Recently got my car serviced at this location with service advisor, Chris L. I was immediately attended in the service drive and the advisor was friendly, efficient, and informative. I left with my expectations exceeded. I highly recommend this location! Also, the survey that you receive after the service needs to be changed due to some questions not pertaining to the service advisor, like the cleanliness of the bathroom or waiting area. The service advisor should not be affected by any comments or opinions other than the ones pertaining to his/her job.

I recently visited Auto Nation Honda of Miami Lakes, FL. Let me begin by stating that I received excellent customer service and care for my 2019 Honda Accord. Manager Richard L. was able to assist me and answer all the questions I had. Also, Customer Service Representative, Anthony Ramirez helped me specifically with obtaining service on my vehicle, tire rotation, oil change, engine filter and addressing and fixing an issue I have been experiencing with the eyeglasses holder above the mid glove compartment. which had been rattling. I am very pleased with the customer service I received, the service repairs and Auto Nation Honda.I highly recommend Auto Nation Honda of Miami Lakes, FL.

Terrible customer services, I wont never buy a car from Honda in Miami lakes automation, neither do service with them. service advisors have terrible customer service neither experience to deal with customers.they will tell you go and seat in your car and we will call you, them hours waiting even to get info from my car. Personnel receiver customers have 0 courtesy with customers, they are animals without any customer support experience.

If there was a very bad option that would be my rating of my visit.My app was at 9:30 am and my car was delivered to me at 2 in the afternoon.The story began when the representative told me that the alignment cannot be done because my tire is bad, that it has a nail, that I need to change it and that I have to buy some right now. I tell him Just get them fix, or well give me my car and I will get them fixWhen I tell him that, everything changes, and my tire is not flat, because I imagine that if they give me my car backwards, I will not see them nail. I think its a shame, for selling something they lie to you. And last time I did not realize that I left my headphones and someone took them is very heavy the experience I had on my day off for an oil change.The person in charge did not tell me verbally that the tire alignment cost 130, I thought my insurance paid for it and when he gave me to sign the paper, nor did he tell me what it was going to cost me. Unfortunately this is a very bad review in other hand When I bough my car I payed for scratch I been trying to contact the place nobody knows, how I payed 1000 for that they knew how to charge but when you need it is not available. Hope this review make people be more efficient and careful on how you treat a costumer, who pay for a service in advanced and was totally unsatisfactory

This was my time servicing my Honda at AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes for an Oil Change, Front Brakes and Filters. Charlie Ruiz-Medrano provided incredible customer service! He thoroughly explained all services and prices beforehand and made sure that I was satisfied before proceeding with the service. My wait wasnt long (I HIGHLY recommend week day appointments) I know my car was taken care of and I left with peace of mind. I’m so pleased with this dealership and my salesman, Tony Rios is awesome! I went to another dealership before this one that tried to force services and fees on me which I was not interested in. This dealership was not the same. They explained the benefit, I declined, and that was it. Even after I purchased the car they’ve called to see if all is well and If I have any questions. I would recommend them a million times over.

Great, I would recommend making an appt also I recommend if possible with SILVIA she is great and also very understanding. Silvia really helped with explaining everything and helping me understand the fine print, she has this down packed to a science. Auto nation is a very good company everyone was very helpful and kind even with the heat, as a local guide its is very important even the places that local residents visit get reviewed, I think if you have a issue with your car please come here dont go anywhere else. As a new transplant from NY, I appreciate how smooth everything was and how I didn’t feel jerked by them. Was worried based on reviews, but my experience was great and I will be returning in the future. Really thankful for Dario Salinas who was my 1st contact with service at 7am, and with Azhar Koliwala who remained with me until almost 8pm while multiple services (complete timing belt replacement, transmission fluid exchange, oil changed, spark plugs) were being done on my pilot. Then checked in on me multiple times while I waited at the dealership. Also appreciate the service managers who stepped in and adjusted the billing as system was attempting to charge multiple hours and for that they gained a customer for life.

Aaron was super friendly and very attentive when I went in to get my 2019 Type r . He was constantly sending me pictures and information about the car before I was able to see it, and once we met at the dealership he treated me as if we were long time friends. He was very nice and was able to get my a great deal on my type-r which I had failed to get from any other dealership for the 4 months I’ve been trying to buy a car. I understand that this is out of there control but when I call it’s really hard to get hold of anyone. Overall I would have to say that Autonation Honda Miami Lakes provided me a very pleasant experience with my recent vehicle purchase. After looking at several cars over the weekend ( and wasting my time at several dealerships ) I decided to call Autonation and spoke with Mr. Tony Rios. AutoNation never again. 5 months ago I went for an air conditioning problem (my car is from 2018, which I bought it here as new) after a long wait they informed me that the air condenser had problems and they needed to replace it, they proceeded with the change and now 5 months later, the air fails again, I go to this place again, after they check my car, they inform me according to them that it is the compressor and that I have to pay about 2000 dollars apart from the 1200 that they wanted to charge me previous, I dont know if they are scamming customers because it cannot be that in less than 5 months it will break again, and I have to come for the same problem that I thought was solved, and also they want to charge me that sum of money, I dont know, if they didnt change what they had to change or the mechanic didnt do his job. I spoke with manager Richard Llanes, supposedly they were going to call me last Thursday, today is Monday and Im still waiting for his call to help me solve the problem. It is disrespectful what they have in this place. I do not recommend to anybody.

I went there on a Saturday and it was busy so I didn’t expect much. However my service advisor, Charlie, changed my expectation and provided me with excellent service. He inspected the outside of my car, checked my windshield wipers as well as my tires. With the start of rainy season here in south Florida it was a comfort to know that his attention to those details were there. He reviewed my service record and went over the items my car was due for and gave me a detailed explanation of the pricing. Needless to say I was not disappointed with Charlie’s service. The representative Austil was wonderful but the pieces were outrages. Over a $1K to change a starter that is already brand new just because it’s not a “Honda” starter? What a joke. They told me the battery was not function when it was brand new. They tried to charge me over $3K for things I didn’t even need. Thank goodness the rep was honest with me. Also, what a joke to charge me $135 to just look at my vehicle when it was bought at that location. Again, Austil was amazing. Unfortunately, the prices at this place are completely ridiculous but that’s more a knock on the dealership and not at all on the rep who was 5/5 stars.The location itself and price of the service 2/5 stars.

Overall I am satisfied with the service and with my service advisor CHRISTIAN but unfortunately I did not like the way in which my car was treated. The person that was in charge of transporting the car to the back JULIO was accelerating the car too much and running over the speed bumps as if the car was his. Then if something happens to the car, they will of course blame it on you, and not take care of it like it has been done before with other customers. I thought about it twice about writing this review but it’s better to do it before they mess up with somebody else’s car. Nobody buys a car as if it was chewing gum, we really have to work hard to pay for these things so I would appreciate if the dealership took care of it too.

Purchased a Honda Civic hatchback EX for our son! Tony our sales associate helped us every step of the way and Tony is very trustworthy and professional! We had to drive from Sarasota so we were unable to see the car before buying, but Tony sent us pictures and videos and was very responsive in his communication. If I called Tony, he either answered right away or called me back within minutes! Tony also made sure that the car (2018) was in immaculate condition. He went above and beyond to ensure that the car was really clean inside and that everything was like brand new. Tony showed us all of the features of the car and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Tony is very professional and also very sweet and courteous. He followed up once we were home to make sure we had a safe trip back and were satisfied with the car. Wrote a nice thank you note to our home. Andro Rodrigues is the best Sales and Lease consultant I have ever had and sure will come back thanks to Andro. This is my 3rd Lease and 2nd Family purchase. Came in for a regular oil change, got there at around 8:45 and attendant didn’t tell me there was also a fuel pump. If I would’ve known I would’ve gone home instead of waiting over 4 and a half hours. Every hour he continued to say I was almost done which was not true. Attendant seemed to not care and continued to stick to the almost done narrative. Very disappointing considering the last few times have gone great.

I found the car I loved didn’t get to go inside of the car, they had delivery issues when the car came I didn’t know nothing about the car as it relates to controls and all of that! The car came with a little spot had to bring back to detail so overall it took from the experience. I really wanted to give a positive review but my experience wasn’t all that nice. The sales guy Derrick was very nice though but not the sales manager.

My purchase experience was seamless thanks to the help of the salesman and finance manager. the accord was very dirty, so i was scheduled a “detail”. within the THREE HOURS i was required to wait, all they accomplished was to remove two minor stains, vacuum the carpet, and take the accord for a joy ride in INCHES of rainfall. this is evident by the range & fuel menu on the cluster. because it is supposedly a CPO car, i have complimentary oil changes, but i will absolutely not visit this same dealership for any further services. please educate your servicemen on morally correct behavior and consideration. seriously.. not sure who okay’d this “work” but you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

It’s been about a week now since I’ve had my car and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I saw the vehicle on their website and knew I had to have this car. YOLANDA made the process so smooth and easy. I submitted my inquiry about the vehicle late at night and she called me (and stayed after closing) to get a few things started so I didn’t have to spend a long time at the dealer once I came in. The next morning when I arrived, Yolanda had me driving off in my BRAND NEW Honda Civic Sport in less than 2hours. She explained all of the amazing features that the car comes with and made sure I was set to go. Yes I knew prior to visiting the dealer what vehicle I wanted, but Ms Yolanda made the experience 10xs better. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who’s visiting Auto Nation Honda to talk to Yolanda. I love that Autonation is very transparent with the pricing, the no haggle price is true, the only discussions I had to have about pricing was around the trade in valuation, everything else was very smooth. I bought a used car with a cash offer. My only complain was once you go into the financial Dep for the paperwork, the guy there was very very pushy trying to get additional services in the deal, even after like 10 attempts to get him off my back he still was trying to make me doubt, he took 30 min away just discussing what I didnt want to purchase, and let me say that I was very clear on my intentions.

Total scam. Get everything in writing before you arrive at the dealership. Had a verbal deal on a lease - took the trip to the dealership to meet with Miguel. Test drive, give them my full information - and suddenly the price on a lease is 75 dollars more a month. A quick 37% increase in the span of a week. Lame story about no inventory, prices being out of their control. His manager then trotted out and pretended to be shocked at my frustration. Don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t waste your time.

Took my Odyssey on Thursday for Oil Change, dealer suggested Brake Fluid change and the Wipers to be replace which I did. They checked the battery and needed replacement; fortunately I had purchase the lifetime warranty for the battery, so the replacement was included. The dealer did not have the battery on inventory and told me to return another day to replace it, and I agreed. They called me on Saturday to inform that the battery was already in, I came in on Tuesday to replace it, but that morning the Engine Light turned on. I mention that to the dealer and they said that for them to check that I had to pay a diagnosis of the car... remember I had already paid over $200 for services less than a week before and they are suppose to do a vehicle inspection and nobody mention anything else being wrong. I reject this diagnosis for principles and for having the feeling that they are not taking into consideration that it could had being for not having the battery replace on time, because they did not have it on inventory. After over an hour they returned the Odyssey to me in a condition that was REALLY UNSAFE to drive. I did not hand it over the Van like that; and even when I rejected the diagnosis it is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE to just let someone leave your Repair Shop in a car that could cost you your life in the event of an accident. I came back to express my disgust, because I really felt that I could had being treated differently, but the manager insisted that was my fault because I rejected the diagnosis. Finally and having my Van TOW to another location and getting an Uber to get out of here, Im never coming back. I recommend you just go to any other location, but this was a disaster... btw, first day Azhar was great, after that everything was awful

The scheduling for service was quick and could be done online simply by choosing a suitable time. I was surprised that immediate time slots were available. The location is busy but they were able to get the customers in quickly.The wait can be long while the mechanics work on the vehicle but they have a shuttle service. I choose to wait but the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly.The prices seem comparable depending on what is being done. I just wanted the peace of mind knowing it was a dealer and not a non reputable company without a warranty.Overall the experience was good. I would revisit.

I’ve been here before for my old Honda Accord 2003 and I returned now with my Honda Accord 2019 to replace two horns. Juan Igarza was very friendly and attentive with my case. If I go back for my oil change or anything else, I want him to be my service advisor. None of the other people had been as nice as he has. I definitely give him a 5 from a scale to 1-5. The wait time was a little long but I guess that normal.

Before arriving to this dealership I checked in 2 other locations about my issue and received 2 other quotes they gave me many reasons and try to charge me a big ticket even before checking the car. When I arrived to the service lane Azhar was there, he is very knowledgeable and recognized my problem within a minute. He was very honest in terms of price since all the other dealer try to charged me between double to triple of what he asked for . It only toke 1 hour of work to be and they fixed the radar problem that I had . Im very happy with the service and I will definitely be back to do all my service in this location.Thank you Azhar !

This is my second time here for a scheduled maintenance appointment (alignment and oil change). First time I was here I was told it would take 30 min but actually took and 1hr and 30 min. Second time here I was here for my appointment on time and I was told 1 hour and it has now been 2 hours. If you plan on staying here while your maintenance is done make sure to bring a sleeping mat or bring some form of entertainment because youll be here longer than expected. NOT COMING BACK
