Staff needs more training in products and customer service. Store needs to be stocked it’s always missing items in dog department and live stock area. Staff needs to be faster getting it to the floor why do they save it in the back?? Don’t they want to sell it.

Great place to shop for all sorts of items. I normally shop here for dog food as this is the only physical store I can find that carries it.Staff is always nice and helpful. Lines are never super long. Social distancing measures are in place. Store is well kept and clean. Rarely see empty shelves as merchandise is always stocked.Will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future!

They used to be well fairly well stocked on canned dog food but not anymore. Its disappointing that they cant seem to stock the shelves which are COMPLETELY EMPTY. Finding toilet paper is easier! Other than the dog food issue which brings me into the store for other things, the staff is friendly. Please folks at tractor supply, stock your shelfs the way you used to!

Went to fill my propane tank at 7 30, was told you stop filling at 7pm. You should really have adequate staffing during open store hours. Whats the point of offering hours until 8 if I cant use all services you offer until 8? Off to home depot...

Its a great store if you have livestock or dogs/cats. They have a lot of farm themed decor and clothing at good prices. The employees are always friendly.

Stood ln front of the customer service desk and the lady never looked up once from the computer. Then started helping ssomeone else that wasnt in the line.Tool aisle was completly empty and couldnt get anyone to unlock the cage to get an impact drill.Went to harbor freight and was in and out in 5 minutes. Wont be returning.

I purchased a post driver in June, did not have a receipt to return. Store manager is very helpful and professional lady. She helped cashier lady to give me a Store credit. Thank you, I appreciate and now I am a customer for life. Store is very clean and well organized.

I love this store but it could use some improvements. It is a busy store. The lines are long especially on the weekends and they are frequently out of stock on a lot of items, which is odd because they always seem to be restocking the store at the same time. Convenient location and the workers are super friendly.

This is a great place to find much needed supplied at very good prices. Such as grain free dog food that isnt available anywhere else, especially at the prices they charge. You can actually afford good quality dog food here.

Less crowded than other stores like this. And they have the same items or better quality. Online pickup is a bit slower than it should have been. I waited about 10 minutes and was the only customer waiting.

Everyone that helped me there was in a good mood which put me in a good mood. They knew exactly where everything was at. They were quick, polite, and very welcoming. Ill be shopping here again.

One of my favorite places. I mostly buy dog biscuits, dog food, guinea pig food, sometimes chicken feed. Very helpful crew. You can get help putting stuff in your car. Now you can order online and sit in your car and they will bring it out to you. An easy experience no matter which way you buy.

Great place to shop if they have what your looking for in stock. Unfortunately they do keep good inventory. And need more items readily available. No one like to go to store brick and mortar to find out they do not have items in stock. Then you have to order item online to get and wait a week or more.

Employees are always helpful and point me in the right direction. They usually have a good selection and enough in stock. The only complaint I might have is that they can be a little pricey on certain items

I like this place, somethings Im my opinion are a bit pricey. However all in all a good store. Great prices an select of indoor an outdoor propane heaters. I placed an order online- for two different propane heaters. One indoor ($107 after tax) an one outdoor ($109 after taxes) they had the indoor heater in stock at the Hesperia- location. I went right down an picked it up took 5 mins. However the other outdoor heater was on back order, so they said they would cancel an refund my money for the outdoor propane heater. Almost a month goes by they still havent refunded my money and they charged me another $107 an emailed me to come pick up my ORDER. Im currently trying to get this all sorted out...

Tryed to buy an item that was marked at a price of 199.99 they tryed charging 459.99 for that item. watch out for the miss priced items.

Loved it untill.....wear a mask or dont come in. DONT HAVE TO WEAR ONE AT Home depot and the have mostly the same product. Ill shop there or on line first. Just my preference.

This store is out of my way, but I have made the trip on a few occasions when the online store indicated an item was in stock and ready to pickup. I always leave empty handed though, as its picked over and the items I need are never in stock. The staff is polite but they blame glitches in their inventory system. Lots of wasted time.

This is the place to get all of the feed, supplies and medical needs for livestock. They have a little bit of everything: Dog and cat food, horse medications. bolts, chains, seats for the tractor, wheels for the wheel barrow, Carhartt clothing, boots and shoes, shirts, jeans, even the best jelly beans on the planet for $2.99. If you need it, they probably have it.

For refusing to return or credit me for a $7.99 non-used water nozzle claiming more than 30 days. I decided to give up a purchase near $100, along with that nozzle all together, never returned to this store or stores.There are reasons people want to go to Lowe’s, Target, Costco, you don’t get rejection like this. There nothing at this store you cannot buy from those big brands. My intention to shop there in support of local smaller stores are unwelcome, unappreciated and unnecessary. They don’t care when you care.

After calling and waiting on phone 3 times calls were dropped never got an answer for my question. Then drove from Pinon Hills only to find out that out of stock Purina One Lamb and rice had to buy Wholesomes never tried it and guess what 1 out of six of my dogs ate it. So 40 pounds of wasted food. They should have samples of each ones sold. I wont be back to shop here. And clerks stood and watched while I tried to lift bag into cart.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and all the tools and equipment and supplies are great. Spell some great deals and they also have hard to find items. I cant find animal food cheaper anywhere else. The company also contributes quite a bit to the 4-H club and I really appreciate that.

Plenty of employees working the floor and me trying not to swear as i was trying to figure out what i needed to get for an electric fence. Someone could have asked me if i needed help. I suppose i could have asked for help. In the past employees would ask if you needed help when a person looked lost.

The folks working here were really nice. I was surprised at the odd variety of things the store had. There were more horse products than I expected but nothing I actually needed. I was able to pick up a valve I needed for a trough drain and Jerry was super helpful. I was interested in some of the farm gates and other large items but was surprised that they do not offer delivery services. The prices were also the same or a little higher than Hemmed, Lowes, or some of the other local suppliers of feed and hardware that do offer delivery.

Cheap stuff! But decent quality.

I really liked this store... Reasonable prices and some things I cant get in other hardware stores like special things for horses and keeping the area free of rodents. Very friendly people nicely maintained and they even have some very cold country clothing!

When we lived on the east coast we loved this store. So we were excited that we got one here. We went in there not to long after it opened, saw some things we were going to go back for. We got a sale ad from them and there was an item my husband wanted. So we were at the store before it opened to make sure we got what my husband was looking for. We went in the store and immediately asked the cashier where we could find this item and much to our surprise the didnt have any in stock. He told us we could get a rain check and asked another associate to get it for us. So we waited for the other associate to come back with it and that was when my husband overheard the cashier telling someone else the we needed to go to the desk in the back of the store. So being the first one to ask for the rain check we were the last to get one. Why would you advertise something and then not have any in stock? We live on the east side of Apple Valley, so its quite a drive and then this happened. Very disappointing.

When we go to this retailer, the store is always clean and very nicely presented. The workers are friendly and helpful. They carry most of what my husband needs and prices are comparable.
