

Need something lower. The sales representative was assigned made me feel as if I was wasting his time. Didnt feel like he cared for my sale. Told him I need to think about it he immediately replied if Im comming make sure I call before because hes busy. Drove 40 minutes to Atlantic Hyundai and drove home with my new Santa Fe (see review from me at Atlantic Hyundai) not ever going there or recommending anyone to deal with them.

If zero stars was an option I would leave that. My car has been in the service department since 6/25. Ive yet to receive a phone call or update. When I called to check, because they never called, I was told as of 6/30 my car had not even been looked at. When I called today for an update I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone picked up told me he was with parts then transferred my call and it hung up! I had called the main number on their web page and used their number prompts! As of this point neither myself nor my family will be returning to Millennium Hyundai.

This dealer has been great in all aspects of car leasing. I have leased 7 Hyundais in the past 5 years.Not one of our vehicles has been in with service issues. I just leased my first hybrid, its the SanteFe. The several vehicles I was looking at to decide on the model I wanted were already sold, but the salesperson, Omari got creative and pulled out of storage a SanteFe Hybrid, the color and features were perfect and then I learned it was a Hybrid, which made my decision easier. Omari made this happen by paying attention to his customer and being creative. They took in my lease end SanteFe, prepped the new SanteFe,transferred the plates and insurance all within 5 hours. I drove the new Hybrid out this past Saturday, put it thru its paces and are very satisfied overall.Go there, even if you are exploring options, the customer service, energetic and friendly environment will lead to a decision that otherwise could be daunting.Michael C.

I came all the way from the Bronx, NY because I really wanted the limited edition 2020 Sonata in red. Millennium was the only place that had it. Soon as I walk in Im greeted by James. He became my salesman took me for a fun test ride and was not pushy or extra at all. No sauce is what I like. My mother thought he was sweet...and moms know lolJames then directed me to the finance manager named Miguel, who some how magically rocked me in to a 2020 Sonata SEL Plus with the tech package.My second visit James showed me the plus and I actually liked that model better than the limited edition. The trim on the seats, panoramic sunroof, and Bose system is what sold me. Plus it was a few thousand cheaper. An overall great experience for a car that holds a sentimental value to me and Im loving every minute of it. Ive gotten so many compliments on it already. The picture does little justice. Its a gorgeous car and I will continue to work with and recommend Millennium Hyundai. Thank you again to Juan, Wally, James (Knicks all day), and especially Miguel for putting in that work!
This use to be my place to go. They always handled every problem I had. Today was a little different. I asked for a few things: an NYS inspection, a new fob, and if they could take a look at my brakes because they were making a sound. Greg agreed, but didnt inform me that the brakes was a diagnostic issue until after they were done with the car. When I went to check out, they hadnt done the fob, hadnt looked at the brakes, and couldnt even check what the check engine light was on for. Ive downgraded my previous review of 5 stars to this.
My whole experience at Millennium Hyundai was fantastic.They took what I have usually found to be a joyless, stressful and impersonal transaction into a delightful event for me.For me the leasing of a car is quite a financial commitment and involves a lot of thought as well as preparation and in the past I found that when leasing a car my takeaway was that I seem to be an annoyance to the dealership because it is not a sale. Brittany, the sales representative at Millennium, did quite the opposite. She welcomed me and looked for ways to make the experience welcoming.Even though I had financial restraints when it comes to leasing a car I was offered differentchoices in car colors and options that truly made me feel as if I had a say in the leasing process. Brittany not only stayed on top of what you could get your hands on for me but moved quickly in doing so AND wound up taking me from an Ioniq Hybrid Blue to an Ioniq Hybrid SE and still managed to keep me in the price category that we initially discussed .... well .... You could have knocked me over with a feather!Even though spending time at a car dealership can be as rather cold and indifferent experience, I have to say that my time spent at the Millennium showroom was just the opposite. While closing the deal Brittanys boss Vinny stopped by to say hello and to see if I was happy with getting the Ioniq SE and see if everything was proceeding well. Willie, in financing, took me through the always tough part of leasing and was not only extremely helpful but also a delight to chat with ... a real nice guy !The icing on the cake was finding out that my sales rep. Brittany actually came in on her day off to finalize the deal with me and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my car. Now thats service !I just want to say that its obvious to me now that Millennium Hyundai really is about customer service and fair pricing .I highly recommend doing business with them.

Purchased the Hyundai Venue yesterday....my first car....with the best salesman, Robert Figueroa! Its evident that he is an experienced salesman, well versed, highly knowledgeable, credible, and willing to be straightforward with you. His vibrant, comedic personality is an added bonus. My family and I highly recommend requesting Robert as your salesman. He gave us a great starting price and worked with us for some time. He was patient and very relatable. He did the absolute best he could for us and we are completely satisfied with our lease deal. All the staff members we worked with were very kind, considerate, and lenient with us. My parents purchased a car from Millennium Hyundai recently this month. it was probably the easiest experience they have ever had at a dealership. Eric B in sales was more concerned about my parents being happy with their choice of car than him selling a car. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my parents questions quickly. He gives dealerships a good name. you can trust him if you are looking for your next car. I was not looking to buy a car until June 2021 until I walked into Millennium Hyundai yesterday. Eric Baltazar answered all of my questions about every other car company with ease including Hyundai without any pressure to buy or lease a car. Eric was knowledgeable and laid back looking to help me find the best car for me rather than sell. After millions of questions, I left a deposit and continued my search to other companies for more options. However, I ended up at Hyundai today to purchase a new car, all thanks to the amazing and wonderful salesman Eric.

From my initial request for information online through driving off the lot in my new car, my experience at Millennium Hyundai was excellent! Mateusz Nowak was great to work with in my search to upgrade my car- he was patient, listened to what I said I was looking for, provided me different options and was never pushy. Then when meeting with Miguel Marroquin, again I felt like I didnt have to haggle which has been my experience in the past when purchasing cars at a dealership. Miguel provided me with options and I just chose what worked best for me. I left the dealership satisfied with my purchase and not an ounce of buyers remorse as I felt I took my time in making the right choice. I am happy with my 2022 Tucson!

I made an appointment for a recall and took off from work and drove there with another car following me to pick me up after I drop off my car, pouring rain with mix of snow and sleet, even they called me to confirm the appointment and I said yes, I will be on time.So, I got to service department, they say only for recall the system is down and it has been down for a while, I should be calling back every other day to see if the system is up again, and they can’t help me and they didn’t bother to tell me when I made that appointment and they called to confirm!!! Not happy with them .
