They do not stand by what they sell. The joystick has too much play in it. They knew I had difficulty with it from rhe beginning and did not offer ro tighten it up. I Did not know it could be tighened up until a competor told me. They wanted a huge amount of money to tighen it. They did come down but I dint feel I should have to pay anything since its not been right from the beginning. I have planned to purchase a lift and a regular wheelchair among other acessorys for the chair. They could of had a lot more money out of me over the years. Now i will use other companies. Their loss. I do not reccomend them to anybody.
