We actually were told by a friend of ours to check this place out because of the great customer service, how easy it is to get in and out of and most importantly the affordability factor of you get what you pay for!I was impressed that she was spot on. Prices have gone up since the change in the housing market but the manger was very helpful in finding a unit we could afford and that would fit our needs. Great customer care! Would refer everyone!

We looked and shopped and talked to various storage facilities in our area, and Virginia, the manager at this Life Storage, was by far the friendliest and the most accommodating for our needs. We highly recommend this Life Storage. We moved our storage items over from North Las Vegas to this location, because its so convenient to the freeway...easy off, easy back on, in either direction. We even have two units. The facility is clean, and seems very well managed, and prices are competitive.

This place is not only clean but also safe . When you go into the office you feel like a valued customer. The ladies here are very professional and Virginia is one of the sweetest people you could meet. Life storage has made my transition to Henderson a smooth and happy one.

I was having a little trouble with the website (user error) so I called the store and spike with Virginia. I was very stressed when I called and she could tell. She did everything in her power to help me out including showing up an hour early the next day to help me get checked in. She was very thorough, took her time and helped me understand the process and what option was best for what I wanted. Excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend.

I am very happy with my decision to select this location. The facility is clean and well lit in a nice area. There is little traffic but a service station nearby means you aren’t out in the middle of nowhere! I had some questions about access and Blanca was incredibly helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about how happy I am with this location and the staff!

Other storage units Ive used in the past, you can tell that they get away with the bare minimum to keep people coming back. But I actually feel safe keeping my stuff here! The site is accessible 24/7 and the staff is amazingly helpful! Anyone looking 4 somewhere safe to store their items in Henderson should definitely give these guys a look.

Prices were decent, clean facility, and in a nice area. I informed the worker that I was moving out of my unit days after my next months rent was due and she didnt sweat me for any additional cost as it was still earlier than the six day late fee.

The worst place Ive ever stored my boat it was broken into two times in a 6-month period the manager will not help me with the video surveillance they have no lighting in the area and I would recommend nobody that has an expensive boat store there
