Stopped by today and purchased two mattresses and a dining room suite. Had no expectations of having all delivered and set up the same day but Steve and Dave demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced. Great product, great service, and fair prices…that’s a winning combination. We will purchase from 1st Choice Furniture and Mattress again.

I had a great experience with these guys. We were looking for the white version of a dresser we already have and they were able to find it, went and picked it up, and delivered to our house. Very nice folks there, easy to deal with, and competitive prices. If youre in the area and youre looking for something much better than IKEA or Amazon furniture, check them out.

After visiting 6 other furniture places in the surrounding area, we decided to try 1st Choice. We were pleasantly surprised to see the price and value of their furniture and proceeded to purchase a complete bedroom set pus a kitchen table/chairs. Delivery was prompt, efficient and reliable the following day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Super nice owner he lets you lay down on all the showroom mattresses as long as you want to so that you can get the right feel between the different mattresses so that you get the right one for yourself also if he doesnt have the right size mattress in-stock that you want he will order it for you an he doesnt try to get you to buy another one that is in-stock that you dont want he wants you to get the right one that fits your body comfort

Steve was extremely helpful. My family and I were looking for 2 new recliners. I had hurt my back and needed a comfy recliner to sleep in and my dad needed a recliner to elevate his feet above his head for his leg issues. My parents went to our favorite furniture stores but I thought I would check out some furniture stores in Hendersonvillez since thats where I was. I ended finding a recliner that had push buttons to sit your recliner to the perfect position for you. It also has a USb charging port. My own, regular furniture store told me if I could get those kind of chairs for that price, I should jump on it because they couldnt beat those prices. All in all I definitely recommend.

Good pricing and great customer service. They were willing to hold the box springs I ordered in their warehouse for over 2 weeks and then helped me move my old box springs to the basement when they delivered the new ones.

My dad Ernest Anderson bought a matress from this wonderful company and they delivered it this morning. They came in moved my moms bed even vacumed where her bed was put my moms bed over where she wanted moved my dads bed and put his new matress on. Such an easy, no pressure place to shop. Wanted a good priced recliner and found one! Steve was a great sales person and helped answer my questions. Best part was he was able to deliver it that same day for a very small charge, and only because I am on the 2nd floor! It was nice not dealing with big box stores and buying American made products. Would recommend without hesitation.

We came in today and left with exactly what we have been searching for. The owner was extremely helpful and understood we were on a budget. The first bed frame we looked at was more than we wanted to spend so he showed us one other and it was perfect! He didnt mind at all to completely take the bed frame apart and show us the tricks with it, even though there are instructions. If we ever need more furniture we will definitely be back!!! My wife and I purchased a counter height solid wood table and 4 swivel chairs for our dining room and couldn’t be happier. The set is made in the USA – seats 8 with the leaf – and fits great in our space. Steve Martin and the staff at 1st Choice Furniture & Mattress are top notch – they have the product knowledge – great inventory – and enjoy what they do. Highly recommend them.

I was definitely pleased with my shopping experience at First Choice! I was shopping for a dining room table and gave the salesman my budget. He showed me several options, which included more options in catalogs,and was not pushy (always appreciate that). I was drawn to a particular table right away within my budget. This store is clean and furniture is displayed nicely. Was pleased with the whole process including delivery. The store owners go the extra mile with doughnuts and how to take care of your newly purchased furniture.

We recently bought a new home in the area and were in need of several items for furnishing it. We began and ended our search here. In this day and age of big box retailers, it was refreshing to work with someone who was professional and impressed us with the principle of having us as a priority. My wife and I recently visited 1st Choice Furniture and were pleasantly surprised. They had better quality furniture yet lower prices than all the other stores we visited. But, what we really liked was the sales people were helpful and not pushy!

We went here to look for bedroom furniture. We were interested in a set. The salesperson was coming up with different prices that didnt add up. Unprofessional, did not know their own otems.

My review is not for 1st choice furniture, but instead for its next door neighbor expresso yourself since its not on google (like an actual business). I give this business 0 stars (as opposed to 1st choice furniture; Ive never been there, but a sweet older man smiled at me one time in the parking lot so i can only assume the business is tops) expresso yourself is a poorly ran, shabby excuse for a coffee shop. There was one barista that actually knew exactly what she was doing, but besides that, utter chaos. I ordered a drink on several occasions and got almost the polar opposite, someone tried to give me a single chocolate covered espresso bean WITH THEIR BARE HANDS. what kind of establishment encourages this behavior? They have a rating from the health inspector of 98.0, HOW? its absolutely a ridiculous notion that this place is at all competition to any McCafé, I sorely regret wasting my money multiple times at this anarchic drive thru coffee shop. 1st choice furniture is great though, definitely stop by and check it out, great staff!
