Went the last week with my family almost every day during the night and the staff is just wonderful! Very helpful, great attitudes, they keep the atmosphere fresh and fun even with the amount of work they were doing. Even though they could have been a little faster when making drinks it was nothing to fret about. I did get a chance to get their names but a young boy and a girl with curly hair were very helpful

I visited this location every day for a week while in town and service was consistently good. They also got my order right every time. During my final visit, Maya served me and she was a breath of fresh air from beginning to end. Great location!

The employees at this Starbucks have always been great! They are all super sweet and give great service… but today I was helped by the most helpful one yet! Eddy, from the order pick-up area, was a superhero…. solving problems left and right! First my order was taking unusually long and he kept apologizing and hurrying his fellow crew members without me even having to complain. Then my coffee spilled in my car, and when I came back in to reorder it, he had my drinks to be remade for free, even thought I was willing to pay. But that’s not all, when I was waiting for my drinks to be remade, he helped a person who ordered at the wrong Starbucks get his drinks there and another person who had a merchandise issue… all while making nice conversation with all of us while we waited. I know Starbucks is normally known for great customer experience, but Eddy went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Eddy, for your exceptional customer service! And to his manager: he deserves a prize, get his a raise or something nice!

I was trying a drink my family member has me hooked on. Its a vanilla bean Frappuccino with chocolate chips and chocolate chips drizzles. She said some new drink and its the same. It wasnt the same. Why didnt you just give me what I asked for instead of telling me its the same

I love Starbucks and this is the nearest one to me so I make a daily stop. Usually my order is right on point but lately I ask for my banana nut bread and it’s cold when I specify I want it warmed up. Also I ask for light ice and my cup is filled to the very top with ice. It sucks I may have to find another location.

I mostly love starbucks because you can literally customize any drink like the one I got. 💖 My grande iced chai tea latte with whipped cream and caramel brulee topping was delicious.

Service here was slow, unprofessional, and simply horrid. The drink was disgusting and from what I saw, Javier was not just unprofessional with customers but with his own coworkers as well. I saw him cough while making drinks and didn’t even cover his mouth? It was gross.

Met a client there to help her sell her property. Quite and comfortable. Plenty of parking.

The people taking care of the drive-through are so sweet omg . Cheers to Hialeah vibes … unfortunately they did not make my Frappuccino too good, I can say they try their best but I’ve had it made before and it’s come out fine unfortunately they failed on mine..Also I tried their new afogto style shot Added to the Frappuccino and I do not recommend it at all it didn’t have the effect as explained of having a hot shot into a slushy drink with a good combination my cup was just a mess

First Time at this Starbucks. The drive through lane was insanely long. However this has been the fastest service I’ve received at any other Starbucks.

Drive thru might be long but Ive always been greeted warmly and with respect when I pull up to the window. Thats saying a lot in Hialeah... 🙃

When you go to this location through the drive-through they never have your order ready when you get to the window instead I have to wait like 10 minutes in the window for my order to be ready and it happened couple of times that when the order is finally ready the drink doesnt taste good, It takes me about almost half an hour to get out of that line with only few cars in front of me. The people are nice but the service is not.

Worst starbucks ever. I just left them and they gave me the wrong order. I asked for white chocolate creme base frappe and they gave me an oreo one instead. They will tell you at the last minute if they dont have anymore. Do not go to this starbucks. They will mess up your order

The line was super long, and when I got to my turn all the batistas are standing talking and Im sitting there waiting for my coffee. Gave it three starts because the product is good... service not so much.

So far, this is one my favorites starbucks in Miami. I work close by, and not even once in years Ive gotten a wrong drink. Always following Starbucks expectations and recipes. Thank you for always making my drink tastes like a delicacy.

They close without warning not even a sign the window or a warning a day before. Just go to their competitors and give them your money they will learn eventually.

Drive thru line moved fast.

Service was good and the waitresses were really nice, but the drinks were horrible, don’t ever get the nitro cold brew it tasted like a swamp, and they somehow messed up even the caramel frappe

Since Covid they are constantly closing without warning. I have no problem going to their competitor.

Not sure what has happened in the past few days, but the change in management is absolutely awful. A working nurse arriving at 6:30 for coffee shouldn’t be kicked out of the line 3 days in a row at 6:50. I’m not sure how the supervisor Cynthia operates; but if your closing times are 7 PM, then you should close at 7. Not 6:50 3 days in a row. Once it gets to 6:30 they start to PURPOSELY work slow (leaving huge gaps between the cars) so that they don’t have to complete orders they can just send everyone home. Again waiting 30 minutes to be sent home 10 minutes before you close is not acceptable. Then when you get your coffee, you gotta hope it’s one of the veterans because half the time it isn’t made appropriately. It’s sad to say, but it’s time to find a new Starbucks.. this one falls very short. Also where is William ? Does he even work here anymore ?

I do not come here often, since Starbucks is a little high in calories and high in prices!! But when I do go I ALWAYS have a positive experience in this specific location, the staff is friendly nice and they take your orders correctly. They never mess up my order and are super nice!! Ive had awful experience in other restaurants in this area. But this Starbucks is great, the mornings are usually packed so avoid the rush. After 8 am it simmers down. The morning staff are great the night Ive never been there in the evenings but Im sure there great as well. Thank you!!

I’ve gone here for years and I honestly don’t know what’s the problem recently with this Starbucks I literally waited 40 mins in the drive thru and when I finally got my drink I was in a hurry because I had somewhere to go and my drink taste like watered down poop!!!! Don’t think I’ll b coming again!!!!!

Very cozy, friendly staff, smells amazing and has great music. Always clean and theres also outside seating. It can get hard to find a seat with a table inside. They do have many seating options. Tall tables, shorter tables, big comfy armchairs, and a narrow table for laptops with high chairs.

Read carefully! Love the place but if you never been her ask what to order. My daughter wasnt with me and you can figure out what happened.

When I used to work at this Macys location about two years ago, I was around when they first built this Starbucks and it was such an amazing investment that Macys did for their employees and customers. Perfect place to get your morning coffee or a small pastry before starting your day. Even now as a regular customer, its nice to grab a cup of coffee or a refresher while shopping through the store, or simply sitting down after some retail therapy!

Its not bad. I just wished the location had more seats inside. Its too hot in Miami to be seating outside. Anyways the staff is very friendly every time I go there.

I go just about every morning and they always greet me in such a sweet and friendly manner and they always have a smile on their faces. Aside from that, my order always comes out quick and right.

This Starbucks gets pretty full, but it is also one of the locations that has nice people. All the fraps I have ordered are always on point, and always quick. Very nice.

Grabbed 3 drinks here a latte a green tea macha tea with espresso didnt even know that existed and a caramel macchiato and all were very good service was fast all the drinks were so good .

I had my first Nitro Cold Brew at this Starbucks. Fast, friendly, and worth the 10 minute drive from Amelia Earhart Park.

I ordered a bacon gouda and it was BURNT! TOASTED! Hard as rock! I ordered three of them and it was the biggest waste of money I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve been here before usually for just drinks and staff seem ok enough but don’t waste your money on ordering a sandwich from here. Unless you like eating rocks. I promise you I couldn’t even bite into them! 🙄

Came at 9:15 pm updated hours online as of 3 weeks ago say closing time is at 10 pm this is ridiculous wasted a whole trip over here to find out they are closed so Unprofessional
