Jackie had such an attitude I left. I was sending 3 items. Verizon paid for a box with the price of shipping. She argued with me then said well then where is your box if they paid for it me: its included in the price. So what ever I paid for the package, it was 89 cents. Then I tried to return curtains and she kept saying well this costs this and this cost this. I honestly didnt care about the price. Her attitude is what made me leave before I acted on an urge to remedy the way she was speaking. She needs an attitude adjustment before someone isnt as nice as I was.

As of September 23rd 2021, the phone number that Google maps links to nearest other UPS store is incorrect but it is linked to a different store. It takes 7 minutes to get this information from two of their employees, after a lot of effort. Repeatedly asking them if they have the correct phone number for the location that you explain where it is, is perpetually rejected and they give instead three times the address for their store. Who knows why? Am I supposed to look up their store and presumably the two stores are switched, regarding phone numbers, miraculously somehow? I know physically where the stores are located and looking up on Google maps the address of the store that I was talking to probably wont get me the phone number that Im looking for as I am trying to call a certain UPS store. It looks like I wont find out because the employee that picked up the phone as I clicked the word call from Google maps after entering the address that these people gave me repeatedly for whatever reason, put me on hold, indefinitely.

First customer rep told me it was going to be $3 to print label because it was three pages. So I went out to my car got the box that came with that had most of the label came back in. As Im waiting in line she helps the person two people back because theyre just dropping off doesnt ask me if thats okay or the person behind me weve been waiting. I dont care how quick the transaction is I was there first. Then they tell me an email address to send my label to doesnt come through. So they have me log on their computer put in my email address and log into it and every customer thats done that their email addresses memorized in their system and stays logged in. Very unsecure data breach. I made sure to log myself back out and clear my browsing history printed one page. The girl with the register does not tell me that Im going to be charged to use the computer nor that her new price for printing was a minimum of 250 to use the computer and an additional amount that came to $3 and some odd sense. One of the worst places to ship from when she told me it was going to be 325 or 3:50 for a piece of paper and a fee for using the computer. I just turned around and walked out dont go here its a waste of time. And a rip off 📴

Very bad customer service, does not reply back on claim and hasnt properly responded after several attempts to contact them. Always a excuse! Been going on two months with no refund. I went to UPS direct and filed a claim. They responded and approved in 10 days, but because I shipped from the store I had to file claim through them. I will never use this store again! If I could post lower than one star I would.

I had the store package and ship a framed painting to my sister in OR. The price was reasonable, the package arrived on time and in perfect condition. To those of you who call out the elderly you need to mind your manners and have some respect. The elderly gentleman was the one who took my shipping and he was professional and nice.

Worst Customer Service!!I had a package delivered through them which I paid a lot of money and extra to have it professionally wrapped. To my surprise the items that are fragile, weren’t even tape. I called the store to speak to the manager Sheena she’s on vacation, then I requested to speak to the owner Nick and turned out he refuses to speak to me. Now I am asking for the claim tracking number for my broken items and the clerk Katie stated that she filed the claim but can’t find the number.

Husband dropped off a package to return to Amazon. The package disappeared and was never forwarded back to Amazon, leaving us with a bill to pay from Amazon. The only way this could have happened is if someone at the store stole the package. Very disappointing as we have used the store for a long time.

One person working, while up to six people wait in line is quite a hassle. Understaffing is a common issue at this location. Management, please consider hiring more people to work throughout the day. The prices for services are quite expensive, it should not take an hour wait to ship one package.

Great, quick service! I had a BUNCH of stuff to mail and they handled it with no problem in the most efficient manner! This store will also use an account number for the shipping charges and others wont. I never knew there was a difference in the locations until now! Thank you!

DO NOT COME HERE.Came in one day to drop off a T-Mobile return package, I got in, didnt even get greeted or anything, the old guy working in the morning was too busy talking to some other guy, so I stood there waiting for a good ten minutes when finally I guess he saw I was staring him down so he finally looked at me and smirked can I help you? I returned the same attitude and snarled yeah, ship this box out, he grabbed the box, went to the back for about five minutes (probably hoping Id leave by that time) then came back and I had to wait another eight minutes for a receipt! He didnt even handed it to me, he left it on the counter and returned talking to that other guy. I didnt even bother to deal with him anymore so I just left.Come to find out a month later I get a call from my T-Mobile insurance company claiming I never returned the defective phone & an extra $450 delinquency charge will be charged to my next phone bill!!!! What the f***!!!!!I immediately went to the store and demanded to speak with the guy that helped me, the poor girl didnt know what to do, I didnt take it out on her, she was the only professional one there, she asked if I had the tracking number on the receipt, I did, handed it to her, she typed it in, NOTHING CAME UP! I guess the old guy never put it into the system or something, I dont know!!!! I filed a claim against this particular store, then T-Mobile waved the fee, dont know what happened with them and this store but just as long as I dont get stuck with the bill. Im fine. That old man needs to get fired asap! Hes bad for business. Never coming here again.

Never coming back to this store again. I usually came in to fax my paperwork because they were very quick and never had a problem with no fax going through, but today the cashier by the name Alma was very rude to my little boy. Rudest old hag I met in my life.

Ive shipped here for 3 years without problem until now... when it really mattered. I very specifically asked for my fragile package to be packaged and shipped in an appropriate and safe manner... just this 1 time... and stressed the great importance of the delicate parts of my shipment. I paid a mint and was promised and assured that my package would be specially taken care of. The next week I got a call reporting all of the damage that my package had undergone. From there the reimbursement process was been slow. I have since been reimbursed for packaging, shipping, and damage repair... which was far more than expected. Thanks to Greg and UPS team!

Avoid doing business with this specific UPS store. My package dissappeared because the owner decided to hand it back to the Postal carrier for no good reason. Not so much as an apology, just his unsympathic robotic mannerisms. There are plenty of better run UPS Stores that will earn you business. This place does not deserve you patronage.

Had to get a money order they would take my debt card said I need cash so I go to the bank get cash come back to purchase money order would take my money it was in hundred dollar bills said they could be counter fit told they yah just made really were do you think I got them had to go to the bank that runs all money through a machine that detects counterfeit money besides that 20 dollar bills get counterfeited as much if not more. Their excuses are unfounded and completely rediculous . Wound not recommend this store to any one

Very bad service, I send an envelope and send it by usps without asking me without tracking number, when I come to an ups store is because I need the UPS service not FEDEX or USPS, now I do not know where is my envelope and documents, I do not recommend

Itll cost the same to box it here as it is to box it at home.Boxing and shipping it are the same, around $15.After implying that the laptop box and shipping was $15 total, I later found out that they charged me $15 for a flipping box and $25 for shipping.Literally scamming missionaries. Absolutely disgusting.
