What can I say its 7-Eleven you can never go wrong walking into one of those stores no. They always have such a great selection of different stuff I can never figure out what I want to drink. I actually went there to redeem a coupon that I received in the mail for a brand new hydration drink unfortunately they did not carry it other than that the attendant behind the counter was great even let me take my bike inside since I didnt have my lock somebody stole it anyway great place to explore different types of snacks and drinks I love 7-Eleven

My favorite as long as employees don’t count as part of my review.

Saw bunch of cups on the floor and the employee just put them back on the rack as if they weren’t dirty. The store itself smells like dirty mop.

Broken vacuum machine didnt work and stole my money.

Horrible service for car wash, it’s doesn’t work and they act like you are the one who doesn’t know how to park

I go to this 7 eleven because of its close proximity to the house, I went to get a hot dog and the cashier lady says that her boss wont let her sell the hot dogs because they have been there all day and will make me sick I didnt quite understand why she would leave the hot dogs there if they were bad and they looked fresh too. I bought the coffee that has been there all day but she didnt say anything about it, the last time I was here she also gave me a hard time about the hot dog. If anyone is reading this it is the old red hair lady with the glasses in the night shift.

Horrible service, there is a lady that works there that is just nice and gives great service to men. But every time I go there she is very disrespectful and gets involved in my personal life. Not only to me but I’ve seen her be rude to other women. Do not recommend going there.

Never had an issue at this store before, today that changed. I had two separate orders and I told the lady that the pay was separate and receipt, she confused the orders and when I spoke to her about it she was defensive telling us next time we need to check giving major attitude and making aggresive gestures with her hands. Told us we were the ones that messed up and when confronted about the receipt she had no answer and completely ignored it being rude. Would not reccomend going here at all. The lady is an older lady with dyed red long hair. You should be able to spot her easily as she seems to always be that way.

To add to my recent horrible experience. Now when I go to get my points for my purchases /drinks they dont dont let me put in my number, saying they already finished transactions,I and when tried asking how they can be reapplied, they said it cant cant in front of them. coming back and leaving the rest behind since its next to my house. I guess because of poor management they keep losing customers.

Someone tried to use my debit card at this store.

I am a regular customer at this 7 Eleven for a long time, and I had never had problems but from a few days ago to here, they changed the staff and there is a Lady that they put new at dawn who I do not know what the truth is called, but it is Unpleasant You speak to her in Spanish and she responds to you in English and she speaks Spanish, Stupid You are in the Heart of Hialeah if you want to speak English go to another City and for my part Go to the Carajoo Stupidaaaaaaa

Its the worst every time I go there are always problems, there is bad customer service! They dont want to attend you! I have been like three times and every time I go it is a disaster, if you order arepas they tell you that they are frisadas or they prepare them with a bad face! I have had problems and they do not solve it. Every time I come I feel challenged by the workers! Manager do something !!!!

THE OLDER PEOPLES SHIFT NEVER WANTS TO SELL PIZZA AT NIGHT AND TODAY, JUNE 8, 2020 THEY HAD THE OVEN ALREADY OFF AT 9:30 PM, BESIDES THEY ASKED THEM WHY THE OVEN WAS COOLING SO EARLY AND THEY SMILED IN MY FACE AND THEY DIDNT ANSWER ME, AND APPEARING IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAPPENED THERE

A lousy service, the rudeness that the cashier of that place has is horrible, I do not recommend it. The lady who treated me tonight treated me badly in front of everyone, I definitely dont go to that gas station anymore, I dont recommend it

Horrible according to the cashier, the owner says that I can not put the creams that I want to my coffee verify the reason why a franchise does not succeed if it stops at those minimal details instead of worrying because the garbage is overflowed there is no paper or water ... that should worry you not the coffee creams of the users
