Is such a cute little sharp. Both of my kids loved the ice cream and that it is all soft serve. They also have a ton of toppings to choose from. The place looked extremely clean, far cleaner than most places.

Nice place, serves mostly yogurt ice cream with a variety of flavors. Everything is self service. There are a lot of toppings all self serve. There are different size cups. All cups and toppings are weighted which determines the cost. I think its a unique process. All self service, you determine how much you want to put in the cup/s, you put it on a scale and the cashier tells you how much. We both got small cups and filled it almost 3/4s. $5 dollars and change for the 2 cups. I had caramel and the girlfriend had dole pineapple.

Its a decent place theyve got a pretty good variety of frozen yogurt however I dont like the flavors that they have chosen but thats a personal issue as far as the business itself goes theyre great cheap and they have a room in the back for kids to hang out and draw on a chalkboard and stuff so if you got kids its a pretty good place to stop

My son loves their frozen yogurt. Great selection of toppings. Only thing that would make it even better would be easier parking to run by and grab yogurt on the go.

We come here whenever were in Hendo. This place is super clean and has the best set-up for frosty treats (self-serve, pay-by-the-ounce). They clearly mark allergens and specialty items like gluten free, dairy free, soy free, etc. Thats a big deal for a family that has to deal with food allergies. Service is friendly. Today I tried the Dole Pineapple dairy-free flavor and had to go back for more (Ive never done that in my life!). It is so creamy and fluffy and has a bold pineapple flavor. Cant believe its dairy and gluten free! We really wish we had a Sweet Frog in Spartanburg or Greenville, SC! Plenty of seating inside and out and there are Adirondack chairs outside for big people and mini picnic tables for little people. No masks required, thankfully!

I love I can make my own cup the way I want it! Theres help if you need it and yesterday happened to be my dogs 4th birthday so we got him a pup and he loved it. It was very affordable $1.85 with tax for the dog ice cream

Take out option for fro-yo was great on a hot day during the pandemic. We were happy to see that masks are required, social distancing observed, and gloves provided for self serve operation of the fro-yo machines and toppings. Friendly service as always!

RUDE PPL I’ve been to this location many times and was appalled at how I was treated last time. A very UnHappy thanksgiving by the two girls behind the counter was received. The owner lady was very snarky and had her mask down. Unacceptable for food industry right now. I’ve read up on there products and all are very cheap, labeled with colorful frogs, not healthy, full of chemicals, ask for ingredients, toppings are all refined sugar. Being restaurant owner myself I find it so strange and rude to act so unfriendly and serve such low quality junk food !!!

I like Sweet Frog. The main reason I went there was they have the equivalent of the Dole Whip that I love so much from Disney World. The only Improvement, was to have the pineapple chunks and pineapple juice that is present in the Disney treat. Otherwise a good selection of flavors. The type of toppings that the kids love. And is a brightly decorated store. Even a birthday area in the back.

When you have a sweet tooth craving, Sweet Frog is the placed to quench it. Located on a corner with inside seats to people watch Frog offers a wide variety of unique flavors served by a professional, friendly staff. Wonder what a flavor tastes like just ask for a sample. My downfall is adding the speciaty toppings, but hay just walk it off in town window shopping or with a friend.

Very clean and bright atmosphere. Outstanding selection of toppings and flavorful yogurt. The last three visits have been understaffed, with no greetings or acknowledgement. After being served staff disappear leaving an empty counter. A product that makes you return but a staffing issue that makes you feel lost.

Sort of an All You Can Eat ice cream thing. Pay per weight, so you get to choose what toppings and flavors you want and how to prepare your ice cream. Its a cool idea and worth checking out if you want a cool snack on a hot afternoon

Very delicious. Its always extremely clean no matter how busy. They always have small frozen treats for dogs which is nice. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey.

Fun place for everyone in family, bright happy colors for decor, lots of good toppings and plenty of yogurt flavors. They have a birthday rental room for kids parties, but have not used that, good to know its there. Fun sitting outside in their adirondack style chairs watching all the shoppers go by.

Best chain Frozen Yogurt place Ive been to that I recall. Really good flavor options, and the toppings are undeniably insurmountable. Chocolate covered strawberries in blueberry yogurt with coconut and blueberries? Cant beat that. Also, the presentation is just cute as f--.

I just loved it😋 I had the cheesecake nonfat desert with granola and a hint of coconut what a treat😀. I wish they sold coffee and tea had to get that from Black Bear down the street . None the less all was good . This place is truly a gem on main Street in Hendersonville. See you soon😊

This is a fun frozen yogurt place. I dont really like the fat free yogurt options. I think the cookies and cream is my favorite. There are so many options for toppings including gummy bears and fresh fruit. Everything is paid for by the pound.

We love the Sweet Frog. It is wonderful even on a rainy day or a cold day - on any day. The room is warm and bright (like a summer day), the staff is friendly, the music calming and - most of all - the ice-cream is delicious.Another plus: We always meet other nice ice-cream loving people there.

Great place for the family! Right in the heart of Main Street. It was a busy day... Labor Day Weekend with people everywhere. The service was quick and the flavors abundant!

Even among Sweet Frogs, which are already at the top of the yogurt totem pole for me, this location stands out. Its clean, its got tons of selection, and the staff are outstandingly friendly. They keep stuff on that topping bar that you never would have thought to put on yogurt (chocolate covered Oreos...). I could go in there and just buy a cup of toppings.Why have I never thought of that? Im going to go in and just buy a cup of toppings.

My children love going here. They get free small frozen yogurt up to 12 oz. from getting the honor roll. Plus I always pay for what they go over plus for mine. They have a little room for parties.

Had my sons 7th birthday party there and it was GREAT! Cherish the new owner was so accommodating and went out of her way to make it easy, super fun and delicious! Their event room was decorated so cute, they had games, goody bags and the kids had am amazing time decorating their waffle cones and meeting Scoop, the living, breathing, froggy mascot for Sweet Frog. We would definitely do it again, great birthday venue (oh, and delicious frozen yogurts and topping selections too)! Thank you so much for making his birthday memorable :0)

Clean atmosphere. Cute setup with green and pink. It is self serve and they charge by weight. They have a good amount of frozen yogurt selections and toppings. They sell frozen doggie treats. Only service dogs are allowed in. They do have chairs outside if you do take your non-sevice dog and they sell frozen doggie treats. They sell baby onsies and different sized t-shirts with the Sweet Frog logo.

The Dole pineapple and orange make me feel like Im at WDW.

Great customer service and even during busy times the associates keep the service areas clean. I do wish the girls working would have offered to help me with my serving so I could hold my toddler. I would have bought more, but couldnt serve myself and keep my 2yo from getting into everything.

Its just frozen yogurt its like any other frozen yogurt place you can think of except at sweet frog I honestly felt like we were in a pink and green church .the impulsive they played was Christian music and it was way to.loud other than that it was what was expected.nothing to exciting .

There are a lot of options...non-dairy, gelato, frozen yogurt and I think I saw sorbet. It was also clean for the amount it traffic that comes through. Service was friendly as well.

Im giving Sweet Frogs two stars ONLY because the shop was clean, the frozen yogurt was good, and the condiments were good quality. I met with some friends from church after the apple festival parade on a Monday. The wife and I were chatting for a bit after eating our yogurt. The time on the door said 9pm closing and we didnt observe any other signs stating otherwise, so we thought we were ok to spend some time there. However, her husband went to pick up my son who had wandered from the table and a blonde, older lady with a tie-dyed shirt on snapped at him with an irritated look on her face the festival is over..... So he came over to let us know it was time to leave. She could have been polite and informed us that they were closing early due to it being Labor Day (which we had forgotten), the rude disrespectful attitude was completely uncalled for. What was even more uncalled for was the dirty look she proceeded to give us as we packed up our children to leave. Its unfortunate because we had been discussing how Sweet Frogs would be a great place to have our womens meetings, but after the way we were treated we decided we would find another spot. I cant speak for my friends, but with this being my first time there, I will be buying my frozen yogurt elsewhere,
