Have been with Public Storage for over 10 yrs now. Called manager to get assistance with my rate increase and she was very quick to respond and get back to me. Staff here has always been very helpful. The rates do keep rising however so not sure how much longer I can stay. The rates can change anytime so be aware of that.

Keri helped me out today. She knows her stuff, shes friendly and easy to talk to she will take care of your storage need.

While moving our stuff into storage and taking care of unit info....Shelly was a great help to us in taking care of all our needs.

The professionalism and attention to customer service is very unusual for this type of business. Please ensure that she stays at this location and runs it!!!!

Bring your own cart or floor Dolly, god forbid ONE PERSON is in the office, theyll make you stand and wait in the heat for 15-30 minutes just for a cart.. Almost did it twice today. Only waited for 10 minutes the second time, dont have the patience anymore. Pay attention to the new CDC guidelines and quit making people stand in the sun, its the desert for gods sake. Total BULL!

Tukoya was amazing, she was so helpful, friendly, efficient and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Beware, after 6 months, they increase 22% charge with no reason.You can still find the original rate online for new mover but they just increase the rate to the existing customer.

Sasha was amazing every time I came in. Gave me exactly what I needed close to home. Security was excellent and I ha d zero problems with randos.

I have had a unit with this location for three years. They have always been so nice and kind. Teri especially is an angel. Without her kindness and helpfulness I wouldn’t have been able to clean out this unit by myself!! Highly highly recommend

About 20 Units hit. Locks snapped off and Management did not bother to call the police. Will be moving to more secure place immediately. Not even in there a month.

Just recieved an email stating they are tightening their accessibility hours from 9pm to 6pm. I dont get off of work til 6pm! How am I suppose to access my property?!?! I will be terminating my business with them immediately!!

Dont believe the reviews. The units are awful. The building is old, its not temperature controlled. The elevator was broken as well. It was ridiculously hot inside the hallways. Speaking of, theyre narrow and if you have big furniture its best to just avoid this place altogether. Youre going to go through hell trying to maneuver the furniture into the units which have a very small entrance. The units all along the outside are unfinished and they will not tell you until you have the unit. They have fiberglass insulation all over. Their response? Well it doesnt irritate the skin as much as it used to. Its an old building.

Yesterday, I went to a few storage unit facilities to rent a large unit for the next year. I was very happy with the service I received by Cassi and Katie. The process was easy and quick, yet complete in detail. Explaining all the information on the contract and other important helpful information. I reserved a storage unit from them that day. The experience was as good as it gets for renting a storage unit and I recommend them to others. Robin

Disgusting unit. The management was not helpful at all and very rude. This is the last time Ill ever rent a unit from Public Storage. So beyond disappointing. Dont fall for the cheap rates, its not worth it. Dont believe them if they say the units are temperature controlled, theyre not. If you value your belongings, take them elsewhere. Do not rent a unit here!

The Manager Katie was very helpful when I went to move in on 4/28/19. She provided me with a cart to place my items on, as well as took the cart to the elevators for me, which was a huge help, and saved me from an unnecessary walk. The move-in process was seamless and I definitely enjoyed that!

I absolutely despise this storage facility. Upon setting up my storage, I was quoted a specific price and told that it would be the price for as long as my unit was rented. Six months later, they raised the price for my unit. And it has continued to go up since. I now pay double of what I was told my storage unit would cost. I am out of state long term on business, so I was left with no other choice but to be stuck with the forever raising prices of this company. The management, corporate included, is very unprofessional and greatly lacks customer service. They will tell you one price, then slowly raise their rates. I was also informed that there may have been a leak from the roof into my unit. I cannot wait to be back and get my belongings out of this facility. Do yourself a HUGE favor, go with a different storage company. Don’t get fooled by their gimmicks and “Internet sales,” You may pay more elsewhere, but it is worth it in the long run with their ridiculous fees and continually rising prices. I would honestly give this company zero stars, but I’m not given that option. You however, are given the option to choose a storage elsewhere.

Brittany and Danielle were amazing! I got the perfect size unit for a better price than one of their competitors. They were happy to get me in a smaller size unit that would fit my needs better, even at a lower price. I went to three other storage places and walked out. The customer service from these girls was amazing. Thank you public storage!

The units are gross. I tried to get a different one and they told me all their 10x10s on the outside of the building are like that. I figured people should know what theyre renting before they pay for it. You rented as is but we can sell you a tarp to cover it. What a scam. How does this even pass code

The main door was locked, I was waiting 30 mins for someone to come let me in so I can get a new lock to my storage. No one answered the phone, I called over 3 times and knocked on the door. Very unacceptable

Only 1 star because there aren’t any negative starsALL of these places are infested with mean people. Well in the beginning there ok but after your precious items are in there units they treat you terribly. I’d HIGHLY recommend NOT using these places you’ll most likely regret it.

Thank you public storage for these two ladies(Brittany&Demisha)that helped me with my storage me and my girlfriend made a reservation to rent a space at this public storage location after making the reservation it took them less then 5 minutes to give me a call to set up a good time to see the unit. As I walked in this morning I was greeted with 2smiling faces they were happy to help me and explained everything to me so I would understand what I was getting myself into.They extended my visit with explaining how I could store my stuff and to keep everything protected with there merchandise. Unfortunately I had my item already to go and didnt need nothing from them but as a team they got me to get a roll of tape(these ladies are awesome sales women)I will store my stuff here for many years and feel safe storing my belonging in these ladies hands.Kudos public storage for picking the very best.👍

I have had a unit at this facility for a number of years. The service has always been excellent, the facility is kept nice and clean. Michelle is always very friendly, informative and polite when I come in. I met one of their newest employees Kevin today, he seems to already be well trained and was able to assist me quickly and professionally. I would recommend this location and team to anyone looking for a great place for storage.

I came up into this place to buy a storage unit and it smelled extremely strongly of marijuana. The manager seemed to be under the influence. She was nice but I dont know if Im comfortable with storing here. She said she lives at the site, not what i want watching over my goods. What has happened to this country, not what I fought for.

We were moving from another state and needed storage of our things for a couple of months. I started the reservation process onlinebefore we arrived. It was easy to determine which size of unit(s) we would need. I worked with Katie there and she was awesome. We spoke on the phone several times before our arrival and I was certain that there would be no snags. She showed us our units and we applied our locks. I had been concerned that the climate control wouldnt be cool enough to store our things in but it was very comfortable. Everything was explained clearly. We had one less stressor. The staff is consistently very nice. I have had a unit for over a year now and I prefer to go in and pay instead of doing it online. When I do Im in and out without any hassle. Chris has been there most of the time when I pay my fee and he has always been very helpful. One time I left my storage unlocked when he noticed that it was unlocked he called me so I could come down and secure my things. All in all a great storage facility with a great staff. My only wish is that they would keep the gate unlocked a bit later than 9pm. This is a 24 hour city.
