Quality service. Needed a part for an older Cub Cadet LT1050. He went straight to it, and I was in and out for under $5.00.

Always helpful getting the parts I need. Just wish they stocked more parts than they do. The old white house location seemed to have more in stock when I needed it.

Last year I bought a cub cadet mower from Cirrus for a very good price, and was really impressed by them again when I returned for routine service. The staff here really stand behind the work they do. Im glad this place is nearby, and Ill continue to give them my business without worry.

White House location doesn’t return calls. No inventory knowledge for other locations, they make the consumer call around.. Customer service is a joke, short staffed.. Better to order from hustler directly than these guys.

Only come here if you absolutely have to. The desk people are not friendly at all. You will pay top dollar for everything. I only come here for Hustler specific parts. I wish I went to Chiltons instead and bought Scags. If its Stihl parts you need many Ace hardware stores stock parts for them.The White House location is a little better. I would give them three stars.

Very happy with our new Hustler mowers and the store was very nice as well. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the products.

The only word for the quality of service I received is insulting. Mechanic said, I wasnt very smart and he was the mechanic and knew best after showing me his cheap totally unreliable tire gauge he probably bought for less than a dollar. Told me I had a flat tire when I know that was not true and the other tires had from five to nine pounds in them -- totally false,and charged me $30. Wont go back to this dealer ever. Didnt fix the problem I went in there for. Very disturbing !

The treatment this company gives to their women customers is atrocious. The are rude and resort to lying to avoid fixing their mechanics mistakes. The owner has three stores. One in Hendersonville, one in White House and one in Lebanon. I am personally having trouble with the store in Lebanon. The upper management is condescending, unhelpful and really could care less about their customers. I cannot post strongly enough to stay away from any of these businesses. My mower still sits unusable because of their mess up when they serviced my mower. I have never reviewed a company until now. My experience is so bad that I feel the need to warn all to avoid buying any product from these businesses!

I was just at this store in Hendersonville not even a week ago and spent $200 for supplies to give my mowers a tune up. I come back today July 29 cause i cant get a bolt off for one of the blades so i can sharpin it. Willing to pay for the service and they tell me they cant help me and then told me to go to a difderent store cause my mower is a different brand. Point being it would had took no time to fix. They had 3 guys sitting in the front of the store it would had been nothing for a little help. Ill never go back to your store again. It was the main guy in the store older balding guy. I run a buisness and your bad for it.

The store manager was very horrible. The new man Mac was awesome. The bald manager was very rude and walked away from me because I am a female!! Worst customer service from a manager i have ever seen! I would never downgrade someone like that! I will be going elsewhere after this purchase for sure. Yall need get rid of this man. Hopefully he isnt the owner!!

Bought my lawn mower there good store

My wife and mother-n-law purchased a Stihl blower for my birthday in January and they had a very positive experience. They could have sold upsold them, but they did not. The store owner actually lives near us and told us to let him know if we have any problems and he will stop in. Im very pleased with the Stihl product so far and level of customer service at the purchase. Ill be buying a new trimmer in a couple weeks and plan to purchase another Stihl product from these guys.

AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!!! LAIRS, AND UNTRAINED SHADE-TREE MECHANICS. Promises the world as a far as getting service done then tells you that they are weeks to months behind once after you drop your equipment off.
