I had found a fountain I liked online for $289.99, Feather Falls Fountain. I went on line last evening with the intention of getting it today at the Orchard in Hesperia. Imagine my luck when I found it on sale for $189.99! I rushed to the store this morning only to learn they were on closeout and there were none left. Thats when Jacki went to work. She started calling other stores and was, finally, able to find one for me. She left a message on our phone and I got the good news when I got home. She could have been like many others who say they will check and dont, but say there werent any. Thank you Jacki, youre a peach!

This is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy human beings in the high desert.I have been told repeatedly since October that some essential nuts and bolts I needed had been reordered because they were out of stock.I was told a week to ten days for delivery.Now, on December 28, nearly two MONTHS later Im told that the order has been cancelled.Period.No reorder, no phone call after they knew it had been cancelled, nothing.This entire store and its crew are worthless.

I love this store! Small town feel, everything you need and very nice people. I always go here first. Recent transplant from Seattle....

All the staff has always been awesome, So much different than the newer big conglomeration ..more personable, helpful and knowledable ..I for one am really gonna miss you O.S.H. AND STAFF !

Nothing personal i understand. My dark skin subjects me to certain social stigmas of the typical but i assure you im not that guy. Typical hardly, im an out of towner just there to get supplys for my workings. but i understand humans. i can judge as well im not perfect
