I was very upset when I got my results but was very happy with Claudias help.Utmost professional who took the time to educate me and make me feel confident in my results and need for glasses despite my initial skepticism.She even took the time to pick out a frame and knew which style suited me best. I ended up choosing the one she recommended!I suggest this place for people who think they might need a prescription in order to get the full understanding of their results.
I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews. The service and staff was outstanding and very professional. I got 2 pairs of glasses for my son and we received fast and effective service. My prescriptions was wrong…the eye exam was ghetto…the deals are all lies…the staff seems to be very unprofessional and in a bad mood. Thought MyEyeLab would be a great place based on their ads but I suggest anyone reading this to go anywhere else for glasses. Just going by all the negative reviews I saw before coming here I should of known better. Don’t spend your money and trust your eyes to these people at this location.
Store was great. I got in and out quickly and Lucy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and taught me how to put on my contacts! Other stores are extremely pushy but she really took the time to help me! Highly recommend!

This lab was great when it was time to greet me and take my money . After spending over almost $400 over a month now I still have not received my glasses. Every time I call to find out about the status of my eyewear their excuse is the lab is encountering some difficulties but they expect your eyewear to be ready by tomorrow that was a week ago. Still today no glasses and now when I call they pick up and all I hear is dead silent.. Would definitely not recommend this place !!!!

Had my eye test done here and picked out some glasses along with my mom. We were both treated very nicely by Lucy, the lady who helped us get through everything. The whole process from choosing our frames, to getting our eye tests, to paying for everything was very smooth and we didnt feel pressured into anything at all. Would definitely reccomend passing by here to get glasses and a test.
Unprofessional, order my pair of glasses 30 days ago and still delayed! Requested a refund and they refused. I had to call the Police department just to get a refund! They finally agreed to a refund but didn’t want to provide with anything until Hialeah Police officer step in and asked to provide with proof of refund. Also the free pair of glasses came in defective, very cheap Chinese frames. I spent over $400 in a buy one and get one free pair. I’m reporting this fraudulent business to the Better Business Bureau. Their policy states within 30 days if the customer is not satisfied with their prescription eye glasses customer has the right for replacement or refund. Eye exam is non refundable. They do not honor their policy or timeframe to pick up prescription eye glasses.
Worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 5:45 PM. Nobody told me that I have to be there ahead of time I was at the parking lot looking for parking spaces wish they don’t have much and when I got in was about 5:48.at 5:51 I was called to be helped and they told me that the doctor was unable to see my daughter because it eme as too late and she got someone else already. Meaning she was never planning to see my daughter because this is a ridiculous excuse to sleep the last appointment. I find this so disrespectful and inconsiderate. That most be the reason why they only had 2 stars.

Great place to go, its my 2nd time coming there and both times were extremely pleasant. It was a quick 30-45 minutes from eye exam to picking frames and paying for it. I see alot of 1 star reviews but they do them no justice. They explain very well how everything gets charged and how their promotion works. Claudia helped us through the process and helped us understand everything there was to know about my eyes and picking frames. I cant thank her enought for her kindness. Thank you Claudia !

Worse place ever, they seem nice at first everything takes forever. Also the dont even have a real eye doctor on site. My wife and I were so surprised when the eye exam was done with a supposed eye doctor through a video call. We spent about 3 hours here for no reason at all. This place is the definition of unproffesional. They also refused to give us the prescription because the eye doctor was not approving it which is illegal.
Total SCAM !!!! This place is scammers offer a promotion of $ 59.95 and when you go to pay they tell you that it is between $ 350 to $ 500 and since you cannot pay it they make you pay the exam that is $ 45 which was supposedly free. They do not give the true information and I left there without 45$ in my pocket and without glasses! and customer service does nothing they just rip people off! Dont even think about going to this place! Also, the customer service in the Hialeah store is terrible, they pressured us to take the exam and they treated us very badly.

Eyelab is pretty bad. I tried to get my prescription, impossible for them to share it after getting my eye exam there. They will spend 5 minutes trying to sell you a new eye exam or frames in the store, then give some excuse that their fax machine doesnt work. After calling about 15 stores i got two that said they will send, and of course, they never sent it. The place is horrible. Prices are not cheap, although the places look cheap. To get lens on a frame bought outside the store, without any anti-glare or anything $79 dollars. You can get it cheaper just about in any large retailer. Wal-mart $49 for frames bought elsewhere. Stay away.
Days ago I decide to finally go the optical cause I’m a little indecisive and I know I took hours deciding something but thanks god I had the best assistant with Claudia, whom took the patience to help me, she so adorable and great experience with costumer services. I recommending this store 100%
This place is horrible the customer service is really bad...i got 2 pair of glasses and when they arrived from the lab one of them came broken ...they told me it was no way to fix so that they were going to try to find the same ones in another store ...at the end they didn’t find any and they gave me other glasses that i didn’t want and the whole process which is supposed to take max 2 weeks took over a month !!! They will always hang up the phone when i calles in general it is a horrible place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !

Terrible place!! They say it’s $60 but it turns out to be over $100 after they add the frames, prescriptions, etc.. You can never get thru to the store to speak to anyone. You get routed to a call center and all they can do is take messages. Not happy at all with this place!
The glasses stop is really great. The prices are good and a little lower than the market. Very good equipment and professional and nice staff.I can not give 5 starts because the delivery time is very very very long. You will have to wait, if lucky, two or three weeks. My wife has been waiting for 5 weeks and no call to her for any apologize or explanation.If the solve this very serious issue I would give then 5 starts plus
Horrible customer service, they all seem depressed with their jobs or lives. I think I got here during their lunch break because I have been waiting here for about 20 min now and I can here all of them joking around in the break room. They see you waiting but they don’t acknowledge you letting you know they will be with you momentarily. They where so quick in charging my card and taking my money but they take their time in attending your needs. If you are in a rush do not come to this place, not even with an appointment which I’ve made will help. On top of all that when they finally see you for your eye exam they want to go quickly to get rid of you and go back to doing nothing.
Shady answers over the phone. I called for the price of the eye exam and the answer was 59.99 and up. So depending on my graduation is the answer? Like I have to do the exam and depending on how more or less graduation I have Is how much Im going to paid besides the 59.99?I mentioned and I was clear and specific, that I need an exam for glasses not contacts. That I wear progressive glasses all day long. And I know that the lens is a separate price. AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THE EXAM VARIES DEPENDING ON MY GRADUATION? Tha was a joke to consumers

Good environment and new virtual service experience. Unfortunately I was not able to get my glasses that day. Did not have enough money to pay for them after the discounts from Medicaid and amerigroup health plan. I was followed constantly out of choosing the glasses and was unable to decide because I felt like they there were like watching me like if I was a thief checking merchandise to steal it. I am not a thief. When I made the appointment I was not told i have to pay $20 per visit. I was not aware that any glasses I would choose would be over the limit of what I consider able for me right there and then. I felt bad because I did not have the money right there to pay for the new pair of glasses I need. Then I was asked to give a deposit so that they could hold the glasses or the order for my prescription lenses. I was very upset. And guess what I really liked this place and all the new technology used there is just fabulous.

I dont like writing bad reviews but this place was something else for me. I had my eyes checked here over 2 years ago. My prescription stayed the same so i stayed using my old glasses and the new glasses i got from here i left them in the case to have a second pair handy. About 4 months ago i decided to use the new pair, which they were in perfect condition. Four months later after using them my glasses are starting to peel off yes PEEL OFF first time this has ever happen to me after 10 years of using eyeglasses. Also I got like a membership with them meaning I paid to be in idk what type of eye club which they told me it had a bunch of benefit and for my next eye exam if I would go before the last week of March I wouldnt pay only for the contacts exam which it was okay but when I went early March to get my free eye exam and of course they couldnt find me in the system!! I will never ever return to this place not only did i pay for something i never got to use but their customer service was horrible as well and if i was able to give 0 starts i would !!!

Not precise with its appointment system. Unclear about its wait times and quite misleading with the FREE eye exam advertisement. The eye exam is not free, which many of the billboards dont point out, it is $45 IF you do not buy their eyeglasses.I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and in addition, when having asked the front desk, I was told to wait an additional 25 minutes, just for the eye exam.In addition, it was unbearably hot within the store, and its design was quite boring and dull.Summary:1. Misleading advertising.2. Excessive Wait Time.3. No use of Appointments.4. No sense of how long to wait to be attended.5. Dull store location with poor climate control.
Ive used my eye lab - hialeah about a total of 3 times. My experience has never been great but pretty decent. This last time although the girls are very nice has been a huge disappointment... its been over a month and I still have not received my glasses. I went in when I received a call stating that my glasses were in to only receive some sun glasses that were not at all, not even near the ones I had chosen, the clear glasses werent even there. Good thing I hadnt paid the full amount of $245! And only gave $40 I rather them just stay with that ... Ive already went elsewhere and already received my glasses.

Clerks at this location need to have a training course in how to meet and greet people in a public setting. How to be respectful to customers, Ive been in side this store on ten different times, each time the clerks waits on a customer that has just entered the store from off the street, while other customers that were there already have to wait but they were in the store when this new customer came in. Disrespectful, then to ask you if you had youreyes examed at this location, when I explained that I wanted a copy of my Prescription that was back in JUNE.
My eye lab in Hialeah is a great spot to go for a last minute exam. I needed a prescription and some contacts in a hurry and this my eye lab went above and beyond. Very professional and friendly staff. Sasha was very helpful and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Biggs. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The customer service was great at 49th ST at Hialeah . The manager is a friendly and helpful young man and the technician was wonderful too.First time there, i will be a long time customer. The store looks very nice.The above was my first impression that lasted until I went to pick up my glasses and I could not see properly. Once I told that I wasnt happy with my new glasses everybody change attitude and it was not pleasent anymore.Its a pity that I have to say now that I will never return for service.
Worst place ever. Scares me a little that the eye exam its done by a tv. They dont have a real doctor. And of course, i cant see anything with my glasses. They took forever to be ready. Horrible, I do not recommend anyone to go there, they are completely unprofessional, they lost my mothers information and did not have her glasses ready after two weeks, and my mother paid over 400 dollars for her glasses. When she went to see if they had it ready they told her they did not have any information. Then proceeded to be very unprofessional with her like if she was in the wrong. My daughters contacts are still not ready after two weeks and those are the trail pair, I dont know where their manufacturer is but it definitely is not in this country from what I am looking at. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there.
I initially was worried about all the bad experiences I was reading online. But my experience was good from start to end. Is my first time with glasses and the lady was very patient with me and even gave me a good discount. The glasses are good quality. I got the promotion 2 for $119 and Im very happy with them. Got the glasses in les then two weeks. Hope everyone can have the same experience I had.

I had a great experience here last month. It was a Sunday afternoon I called to see if they were opened which they were and they even allowed me to come in that same day. Had my eye exam and I placed my glasses order and received them about 6 days later. I was so pleased I order 3pairs plus sunglasses. The weird part was that there was no doctors it was virtual eye exam but the guy that was working there I believe his name was Jimmy was beyond great super great customer service explain to me everything that was going to happen help me make my purchase. even the virtual doctor was awesome I didnt feel rush I asked questions was answered Im sorry I forgot the name of the other guy that help me select my lens but was very patient explain to me everything I would really recommend this and have two other people great experience thank you. As for price you can get what is advertised but is very below basic you definitely want to take advantage of the buy one get the other one off or spend a little bit more on nicer frames they have a very wide selection or you could bring your own in. The exam is free if you purchase frame but this is way better than all the other places Visionworks Americas Best Eye. I am a very happy Thanks Again

If I can give this place NO STARS at all I would. This place is so unorganized and the customer service given by the employees is EXTREMELY bad. I took my mother on March 7th to replace her glasses because the lense was scratched and not only did we pay for the $45 for the eye exam when it was supposed to be free, but then we had to pay extra for her glasses to get mounted. So in total we had to pay $180... They had told us that the glasses would be ready in ten buisness days, thats being the worst case scenario. Well here we are three weeks later and still no glasses. When we called the store to see if they were ready the guy that answered was very rude and he said that he was the manager when he really wasnt and told us that we had to wait another three days, we asked to speak with someone else besides him because of the fact that he was so unproffessional. The lady was nice enough to put the order as express so that we can receive the glasses sooner. Please save yourself the headache and do not waste your time or money in this place.

They game me an appointment to retest i got there in time and they help someone else before me and then they tell me im too late and the doctor is going to lunch after i lost 2 hours of my job to go there without pay because of their mistake. Called in to request information about a promotion they were running, was given one set of information. When I arrived at the store, was given very different information by the attendant and was told the promotion I called in about the day before was no longer running. I was then offered alternate promotions for which the details kept changing every time I asked a question. If you chose to get glasses through my eyelab I would suggest being very mindful to make note of who you spoke. My eyelab is sneaky sneaky with their pricing and promotions.

Very very very bad service. I made an appt at 6:30pm its now 6:23pm. I arrived here at the eye clinic and the doors were closed. The employees inside were looking at me crazy. Eye lab closes Mon-Sat at 7pm. A lady unlocked the door to tell me theyre closed and arent accepting no clients because the OWNER told them to close for the night. How is that professional? When a client makes an appt the employees working that shift are responsible to reach out to the client to reschedule not have them drive almost 45 mins from south Beach to tell them its closed. THIS THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL EYE CLINIC IVE EVER BEEN TO. Theyre rude and they dont know how to run a business. Working the way this business works will be a loss sooner or later. Again DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!

I dont recommend this place for anyone who wants a good pair of glasses. I visited the place twice for the same problem. After a month, the glasses are still bad, and one of them it did not have my husbands graduation. I got very disappointed. I also believe that the Lab that they chose are using a poor quality material.
They prescribe the wrong prescription and then have the guts afterwards that I need to pay for another exam. My glass dont fit and when you wear the glass your cross-eyed. What do you do? Oh wait... theres more!!! Your glasses take 2 weeks and if you dont remember the date or wonder if it comes earlier, THEY DONT CALL!!!~Great Service.... SIKE!!!!

I have been coming here for the past 4 years now for my glasses and exams. I must say that today I am really upset and will most likely be the last time I even come back. I went in today to adjust my glasses and the guy that helped me out messed up one the lens. It has some kind of scratch marks that take up more than half of the inner corner and I swear to my life that I did not bring them in there like that. As soon as he gave them back to me and I saw that I told him that I did not bring in my glasses like this, if it’s possible that the heat they use to adjust the frame did this. His response was constant “I assure you the heat did not touch the glass, I do this all the time”. I can’t even see what they are doing because for one, their backs are turned and secondly, I do not have my glasses on so I can’t see. I am really upset that he did not want to own up to his mistake and that they did nothing to help me. Now I have to deal with an uncomfortable sight on my right eye until I have enough money to get new glasses.

I asked the employee behind the counter why is the ladies going before me and the other employee that was helping other people quickly responded because you were late when he had no idea what time I walked into the store nor was he aware of my appt time. Subsurd

Horrible customer service. I waited 2 hours and was not able to be seen (with an appointment). Other customers were put in front of me because they knew the manager. STAY AWAY! Not worth even a second of your time with so many more places to go to like Americas Best and dr.hoover at the Walmart center.
Get one pair get the other pair free is not true, you still have to pay the Lens on both and they want you to pay more and more for extras had to pay almost $400. The one pair one pair free, such a lie, and I am not picky
