The best customer service out there! Vivian has been amazing over the past 8 years I have rented from them! Bill and Juanita were also amazing.. with the new team in place, I am certain that they will be just a great! The facility is clean, always easy to get into and I have always felt safe there!!

Vivian helped me. She is fantastic! I described over the phone what I needed to store and she suggested the size. It was perfect for my needs. The lot has plenty of room for larger vehicles. They were unloading a 18 wheeler just down from my unit and there was still room to maneuver. Easy freeway access and clean facility.

I rented two units from here over the summer. It is the best storage facility Ive ever used. The office staff is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Their facilities are clean, well maintained and in a great location so I never felt unsafe visiting any time of day. Next time I need storage, Ill definitely be back.

Not only is it in the name, but this is literally the Best Storage in all of Las Vegas! Coming from the horrible experience I had with life storage, this business was a godsend. Everyone that works here is really nice and personable. It doesn’t matter where I live in Las Vegas, I’ll always do business with Best Storage if I should ever need a storage unit again. I highly recommend anyone that needs to keep their belongings safe and clean, go to Best Storage!

The staff at the Oleta location have been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I returned a Penske truck there when I moved here and now Im renting a storage unit there. Im glad I returned the truck at this location which gave me a preview of the staff. Nice, clean and well cared for location.

The absolute easiest and actually pleasant experience during the move in tI could tell that Chris the assistant manager was busy, but took the time to explain everything with a pleasant and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend! PS the property was spotless!!

I had a very bad experience when I reported some of my items were melting. The office staff just said that was impossible even though I had some of the items in my hand and was showing them. They just thought I was flat out lying or something? Very unprofessional.

The process of reserving and renting a storage space was efficient. My inital cost was significantly less than my payment will be next month. The e-mail I received from them states that I will have a 25% discount the first 4 months but when you sign up it states move in Cost so it may be misleading.After speaking with the office staff I realize I was confused by the web site. It was straightened out and my fees are actually less than expected for the first 4 months.Thank you Best Storage

I have had 1 sometimes 2 units here for the last 12 years they are climate controlled so it never gets hot enough to damage your belongings. They spray for bugs so if another unit brings some creature in a box it does not infest your storage. They are clean! Professional, helpful. They live on the premises so I feel safe going at night. Super nice people! Almost $100. Less per month that my other storage was!

The facility is clean and well kept all the time. I feel good about leaving my items in storage with them. The people are the friendliest that you can find and a pleasure to talk to and do business with. Their billing system is either one of the worst you can find or the staff is just simply not well trained on it. At this point, I just send them what I know that I owe them each month regardless of what is on the invoice (if you requested email invoicing and are lucky enough to get one that is) and forget about what the invoice says I owe them (lately the invoiced amount due has been much less than the contracted actual amount due for reasons that are too complex to describe here). My experience is that, if you pay only the invoiced amount, then you get an urgent call next month that late charges may be added, which they are moderately happy to work out with you. FYI - These issues (there have been a couple of them) have been ongoing since late last year (2012). I do highly recommend the place, providing that you stay on top of your own payment schedule.UPDATE: After 3 years of doing business with Best Storage, I still find them to be the friendliest bunch of folks to work with. However, after 3 years, they still have trouble navigating through their automated system and managing the accounting side of their record keeping. This isnt a deal breaker with them, as this is only an issue when making changes in my storage units - the rest of the time this really has no impact. I know that they take this seriously, as they have mentioned this during my conversations with them. With all else being great, I can only hope that they resolve their system training issues at some point.

We rented an outdoor space for our RZR for about 2 years. Their pricing was way better than most the other places, their location was more convenient and they were quick to get us in! Always super friendly anytime we needed anything - even to cancel since we moved out of state. When we had our tarp blow off they called to give us a heads up they tried to fix and we might want to stop by to make sure it was ok. Best Storage was great!

Very nice facility with climate controlled and clean storage units. Rental process was very smooth at the beginning and when we closed out our unit. Pricing was fair and staff was always helpful. Long access hours enabled access whenever needed. Will definitely come back for future storage needs that may arise.

The location is great, the facility is clean and well maintained and there are many options for various sizes and types of storage. But, best of all, the staff - Eddie, LaWanda, Bill and Vivian - are the GREATEST! They are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this BEST Storage.

Best storage place. Used for both my car and belongings. They are the nicest group of people. Tied down my car cover for me while I was gone. Place is very clean, well managed. Highly recommend.

This storage place is where you WANT to go if you want a clean & spacious storage as well as VERY friendly & kind staff. They were SO nice and offered us water due to the heat, went over every little detail of renting a storage space with them & even let us borrow tow dollies to unload our stuff. I have had storages at other places but never have I been greeted by such great ladies! Truly make you feel at home and that if you need anything they are there to help. This is FOR SURE where you want to rent a storage.

I dont think you could find a friendlier, more helpful group of people in any storage facility in Nevada. They go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with your unit, the service they provide and the overall security of the facility. Money well spent here !!!!

Ive been with Best going on 7 years both inside and out and have never had a security problem. Having different sizes of RVs and 5th wheels during that time the staff has always been great at working me into a new spot that fits my needs while keeping a smile on their faces..As long as I have storage needs Best Storage is where Ill be.

When we moved last year, we borrowed a rental truck through them and they were very friendly! It felt like they considered us family because of how considerate they were. For this reason, we are going to use them in the near future to store our belongings. Great location and great service!

This is so easy tonaccess from the 215! They are the nicest people working here. I feel safe in the storage unit and appreciate that they take all measures possible from keeping the wrong people from entering the property. They have their eye on the ball and as soon as they saw some people trying to enter by checking random gate codes, they had us all change our codes to much longer sequences.

Had a trailer stolen from the property. Would not recommend keeping anything in this property that you value. They allow company’s to keep there vehicles in there so everyone of there employees have codes to get in and out. Please be careful with this place.

I hate this place. The female owner kept calling us by the wrong names purposely.I put the lock on my unit wrong so they opened it and left it that way for a week until I could get back and fix it. Did I say that I hate them? I do.They also did a bait and switch on their advertised price. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Moving can be stressful, but Vivian and her staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. I definitely recommend their services!

Best Storage in Henderson is great, they’re super friendly and always happy to see you. The RV storage area has plenty of room to maneuver a trailer and I always felt comfortable leaving my trailer here.
