We do not have an issue with any other department, the store staff and cashiers are great. However, the Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional, they keep placing calls on hold (we even called from inside the store and saw them ignoring the call, with no customers present). My mother requested her RX refill on Thursday 10/22, pharmacist did not contact her doctors office until Monday, it was approved yesterday at 9:30am and today Tuesday 10/26/21 at 12pm it was still not processed. This is not a first time issue, it has happened numerous times, so after waiting for more than 1hour for it to be ready, she went to another pharmacy and asked to be transferred there. The new pharmacy called to request the transfer and once again they kept placing them on hold. My mother then went back to Publix, and both pharmacist and manager, George very rudely told her she has to wait, at least an hour for them to transfer it to the new pharmacy. This is unacceptable, especially when it comes to heart and blood pressure medications. And everyone knows it does not take that long.On another note, on multiple occasions theyve dispensed wrong medications, not a generic, but a completely different RX. Also, shes gotten the prescription ready text messages, and once she gets to the pharmacy they tell her that it is not ready, that she needs to wait, and to not pay attention to those messages. My mother suffers from high blood pressure, she is older and relies on these messages  to know when to go to the store, since she can only drive in the mornings.Overall, we are very upset and disappointed in how this was handled. No customer in this country should have to go through this to be able to get their medications, which we are paying for, they are not free, and that were requested ahead of time to prevent this.

I come here often since I live close, but they seem to never had cilantro, came on Wednesday around 4pm and they told me they ran out that they will get some more Thursday, went again and again they ran out, I feel if they know its high demand they should order a higher quantity. This location doesnt even carry Zevia. Barely have any meat or chicken you have to ask and theyll tell you they dont have any in the back. low stock on everything

Im not always a huge fan of the deli staff at this location, but its an overall better experience than shopping at Fresco. Its usually pretty busy, but lines are managed pretty well. I wish I remembered her name, but the other day one of the cashiers really helped me out and didnt make me feel bad when I realized I had left my money at home. She set all my things aside and had them ready to go once I got back. Thank you and Im so sorry I forgot your name, but the next time I see you I will say hello and make note of it. 💚

I honestly enjoy this Publix. The employees are very helpful and kind. The managers are amazing and walk you to the item you are looking for. Also if the item is not on the floor they go to the back and check for you to see if its in stock! Never had any issues at this Publix!

Good, clean publix. Just didnt like that I ordered a sub and it was all soggy when I got it. I had gotten there at the time the website told me it would be ready and it was drenched in vinegar. I like shopping her but would most likely never order another sub.

This Super Market is clean and very organized! Place is very well kept! Great customer service! Huge selection of food, beverages, household items, perfumes, pharmacy items, and much more. Associates at the Deli are very polite and courteous.Where shopping is a pleasure certainly applies to this Publix Store!

Almost always crowded here. Parking is big, but a bit dirty. The market is big, great options with varieties of groceries items.

Prejudice if you ask me they followed me around in the store until I reached the checkout. I guess I shocked them when I payed with cash when their patrons didnt. Ill just frequent the Publix in my neighborhood who appreciate my business.

Plan on visiting other Publix stores here in Hialeah and the one in Miami Shores. Cashiers are wonderful, the lady who takes care of the flowers is amazing, but some employees and managers are just not welcoming no matter what time. Found certain items in dairy to be quite outdated example Cabot cheese 11/20/20 and others of same brand but not as bad end of February 21. And no I did not inform anyone of this. I will continue to purchase from Publix but not as often.

UPDATE: This is now the 4th or 5th time buying something here and finding out its expired.Clean, ample store (more ample than most), typically well-stocked, with fresh products. Some employees are great however, the rude ones will cost them customers if management doesnt do anything about it. Judging from the reviews, I can see Im not the only one whos complained. A store can be great but it is nothing without good service! Particularly rude was the blonde cashier with glasses (an elderly woman) who works the night shift as well as the woman who runs bakery. The cashier pretends like shes deaf so she doesnt have to greet the customer. I did her job and tried greeting her (since I am actually educated) and she just stared at me like a dead fish. If she was hard of hearing, she certainly saw my lips move. I guess she wasnt taught manners growing up. Id say maybe she was having a bad day but Ive had the unfortunate experience of dealing with her on more than one occasion and shes always the same. The bakery lady was even worse. She was aggressive and verbally harrasive. I never returned to the bakery at this Publix ever since - she literally frightened me. As for the cashier, if I see she is the only one available, I will leave my things and go. In fact, just the other night I opted for another Publix since it was late because I figured she would be there. Keep in mind, this is Hialeah after all. You cant expect quality around here. Theres a reason this part of Dade-County has its notoriously poor reputation and this is why - the people. Thank God Im mostly in Kendall. Way better service there

The people who work here have always been very nice and helpful. I especially like it when they put strawberries and blueberries on sale. I also like their tea and coffee section.

Great selection of flowers, deli was full and great customer service, bakery have different stuff, I like it. Fast check out, perfect outside at the parking, everything nice and clean.

I found all that i needed easily, I saw the staff, cleaning all the shopping carts, he retrieved from the parking. The money center/customer service area was very polite. This location is next to a post office and Casino.

This is my favorite neighborhood Publix. Any time I need something fast, Im sure to find it here. And the kids absolutely love their popcorn chicken! It is always well stocked and organized and super clean. There is a huge variety of unique foods and baked goods and even toys. And the service from their staff is superb. My twins always leave with a coloring page and a set of crayons each. They love coloring the alligator (sometimes he is the gator-corn, a mix of alligator and unicorn, sometimes he is a dinosaur) but I truly appreciate their service and attention. Highly recommended and 5 solid stars!

Nicely setup like most locations. The only issue was, it didnt have that Welcome to Publix atmosphere from the employees.

Store manager Soil is has no Customer Satisfaction skills and the Bakery Manager is another issue. Publix where bying have become a Nightmare.

This is the NICEST Publix in Hialeah (proper) and maybe even NICEST of all when you compare to sedanos, aldis (only Hialeah is gross inside)and whatever the winndixie is calling itself this week. MY closest publix is Hialeah drive..always too many people parked in parking lot, super crowded aisle and most employees at Hialeah drive are rude and definitely its the dirtiest Publix I have ever been in.This Sabor is a breath of fresh area and on par with all the Publix locations in Doral and other nicer nèighborhoods.

First Publix in Hialeah where the cashiers speak English. The workers all seem to be younger and move relatively fast. Checkout was much faster here than at other locations. The manager even moved me to a line with a shorter line. Best Publix Ive been to.

The worst customer service ordered 3 subs online only got 2 and kept me on hold for 30 min my whole lunch, which I didnt get to eat because my sub wasnt given to us, and a manager or customer service wouldnt even answer to refund me 7.99. Worst publix in Miami.

A very convenient location to have this super market. Next to the Hialeah Casino it is a very quiet location. Usually not too busy. Enough parking and access from all sides makes getting in and out a breeze. Always stocked with fresh meat and produce. Rarely I have been disappointed trying to find something here.

Tried to return some food items and the manager at the front service counter was very rude. I had the receipts and I was told I couldn’t return items even though it was on the receipt. I was then questioned on why I was returning the items.Overall I was disappointed with my experience and won’t be returning to this store location. I thought shopping at Publix was Supposed to be a pleasure not a headache.
