The store is never open sign on the window says lunch break 30 minutesYeah right
This lady charged me 195$ for a phone I cant get because its the upgrade price. She doesnt even know how to refund it back to my account. Total waste of time and did I forget the best part she barely speakers English!
I drove 30mn to get here and I get there 15mn to closing and the door is locked I called and she told me they close at 8pm. Still have 10mn to purchase 2 phones.. They should say they close at 745pm if theyre trying to leave early. Just lost 2 sales...
On 9/21/17 My wife and I visited this store. What a great experience. Shardea is a straight up professional and provided us with excellent care and we left with everything we needed. Thanks to Shardea for taking such good care of us.
I called metro customer service and they said I could change my phone over with a new SIM card no problem so I show up and the argue with me how they can’t do it. I drive 10 minutes down the road to the store in Rivergate and I’m in and out in 5 mins with my phone switched
The staff was amazing had to get help setting up phone 2 times
My phone was locked grrrrr but they unblocked my phone and I was on my way back to texting thanks metro
Kind of expensive for someone like me who has been with them FOR YEARS..but customer service awesome as always
