Extremely pleased with Penske. The team members at both ends of the trip were extremely pleasant and helpful provided ne with valuable information which help along the way. The equipment was superior. I have made numerous cross country moves. Moving is never easy but this one was made easier. Furthermore, the price was right!

The guy that checks the gas is ridiculous, he speaks lies. Go to a different rental location. They just want to RIP you off here

The people at this location are super nice . However the truck I rented is NOT ! I rented a 27 foot truck to drive from Las Vegas to Michigan, almost 2,000 miles ! We picked it up and went to our storage unit down the road and loaded it for our journey . We went to get on the highway, and this thing felt like it was going to fall apart . So I called the 24 hour roadside . I had to bring it to a repair place . They looked at it . It needed new front tires they were no good at all . So quite sometime later the truck is fixed . Now we are way behind schedule . Then the ABS light comes on . I call again . They tell it’s ok just drive it like that, we will call you in a hour to make sure your ok ? What ! Not what you want to hear as your going through mountains in Utah !! The headlights are horrible can’t see very good at night . This truck seems like it was never checked over before I rented it . And that is unexceptable when you are going across country . So I would not recommend anyone to rent a truck from Penske . From my experience they are junk . It cost me $1,500 to rent this POS ! I even asked for some kind of reembursement for all the inconvenience. And no such luck . So I will never ever rent a truck from Penske !!!
