I came to Garo for a small leak on my rack and pinion he recommended that we change it so I did. 2 months later my power steering pump ran dry because the new rack is leaking! I came back under my 1 year warranty and all he did was repaint it and told me it’s not leaking. Really disappointed in this shop please avoid and save yourself the time and 500 dollars and find yourself a place that actually backs up their work

Excellent service. My steering wheel was very hard to steer and I took it in to have it checked. This shop was the cheapest quote around the area $295 for the rack and pinion repair including the part and the labor so I decided to get it done here. I waited about 3 hours and the guy even did the alignment and now my car is like new again and back on the road. Im so happy and so glad I found this place. These guys deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Recommended by my cop brother in law Richard when I had problems with my brake going down to the floor on my Equinox. Got another estimate at a chain and they wanted to replace the master cylinder and the power booter. Jason checked it out and told me I only need the master cylinder and that the booster was good. Had my car finished in one day at 1/3 of the price others quoted. Will go back whenever I need any kind of mechanical work because they are honest and priced fairly and do great work.

Gave them a call in regards to my manual rack. The man who pick up was very informative was able to help me and guide through my problem. Wish I would could have took his name down so I could give him credit and thank him personally for helping me out. I would definitely recommend this place to others just because I know there ethical people.

This place is great and honest I took my wife’s 2011 Maxima all the way down there to get a rack and pinion and they can me back real quick and said you only need a sensor not the whole rack amen thanks this shop rocks

They damage parts more than what they fix.i dont know if they does that so you would fixwith them more.junkie mechanicvery high prices for junkie worki would not fix my car there for free.

Dont understand all the complaints been coming here with several other people since 2001 and they have reasonable rates and do solid work. Had one problem once and they handled it. Hard working owner operated business.

Horrible place to get your car fixed, came in because my car wasnt measuring the gas correctly and the A/C had a low clicking noise. Garo stated I needed a new fuel pump and an AC compressor. He quoted me 1100 dollars. Once I told him I couldnt afford this to only fix the fuel pump he charged me 400 dollars. I drove my car out of the shop and once I turned on the air the car shut off on me, something it never did before. It also started to make a loud noise whether I was driving, stopped didnt matter. Never heard the noise or had this issue until I took it to Garo. Will file a small claims suit in the courthouse for my money back and new repairs.

These people are crooks they sent me the wrong rack and pinion that I had already paid for plus a $100 core deposit.Then they said just send your rack and we will rebuild it because they did not have the one I needed. I asked what about shipping charges he said we will refund you the shipping and your core after we rebuild yours. I said ok but I need this ASAP, he said ok send it today(Thursday) and I will have it back to you by Saturday or Monday at the latest. Here we are Tuesday and still no rack and pinion. So we call and he says we shipped it you should have it Wednesday. I said ok what about my core and shipping refund. He says sorry we are just paying to ship it back and the price has just happened to have changed to the exact amount I sent him total, the price of the rack and pinion plus the core charge..So now he is not refunding my core charge and not refunding my shipping. So an original $190.00 rack and pinion that was new is now my rebuilt one, and it just cost me $345.00. If I would have known that I would have just had it done local! Oh and plus he said he saw nothing wrong with my rack ( which was just leaking) so all they did was replace some o rings for $345.00.
