Kings rental is in a really convenient location. They have clean equipment that is always running top notch. That being said customer service is a little dry. No friendly hello. No have a nice day. Besides that great place for rentals.

Have rented equipment for several years here as a commercial customer. This staff is extremely unprofessional and will flat out lie to your face. I have given then several (10+) chances before leaving a review because I know some times people are having a bad day but this kind of service is normal to receive here. They don’t care about your business nor about helping customers. Just wanted to give my experiences I have received here so others know.

I have had 5 trees cut down in my yard. I hired a labor for $100.00 6 hrs worth of help. They gave me the first 20 ton split and it had a weld break next to the hoses. I brought it back and they gave me a bigger splitter for the same price. I got it home worked great for 90 min then cutter quit moving up and down and shuttering. It took us 2 hrs to push it back up a 45 degree hill and bring it back. They charged me $65.00 and I am pissed. I had to pay $165.00 in labor and rental.

Wouldn’t rent me a excavator because it was gonna be to cold. This company has always beat around the bush to get out of doing work every time I’ve tried using them.

We rented equipment 2 months in advance. When time came to pick up equipment, we were told it was out for repair. They had another piece of same equipment but they said they were holding for one of the their commercial customers. Not small business friendly...won wont go back...they wont care!
