The entrance to this store was open and welcoming and very clean. As I waited to be helped I enjoyed looking at all the displays. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and professional. Regrettably they did not have what I need Ed but they were quick to offer to order it for me and get it in as quick as possible. I would highly recommend high desert fasteners for any of your bolt or fastener needs.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and they generally have what Im looking for in stock. If they dont, they can get it. I deal with some pretty random and unusual thread pitches and shank sizes, so i dont expect everything to be in stock.

Theu have anything you need and they are fair priced. Love this place.

I moved up to the high desert last year and up until now Ive been going down the hill for fasteners and hardware at an industrial hardware store because lowes and home depot almost never have what I need. Not anymore. I dont know how I missed them before but Hi Desert Fasteners is the real deal. Dont waste your time at the big box stores being frustrated and ignored. These guys have what you need. I walked in there today with a long list including stainless steel and grade 8 fasteners in multiple lengths; I got great expert service from Ryan and left with everything I needed to get my weekend project done today. Ill be back for sure.

Very helpful, very professional!! They helped me get the parts I needed!! They kept calling me through the process of ordering and getting what I needed; whereas Nutty Bolts couldnt even give me a courtesy call to tell me that they were not even going to order what I needed, because they would have to have ordered over 1000 units!! That was after waiting a week for Nutty Bolts to call back!! So I called High Desert Fasteners and they were on it promptly!! They ordered parts on a Friday and had them by Monday, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
