After years with another company, we decided to look at other options. The staff at US Cellular in Hendersonville was highly professional and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Josh the Business Specialist was great to work with and made switching companies very easy.

This is not for this store in particular, it is for US CELLULAR as a company. I have used this carrier since 2006. During the Covid Pandemic my business had to shut its doors for 2 and half months. I slowly watched my balance rise with no way to pay. After I started getting disconnection notices I called and tried to make arrangements to pay half now and half June 2d. The wonderful lady said Mr Sellers, you have been a valued customer and instead of doing that, just pay the full balance on June 2d after your business opens and if you come to a place where you cannot pay it then, please call us back and we will make further arrangements. We know this is hard on people and we understand. I will always be grateful for this.THANK YOU. Many companies sent e emails saying they were there to help, but US Cellular was the only company that actually followed through and understood. I am eternally grateful for your hospitality and understanding. I will remain as loyal to you as you were to me.

US Cellular has always been a great company to work with, and Ive been a customer for over 14 years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast, not to mention offer a great deal. I wish all my utility companies cared this much about their customers.

Smooth business transaction but the process is vague. A few keystrokes and we are done but not sure what changed. Sales rep answered a question that was helpful...about why my phone has such poor reception at my new home.

Went to US Cellular on Four Seasons Blvd in April. As I waited for assistance I noticed that the phones were priced alot higher than online or in big box stores. Talking to the Service Rep I asked him the benefit of purchasing in store. After being told that any issue with the phone would be handled in store. And the higher prices where due to the cost of business. Having the luxury of stopping in and saving time if any issues arose. After weigh the pros and cons of buying in store. And being reassured they would personally handle any problems. I bought a phone. Paying not quite double than had I gotten the same phone elsewhere. The guy did stress that even though they would have this on record I would need to keep the receipt. This was the only part that seemed off. Stressing the necessity of having the receipt. Figured they had problems before. So I made sure to keep the original receipt. So this past month I have been having issues with the phone power cycling. Sometimes in excess of 50 times a day. And a silver stripe has appeared beneath the surface of the touch screen. I stopped by the store WITH MY RECEIPT in hand. Waited for a service rep. Super nice guy. Seemed like he either was new, from another store, or even another facet of the company. He kept having to ask the manager behind him about store procedure. She said they only handle issues for the first year. I showed them the receipt from April. Then I was told they had to send it off. Not a problem if I was given a loaner. But again No. I explained that I asked profusely before I purchased it originally about the benefits of paying more and was reassured they would take care of any issues in store. And wouldnt be stuck without a phone. Finally the woman said No. We dont deal with phone warranty. I left. Rather upset. So I called the company. Explained the whole situation. Same thing. So U.S. Cellular can keep their horrible services. What little they do. They can keep the $ that they cheated me out of. Read through the reviews left. They are scum. And will eventually reap what they sow.

I went in to switch carriers (BEWARE OF SPRINT, THEY ARE THIEVES) and to get a Galaxy S10+ and like most they were sold out. So I waited and went in two days later. Again, sold out. I was then told that I could order one, keep my number, and use the device i currently owned as a placeholder for a new phone. Simple enough right? No, definitely not! This poor lady actually sat through 2 hours of hair pulling computer/phone work just so I could have the phone I wanted. If that doesnt prove that they will actually WORK to make you happy I dont know what will. Unlike Verizon down the street who treats you less than human for coming in with a phone issue instead of money to spend...

US Cellular.has good assortment of iPhones and iPads. To see a salesperson is generally a short.time or immediately. Technical support is available and.usually able to.solve all problems. Sales staff are polite, definitely not a hard sell.There is a a downside...In dialing, there is a brief connection time. The information operators are electronic and not accurate. Generally I would reccomend USCellularoperators numbers areleccally and not very acc
