At this particular tmobile the lady there didnt wana help or even try to help with anything I needed help with even tho the tmobile customer service people had told to to go into one of their stores to get help! She just wanted to sit there on her phone and keep telling me Id have to call 611 she couldnt help me with anything!!
Never had a single problem with the customer service team, either in the store or online. But the network is awful here in Hendersonville. Slow, inconsistent connection, loves to drop calls or just not send texts. Have an iPhone 12. Really disappointed in the quality of the network.

Long wait time, seems a little chaotic. I was waiting longer than other customers in the store, due to them only having one computer that sprint customers can be bought up on. (I easily waited a hour before leaving). Very much considering another phone company, as this store didnt have any professional advice to offer and just seem like they wanted me to leave. Thank you for the hour I wasted.

Came in because I was having trouble paying my balance on my account. Ofelia was so helpful she did everything she could to make my payment go through. Love her energy and spirt. First thing she did was tell me the promos and because of her I got my new Samsung Galaxy S20 ☺️☺️ so happy. Highly recommend her (Ofelia)

My husband and I visited here about 4 weeks ago to get new phones. We already have T-Mobile and have for a while and I LOVE the company! But this store was not that good lolI’ll start by saying the girl that helped us was super nice and friendly but not very knowledgeable (which she might’ve been new and we’ve all been there) so that’s okay. But she took HOURS to ring us up, then their system wouldn’t accept cards so we had to run to the bank to grab cash. Annoying but not her fault. But the most annoying thing was that she REFUSED, I mean absolutely WOULD NOT let us pay for our phones our right! I’m guessing they get some sort of bonus or commission if people finance. We kept telling her we just wanted to pay because we’ve saved up the money and don’t get new phones often. She just wasn’t having it. That was super annoying. Just let me pay for stuff lolShe didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and the process took forever.As much as I love T-Mobile, I don’t think I’ll be going back to this store.Giving the benefits of the doubts of her being new, system crashing not her fault, etc, the fact that she wouldn’t let us pay outright irked me enough to not wanna go back.Still love T-Mobile and really enjoying my iPhone tho 🤷🏻♀️

This has got to be the absolute WORST customer service group I have ever dealt with. When I made an initial purchase they promised me one thing and it changed . I do not receive a bill and all they do is charge my card every month without any information regarding a NEW increase in phone service. They will NOT handle a complaint and they tell you to contact their 800 number.
Worst T-Mobile store Ive ever been in. An employee sold me a device she had absolutely no idea how it was intended to be used. I went to return it 1 week later and they tried to charge me a restocking fee. Theyre poorly trained and have no customer service skills. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

Wonderful experience; Sean is a great manager, he promptly provided me with my options and carried out my requests. He even gave me some life tips while we waited for customer service to process our request! The DM was very kind, but was a little pushy for my taste. This is understandable for someone in that position, though.Sean is a valuable asset to this T-Mobile store!
Called this store today by mistake, big mistake. I usually stick with the store in rivergate/Madison area where I had originally turned on my service etc. I had called with a simple question and the female that answered was rude, snarky, and laughed at my choice of words at one point which then became her only focus. I would never recommend this store to anyone.P.S.call was recorded for quality assurance, you can hear her laughing beside the phone at her own comments.

Defiantly over the moon with this store! Sean is an awesome manager and takes customer service very seriously. I came in to Jump my phone to the S10...When Sean checked the back an noticed they just sold their last phone i was more then content with purchasing the S10e But Sean said he wanted me to receive the phone i wanted in the first place.He said the next store that still has stock was in White House. Instead of telling me if i wanted it i could go to that store to purchase(Ive been to other T- Mobiles and im usually prompted with that option)Sean asked me to give him an hour and he would be back with my phone.I was raining very heavy that day and one hour turned into two. But waiting wasnt that big of a deal knowing this man went out of his way to get me what i wanted. Thank you Sean and everyone at T-mobile!

Always I had said its ridiculous to pay more than $8 for a hamburger and I stopped coming over... but my friend wanted to eat a hamburger from here, so I decided to come over... so guess .... my experience was terrible... I WONT never come back...
