We had a great experience. They acknowledged us within seconds of entering the store. We were trying to contact customer service via the Verizon help service phone number, but we had no success in resolving our issue. We went to the Verizon store where we were helped by, Shane, who was very quick to answer our questions. We wish we had not wasted our time calling the Verizon help line. We should have just went into the store, and let them fix our issue.

Store was really understaffed today, as many stores currently are, and several customers were just really grumpy with them, but the Verizon associates (only three there - and one of them borrowed from another store two hours away), were working so hard to meet customers needs. They were slammed but so very helpful. Caesar (in Chicago by phone helping process my purchase), with Joey and Michael in-store helping clarify my questions requiring seeing the merchandise. Together, they got me set up and out the door. Thanks to them for such teamwork and patience, and for an all around good experience despite the challenges! I really appreciate them.

Very disappointing experience. My elderly father managed to lock himself out of his new smartphone and the phone was useless. I made an appointment and came in for assistance, and I was advised by Blake that there was nothing they could do. The only suggestion he had for me was to go to a cell phone repair store and see if they have any software they can install to give us access to the phone. I even asked about doing a factory reset but he said there was nothing that could be done by Verizon and that I would need to go to the repair shop. I was dismayed that there was nothing they could do to assist me, so I left with a useless phone and went to the repair shop. The tech at the repair shop was super helpful and did a factory reset within a couple of minutes, at no charge to me. Within a short time I was on my way and the phone was fully functioning. Thanks for nothing, Verizon.

Scheduled an appointment online as requested due to COVID. Setup appointment for 7:00 to 7:30pm. I arrived at the store, as requested, and the store was closed an hour beforehand at 6pm.Why would you schedule people to come into a closed store. I understand that conditions change due to COVID, but you are my phone provider Verizon.... why didnt you call me to notify.Gets better, spent the next 2 hours on the phone trying to contact Verizon, getting disconnected twice! Neither time did I receive a call back, even though they again, had my number to call.Tech came to fix my wifes phone today (which only had a cracked screen and still working) at our home, which was nice, but the tech BROKE the phone! Then she spent 2 more hours on the phone with Verizon to order a replacement!!!Absolutely ridiculous!!

Stopped in because phone wouldnt charge. Two employees playing on phones. No other customers around. They took every bit of two minutes to access the problem and pronounce phone can only be replaced. Cost $200 after insurance.Said might try UbreakIfix and might be able to repair for $200.Left and took it there.They were able to repair it! For free! Turns out that it had a bit of trash in port. Verizon wanted me out of store asap, UbreakIfix fixed it good as new. They have a customer for life. Im anxious to see alternatives to Verizon.

Hear that this store may be closing down, and I guess they might as well, because the customer service in this store is almost non-existent. Already had to drive further than I wanted as they closed the one closest to us. I wanted to look at tablets for my daughter for Christmas. Didnt need any assistance, just wanted to look (at a physical product, not a picture on a screen). Was told by a man at the door that I could not go in unless I had an appointment or a phone emergency (although he gave the guy 2 spots in front of us an appointment time, he told us he had no appointments). I understand COVID has changed some things in todays society, but this was beyond ridiculous. They are only letting like 3 people in the store at a time. I dont believe that that they dont have the capacity for more. Also, their front door said that they did. Ot open until 12. We arrived at 11:30 to find out they had already been open for half an hour and that could have made a difference in whether we were able to go in or not!! Beyond frustrated and seriously debating switching to AT&T. I think nearly ANY level of customer service could easily beat Verizon.

Also, on December 24 I called to buy a phone at the Verizon store and was told I had to order it through the call center and make an appointment to do instore pickup or curbside. The Verizon representative said that was the new way of interacting with the store.

Sometimes its a long wait. Sometimes they have more than enough people to wait on you. I feel like they have hidden charges all the time. My bills never the same.i ask if I could pay a phone off. They said yes. Then I tried to give that phone to my mother in law because her phone craped out. She took it to her carrier and they told her it was locked. When I contacted them about it. They said the phone had not been paid off. So I paid more money. Then she tried again to hook it up. Still locked.i called again. They said I still owed money on it. I paid again and told them to remove it. It still showed up on my bill. I feel like they just rip you off.

Love this store! Been to at least 6 local stores over the last 7 years, and the Hendersonville location is my absolute favorite! So friendly, helpful, and all of them seem to want to help you best, not just line their pockets. I had 2 come back 3 different times due to snags on my end, and not once did any of the employees seem as if I was a burden. Almost wish I had more reasons so I could stop by more often. Great management, awesome employees.

Mac took care of us, and my Husband and I left chatting about how effortless and enjoyable he made the whole purchase experience. He greeted us (store was pretty busy) the moment we walked, quickly directed us to the area to look in while we waited and never missed a beat waiting on the person he was with, multitasking in a friendly, at ease way. He even went the extra mile to help us as my husband lost phone while making burial arrangements for his Father, and had last pics of Dad on there not backed up😢. So overall, amazing service from Mac. There need to be more people like this guy, he went way above and beyond in helping us. Thanks!

I have been a customer with Verizon for 13 yrs (& before that with Alltel whom they bought). On Thursday, I with a very nice rep about getting a smart phone & told him I would talk to my kids about the plan and come back to get one. I showed up on Friday and the store was barred & closed (no sign why). I went home and made an appt for Monday. I received a text reminder on Sunday about the appt. I received an email reminder about the appt. I showed up for my appointment on Monday...and the store was still barred & closed with one sign about safety first & reclosing some stores.I dont have a problem with reclosing some stores....what I have a problem with is NOT LETTING ME KNOW MY APPOINTMENT was CANCELLED. Very unprofessional (even if it is a robo-app confirming the appts). Otherwise, I have always liked Verizon but this really, really infuriates me (Verizon obviously knew they were going to close some stores, so their website should not have let me make an appt for a closed store).

Just a bunch of college kids in there when I went. They didnt have adequate answers for my technical and educated questions. Went here looking to move from contract service to prepaid but there were no reasonably priced phones for cash purchase. Cheapest one was $300. They didnt know much about their prepaid service. Verizon phone service while it is the best, it is way too expensive.

Guess the employees are uninterested in selling anything other than phones.. I saw 4 people standing around doing nothing and 3 were behind the counter. Not one of them came to ring up the charging pad I attempted to purchase. Bad customer experience. Every sale should matter big or small. I put the item back on the shelf and left..will be purchased at another location.

Went to the Hendersonville store 14 days ago..i sat on this review..& still want to post it. All i wanted is to add a device to my account. 20+ year customer of Verizon w 7 current devices.. The Hendersonville store had over 6 employees + a security guard. After a brief discussion with each customer, they turned most people away. including me with a phone number to Verizon somewhere in tim-buck- two . I sat on the phone for over an hour an just gave UP!!! now back to the retail store:I never saw one consumer allowed to enter the store. and I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes to observe. My question is this, why have anyone there at all? just put a sign on the door and say were temporarily closed contact Verizon at this GOOD phone number. What is going to happen at this store when the stores in Tennessee are supposed to be allowed to open back up?My first order of business if I was the regional manager of Verizon would be to have a sit-down with the Hendersonville store manager to have a discussion about the attitude of the long haired brunette with tattoos...even if shes the store manager which is the way she was acting..a good regional manager can interview current employees to shake out the inconsistencies of their employees attitude to see if they have the correct disposition to interact with retail consumers. She had no customer skills & rude to the core. Listen, I was a call center manager. The first thing I would do would bring her back in for a discussion and possibly retraining. if she couldnt be retrained she would be dismissed. I know the effects that covid-19 is having on corporations. In our own company, we have employees calling in because they make more money being laid off with stimulus money from the state and US government than the base pay of $16.52+ an hour we are paying our call center agents.. Maybe the female Verizon employee I encountered was experiencing the same thing. She didnt want to be there, so it was her subconscious disposition to act rude to the consumers who by products that keep Verizon in business. Im going to bring this up in Mondays morning action meeting, get with Mary to review our consumer reports for the last 30 days,& see if this is whats going on in our call center. If our customer service agents are acting in the same manner of this female Verizon employee I encountered, Im going to suggest ethics retraining for all employees who interact with our retail consumers. Thats all I have to say

The guy that helped us was very unfriendly like he didnt want to help us. He sold us a new phone and didnt even take it out if the box. Use to Verizon always active the phones when we bought new phones. If our phones every go down again we will change phone companies. Phone price are getting ridiculous high. Not many elderly people can afford your prices.

Awesome salesman he got my phone to charging again and took many viruses off..I dont know much about him but he served 4 years in the marine corps..he explained what I needed to do to my phone and got me on my way. He was able to simply spray can air in my phone and Wow it started charging again..THANK YOU .....

Wost place Ive ever been to. The sales people kept trying up sale me to a phone that is pretty much useless to me so I left and ordered what I came in to get . Then I go back up there to have my phones swapped out and to get the screen protector put on the sales guy told me to do it at home .. he ended up swapping sims cards but refused to put on the screen protector on after removing the janky factory one. Take your business somewhere else .

THE WORST SERVICE AT A VERIZON STORE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.My name is Bryan. My girlfriend and I visited the Verizon store in Hendersonville Tennessee on Indian Lake Rd across from the Super Walmart today Sunday June 30 2019. I looked the address on line and saw that they opened on Sundays at 12:00. We arrived at about 12:30 and were promptly greeted by a Verizon store employee named Paul. As we introduced our selves I noticed that Paul was talking very fast. Now at the time I just thought he was just nervous meeting new people because when I looked him in the eyes as we were talking I noticed that he would not look directly at me and when he looked at me he would blink his eyes at me really fast. However I didnt really hit me it was odd until later. We wanted to upgrade 2 iPhones from a 6s to the latest iPhone Xss. We were the only customers at that time in the building. I have been with Verizon Wireless since 2004 so I thought I would get a pretty good deal in the past like I got in 2015 when we upgraded to the then new 6s. Back then we were able to get a couple of things that we wanted for our phones a cover, and screen protector for free because we were getting two phones. In 2015 I opted to add that cost of the phone to my monthly bill, so all I had to pay was a small transfer fee and we got the other things for free. After we made our selection we asked Paul who was still talking so fast, what the total was including trading in our iPhones 6ss for a amount that would be subtracted from the total. He gave us a price that I had to pay today lets just say it was almost $400.00. I asked him for a discount and he told me that was including the discount and adding the rest to my monthly bill when I said that I have been a customer for so long. Paul said really fast and still blinking that I am buying them for what they paid for them, that was cost. I was not prepared to pay that much money today. I felt he was lying to me about the price. When people lie to you, they wont look you in the eye. Plus I felt like we were being rushed and Lied to from the very beginning because he Paul was talking really fast and acting very nervous. I remembered that the Best Buy at Rivergate in Madsion carried Verizon and iPhones. The total from Best Buy was still more than I expected but only $139 including all taxs.Verizon Store, shame on you! I cant believe that you would seriously treat a long time customer like that and charge me a little over $250.00 more by flat out lying to me saying that this was cost.If you are using Verizon, Do Not Go To This Store. Go to Best Buy, they were very kind and a lot less money.My reply to whoever said they were Sorry. Did you even read this up above? I said my name is Bryan. And you are referring to me as Zarrett. Most of the times we have been there, we have had great service. However, I recently upgraded from a iphone 5s to a 6s, went in to transfer all my data to my new phone before leaving the country on a 10 day trip. The young man who waited on me, breathed a sigh of relief as the regional manager just walked out the door, and gave me a paper to figure the transfer out on myself. Now I am not a tech savvy person, and I was on a time crunch, so I left the country without my phone being set up. Even my son who is tech savvy couldnt do it ( the paper said Android, and he just marked through Android and put iphone) I will go back and tell them I want them to set my phones up! Disappointed..
