I give 1 because there is no cero. I changed my glasses from progressive to normal lent and they gave me trouble to return the difference. The manager explained me the difference and I didn’t want the glasses. I told him that I don’t want the glasses he got upset and told me don’t come back here at the store anymore. This is unprofessional, you shouldn’t treat a customer like this. My family won’t come back here at for eyes.

Came here to do my annual check up for my eyes, and I have to say I was very pleased with my visit and experience at For Eyes Optical. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and provide exceptional customer service. As for the Doctor she is brilliant, and does amazing work. Ive heard a lot of great reviews about her, and Im happy I gave this location a chance to try out. Scheduling appointments is also easy, and wait times are very short. What is there not to love about this place? Highly recommended.Quick note: Closed on Thursday and Sunday.
Dr.Boscky is unique, she really cares about her patients. Shes very passionate doing her job. It worth to wait in the waiting room several minutes just to see her. She takes her time with each patient just to give them the best service.
I’m giving one start because something I have to give to place my feedback. Just horrible service, more than 20 days to get the my glasses. Customer services skills is down to the floor. I would never go back or recommend anyone.
Dr. Borsky is very nice. Ive been here many times and she always makes it a pleasant experience.
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My husband and I waited for over 40 min and no one acknowledged us, no one even said Hi.SARI, one of the sales lady was literally chewing ice and looking at us while my husband and I were sitting there with three pairs of glasses to buy.I hope she does not work on commission because if she does, she just missed a ton of money.

The worst service on the glasses department the girl at desk it’s terrible helping people not professional at all I would only go there to see the doctor lady Betty b. For my glasses prescription she is the best I doctor I have gone to thankyou doctor b.b.
Dr. Betty Borski is the truth, Ive known her for over a decade (2001) and she provides not only good service, but good conversation, plus she knows what she is doing. Otto knows how to make things happen, very caring people.
Dr. Borsky is excellent. The person making the appointments at the front desk is clueless. Go elsewhere if you want a quick visit. Spent 2 hr and 30 min with an appointment. Walk-ins and people late to their appointments get pushed in front.

I was sold ~$400 glasses that due to poor quality of the product un-glued. Kayla, the person at the service desk did not have any solution. They will not fix your glasses without asking for an extremely overpriced fix.
This is my second time here, was not happy with the person helping me the first time, trying again, same person, she have not change not happy, because of the owner one 🌟 last time going their after this pick up . She needs help with how to talk to all who walk in their.

The delay to make the glasses is tremendous anywhere they are one or two days but there 8 days and when they arrived I had to send them again because they were badly made 8 more days
I never saw terrible customer service, never go to that place, thats why they have to close and then the economy is bad, employee like that two they have there they have fired them ok they are not used for customer service
