They did not do the service to change the battery, if they are not going to comply with that they do not offer it, I changed it myself, they say that they have the proration of 36 months and after that it is not in the system, well, they must improve the service to the customer Thank you

I had a great experience at my neighborhood Advance Auto Parts. My old radiator went bad, luckily I had purchased it at another Advance Auto Parts. The salesperson informed it had lifetime warranty, thus they replaced it at no cost to me. I cant go wrong with that. Ill be back.

Staff was nice but I couldn’t believe what happened. Truly. My battery was bad...100%...so I came in straight from picking up my daughter after work. I was at the store at 6:30 to buy a new battery and was told that unfortunately the new manager does not want anyone working outside when it’s getting dark and they didn’t change it for me as they say they do.This isn’t a jab at the new policies as I can understand why they may want to implement this new rule but more so a warning for anyone needing a battery changed. Do not bother coming here if the sun is going down and you have something needing to be changed outside.
