I was referred by another mechanic for the type of work my car needed and Im so glad I took it to Cascade!! The first place I went to quoted me $1700 but Cascade quoted me and did the work for less than $900!!! I highly recommend Cascade Automotive for vehicle repairs!!

When my car needed a new starter they did the repair exactly when scheduled for the quoted price.

They are very slow, unorganized, and they pick which project they favor, even though every client is a paying customer, and I should add the prices are overly inflated thanks to them having a monopoly in Hermiston as one of the only few mechanic shops available. Wouldnt recommend dealing with these subhumans, but you dont have a choice.

Wanted $150 MINIMUM for a head gasket test (the one that changes color if exhaust is detected and is connected to my radiator cap)

Well I think we got it fixed this time. They are good for their word and they mean it they want to be treated they way you want to be. A little high priced but the guarantee is good. I found out the hard way. So from a 1 star to a 3 star.

Made an appointment to get my clutch checked out, I was slipping gears and there was little to no pedal travel distance... they “looked” at the clutch and told me I’m good for another 30,000 miles. Doubtful, but they’re the professionals, not me.... or so I thought. 4 weeks later and my clutch goes out.. they say they’ll fix it for $1700. I will never do business here again.

Experience technician, excellent work done, for a fair price. This is the best auto shop in town. (I far as I concern.).

Very helpful, and for me in as I needed an assessment and adjustments. While I left a little lighterof my Benjamins and Jacksons, Im just saying. Its an okay spot to auto correct your reality being that Hermiston Oregon is where that moments gotta go down, youll be up and running for your next destination.
