Went in today to get some led bulbs. I was blown away by how big and the crazy amount of Merchandise this store has! The bulbs worked great and now I can finally see in front of me on the road! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area that was a go-to shop.

I bought a battery from this store about 3 weeks ago. I had problems starting my vehicle and noticed that the post had fallen off. I took the battery back to this store and they told me that they would not exchange the battery because I broke it and that it was not a factory defect. The owner of this store basically called me a liar!I have purchased many items from this store in the past, but I will never step foot in this store again and have told others not to also. Poor customer service and very rude. In this store, the customer is never right. If i could, I would not give them the 1 star, it deserves 0!

Worst buying experience ever!After trying to contact them on the phone for several days. Horrible at answering calls. They told me have to come in for the parts can’t answer any questions on parts over the phone. Once I get there they don’t acknowledge that people are standing in the front desk waiting to be helped. Ended up leaving I guess this is what I get for shopping at Hialeah
