If you want to high-quality experience go to the La-Z-Boy show room in Hendersonville. Sebastian provided expert product advice and Antonio excellent customer service. We love the products and the variety there at the show room. Sale pricing was fair and as advertised. We bought a chair and then changed our mind. We decided to get a different one, no problem! We then had that one delivered right when we wanted it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I ‘d give this store a minus ten if it was allowed. My sister bought a coach in December and they gave her a four month time period. It’s now June and no couch, rude customer service. They told her on the receipt she signed it could be 5 plus months until forever. ( Customer Service Representative for Hendersonville store). She was planning a retired veterans party for Memorial Day. Is this how you treat retired veterans? They’ve $1800 of her money and they no idea when she will get her couch. Totally unacceptable for any business. The owner of the franchise has yet to contact her.

I bought my couch in December of 2020. We put half down. We were told by the associate about 4 months to delivery. It is almost May and our couch will not be ready until July 2021. This is unacceptable and we are not offered a refund. I will never shop here again. Horrible experience.I would give a zero stars if it was an option. Over priced furniture and poor customer service.

I hate furniture shopping. You go in and the sales folks follow you around like youre about to rob the place. This location was completely different. We were greeted at the door, but the lady just said hello and pointed us in the right direction. We got to look around, see what they had without any hassle. It was nice.

We bought our first living room set from this store 10 years ago. It was a pleasant experience then and it was just as pleasant and professional this time! When we need anything else Lazyboy will be the first place we go to.

Company provided loaner furniture due to factory delay .. made accommodations with extra deliveries. Cares about their customers and due to extreme popularity of the brand has caused huge delays. Factory is working at a high capacity and Covid has caused extended delays. Local ownership gets furniture to customers with no delay once it’s in their possession.

We bought furniture on January 2 and was told our furniture would be here in May. Now we are told it will be July. Can’t cancel, can’t get a refund but they haven’t minded using my $2138.00 for seven months. See you in court John Tucker and LaZyBoy. And hopefully NewsChannel 5 will be running a story. You don’t treat people this way.

Customer service doesn’t care after they have already sold the items to you. They told us our stuff would be in be and delivered no later than first of October. Which was ordered July 26. Due to their mistake of ordering wrong fabric our item will not be in until December 20. They seem to not care that we are inconvenienced for Months. Just not right. We have purchased Lazyboy for years but very disappointed in our service with our purchases. We will not deal with them again. made no amends to our inconvenience.

The staff answered all questions and concerns, delivery was on the date quoted, delivery done in professional manner thank you, very much appreciated the text to let me know within 15 minutes when they arrived, thank you would definitely recommend purchasing from lazyboy in the future.

Walked around the store for 20Minutes and not once was I acknowledged by any employee. I sat in at least 6 chairs. When I walked in one girl was sitting comfortably on a couch on her laptop another sitting at a desk. At one point in the back of the store a man and I nearly brushed shoulders. Not a hello, nothing. After leaving I walked back in the store because something fell out of my pocket. We started looking in all the chairs. Not a word from another employee. I went ahead bought a recliner elsewhere.

Sherri was the saleswoman. Megan helped me design for over an hour. Took a couple weeks longer than expected because of corona. Delivery personal made sure to put us first for a special reason. Fyi they don’t take ur old furniture so make sure that is done.... they don’t even move it out. All in all a good experience! Very happy with the design and highly recommend the design lady, Megan!

The quality and service cannot be beat. La-z-boy furniture is made so well it holds up to kids and pets and looks great year after year. We are a repeat customer. It is the first place we go. We are so pleased with our new sectional.

Have visited and purchased from this location. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable. The price you pay is for the great comfort and quality. Other furniture just does not compare or last as long as Lazboy.

If you are in the market for quality furniture this is the place. I have my eye on an oversized big man recliner with all the bells and whistles. Wide selection of furniture all in one place. Impressive best describes this experience.

The experience in the store was great. The salesman (Dorsey) was nice and knowledgeable of the products. He was not pushy in any way. He allowed us to wander the store and look but was available for questions. The delivery was quick and easy. The chairs arrived sooner than expected. Very satisfied.

Sales group was very attentive to our needs. Order arrived early and delivery team did an excellent job. Great Store experience. We will buy again in the future.

Our order came in early.😍

The couch we bought is only 1.5 years old. There is a large tear right along the seam of the fabric, as you can see in the picture. This is in the middle cushion, where we never sit. It wasnt caused by anything in particular, the stitching just didnt hold.We were told we could either take the back piece to Antioch to be sewn up (we live in Gallatin) or pay over $250 for an all new back piece.

I will never shop anywhere else for furniture! I love this place and Dorsey is the perfect sales representative. Never pushy but very helpful and kind!

Couldnt have had a better salesperson and the delivery service was awesome. The two guys that delivered my product were very personable and very pleasant.

Expensive but well worth it. My last lazboy couch lasted 15 years. Just bought a new one and am hoping for 15 more. Salesman was great and they have free interior design people in house to help you design the perfect room.

I purchased a very expensive sofa. once it was finally delivered within 1 week the recline mechanism broke. I made several phone calls to the service department. I spoke with the supervisor after leaving a complaint with the store mananger. He basically told me I bought it and nothing I could do about it except send out a repairman. he came out and repaired the recliner and one of the back which had al eady started to flatten. This was done in mid march. It is nearly august and both of the recliners on the couch area broken, this stitching is coming loose and the backs or flattened. I will call service again but for the $$$ This is the poorest constructed couch and most uncomfortable I have ever owned. I should not have to call service every few months. I have been treated poorly and given little to no options for the discomfort. my couch is the the top of the line elegance collection
