We ordered 550 pcs of special brackets and paid in full. And we were told all will be ready in a week. 6th day Enzo called and says they will be ready in another 7-10 days. I canceled the ordered and got the refund but my job got delayed because of this unprofessional lie. He didn’t even say sorry.
