I have my lasik surgery on friday and that was the best decision i ever made, The doctor and the staff was excellent and they explain eveything before and after the surgery i, and now i see 20/20 again .

I got lasik eye surgery & the doctor was amazing, the procedure was very simple & very quick. The staff is excellent & they’re all super kind & attentive. The doctor is super charasmatic and attentive he really knows what he’s doing. Over all it was an amazing experience 10/10.

Ive been calling this office for 2 weeks asking them to confirm my prescription so I can buy my contact lenses, and the refuse to give the information to the vendor, and every time I call the customer service tells me the same, the system is down and the ophthalmologist is not here today we dont have access to the patients info I cant help you If what you want is make me go and take any exams again and charge me for do so, YOU ARE NOT getting any cent from me, I rather go to another Drs office where they care about the patient and not about money. My husbands glasses were useless, more than $300 dollars, and he couldnt use them, they asked him to bring them back to fix it and they did NOTHING, they are in a drawer, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Back 20 years ago i had in Cuba 2 radial keratotomy with diamonds on both eyes to correct the bad vision Ive had . It worked for a while but it got worse a few years later . Amonth ago ive came to the clinic of dr rodrigo belalcazar to see if he could help me re gain my vision . And i was not wrong when i said he is the best ophtalmologist ive ever met . He evaluate me and rana afew tests to see if i was a candidate for a possible refractive surgery again and so i was . Recently he performed PRK sx on me and today im very happy with my vision . I had the privilege of being seen and operated by Dr. Belalcazar. I had a high Myopia along with Astigmatism and could not be without my glasses. Although there was a high volume of patients and a long wait, it was totally worth it. The volume of patients shows how great of a doctor he is. They always try to accommodate us and give us complementary coffee and snacks. I truly recommend getting your Lasik surgery with this doctor.

I got Lasik eye surgery about two weeks ago by Dr. Belalcazar. Hes very charming and professional. Theres ample seating space and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend them to others, my mom might get the same surgery there if she is able. English and Spanish both spoken by the staff there.

I have had prescriptions glasses for 11 years and I had horrible prescriptions, -7.50 on the left eye and -7.35 on the right eye. One Star for seeing me without an appointment he might be a Great Doctor but maybe the 4 hour wait I experienced was not fun at all, although he apologized (The Doctor) for it and offered little coladas and the little cold pieces of croquetas... which did not fix the anguish.....another thing I experienced I had to fight for sitting since they had like 150 patients ....so if you go pay better leave something on your chair so no one take it.. My biggest disappointment..was the Optometrist she talk down to me and cut me off when I was explaining about my glasses .. really this woman...was very disrespectful and I left with a sour taste.. I did not say anything to her because I was in pain and overwhelmed.... I did not go to get glasses prescribed.... I went because my eyes was blurry and in a lot of Pain. So with that being said I take my Star Back and give you -5. I am Never going Back. All they want is money and there is no excuse it. Worst nightmare ever. Next time ask your patient was is the Visit for??.. as soon as you sing in not when you are ready to give the paper work ..... 2 hours later . I had to ask if my name was called...to fill paper work the only nice girl was the receptionist with green eyes.. helped ...very sweet. other than that if you overbook and show that you are so greedy... youll keep seeing your am-better patients. good luck. with that FOLKS!!! I have been coming to Dr.Rodrigo Belalcazar for 2 months now. To think that two days ago I had a great trouble seeing because of my Cataract and now I am currently seeing 20/20.There is a long wait but it is totally worth it.The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the doctor is a great surgeon. I had gone to other Ophthalmologists that suggested I would not recover as much vision. I will be recomending him to all my friends and family.

Hours of waiting, overcrowded waiting room with insufficient seating to the point people were sitting on the floor. Factory/mill with high volumes. Hours of my life wasted Ill never get back. Staff did not disinfect equipment between patients - machine was visibly soiled at points of patient skin contact and had to request a disinfectant wipe for each procedure. Why do you think that this is acceptable treatment of patients?

The doctor is good but I dont recommend him. My reason: 1. His administration was unprofessional and didnt acknowledge their mistake of charging me too much for my visit. I feel like they stole me money. There is no excuse for them not to follow up with my insurance about my co-payment and afterwards just told me is not their mistake and over charged me. And They refuse to return me the over charged amount.2. I had appointment supposedly at 2.00. They start after 4.00 to measure my eyes etc. I got out of there 6.30 PM Which I found unacceptable and inhumane! 3. They all repeat, sorry for waiting so long but the doctor is very good. Ok!!! But Miami and SFL has everywhere good doctors. Anyway if you want to waste your time visit Dr. Belalcazar.The 2 stars is for his knowledge which seems good.

I was very pleased with their service!! Not too often I am to say this about a Dr appoitment...yes I waited a few hours but didnt have an appoitment...and yet was able to be treated. ...1st a saw a female dr...super clean and a very detail examination she gave me..then I saw the dr...which gave me my final examination and determined my treatment....will definitely come back again!!!

Rodrigo Belarcasa is an excellent doctor but the customer service and lack of professionalismIt takes away the quality of the service, especially the lack of respect for the clients needs.The office canceled my daughters scheduled appointments three times.The same day as my appointment which was at 12:30 pm; They called me at 10:30 am to cancel, they only notified me that they had to close early and they couldnt see it.Like this in the other times before.
