Going to this CVS store to get the Covid-19 test was my worst experience. My name is Alex with an appointment at 10:30 to Covid-19 test, confirmation code 1001053 I dos come in in time Daniela was with a very bad and unprofessional actitud and manners with me, this was my first test so I didn’t really know what to do and after I asked to Daniela she told me that I supposed to know how to do it so she won’t tell what todo with a very bad manner on top of that. CVS what’s going on? Don’t you give to your employees any training? She have to ask questions to her coworkers talking to them for almos 10 minutes, cause obviously she didn’t know how deep I have to place that toothpick in to my nose. It look to me that Daniela care less to her job and she is in the wrong profession I certainly won’t comeback to that CVS location in my time life for sure, please do not make the mistake to go there like I did.

Wish there was a zero star option. This is the absolute worst pharmacy! Medicines were scheduled for delivery for today with no reason cancelled delivery says to call to reschedule pick up or delivery. Well after 29 minutes on hold my husbands call got hung up. I was on hold for 12 before deciding to go in. Well drop off and pick up are all the same line. During these times this is totally unacceptable. As of today taking my prescription to Publix.

Long lines inside, line lines outside this is rediculous. Hire more people to help out. When you call it the same. I have had to half an hour to 45 mins at times to get someone to answer. I had to hang up several times and you hear them pick up and put you on hold again. General manager needs to put some monitors at this store to check customer waiting time and see what needs to be change to improve customer service.

Read the reviews!!!!!! I wish I had! Customer/patient care sucks. I’ve been waiting over an hour for pain meds. Not a vitamin, or routine meds… pain meds after surgery. Everyone in line before has gone, why am I still waiting? Prepping meds that people will pick up later or tomorrow? Next week? Not cool, other pharmacies have understand patients needs and done better. Including other CVSs. It’s just too late for me to move and start over somewhere else. Empathy? Sympathy? You won’t find it here

I never never write reviews, but I am writing this in the hopes that it can help someone else. If you have the option to go to any other pharmacy, do that please. I called yesterday for my prescription and the man who answered the phone was rude and said there was no prescription, although I made sure with my dermatologist that it was indeed sent. Today, I have called about 4 times each time on hold for 10 minutes and no answer. I decided to call the general store twice and the store manager answered first transferring me back to the pharmacy and supposedly paging them the second time he told me that all ge could do was transfer my call back to the pharmacy and page them again, he couldnt help me in any other way. Now my dermatologist is closed and wont reopen until Monday...

AVOID THIS PHARMACY! Scheduled a Covid test online for an upcoming travel. Received my email confirmation, reminder text etc. Get to the drive-thru make a 40min line and when I get to the window the pharmacist says they are not doing test “because there system is down”. Extremely inconsiderate given people are making a line for this and wasting their time. Additionally, Corporate needs to update the online system. If they are not taking test at this location then you need to update your available sites! Local residents depend on this pharmacy and it’s extremely unreliable. Above all the customer service is terrible!!! No compasión, consideration or kindness. This Pharmacy/Store needs a whole restructure!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I had to wait at drivethru like an hour to get a medicine, the lady was talking with somebody else, reading papers, THIS CVS ON 49 ST AND 16TH AVE IN HIALEAH HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE WORLD, go to cvs on 12 and 68, they know how to take care of clients, they are faster and great service.

This pharmacy would benefit from retraining the pharmacy personnel on costumer service, specially the drive thru personnel. Also, have personnel to pick up the phone; which would lessen the number of walkings to the pharmacy, thus, shorter lines. Two stars from me was actually very generous. Was happy at Walgreens but insurance company changed its policies and forces me to go to CVS for my blood pressure medications.

If I can give this 0 stars I honestly would tbh. Their service is absolutely horrible. My mother and I went to go to the pharmacy just to have some questions and I was going to pick up the kit for the COVID test since I had called a CVS ahead of time and they said I could take it home. When I get there, they give this unprofessional attitude saying I couldnt pick it up at the counter but theyre handing kits through the drive through and those people are taking it home? That logic didnt make sense. Its a shame that my mother also has to get her prescriptions here.

The Worst service ever. Never pickup the phone, and when they pickup they say please hold and they put you on hold again, and after 30 minutes pickup again and hang the phone. This is the same every time you call. If you decide to go there in person be prepared to be treated rude and like they are doing you a favor. Ill just take my business elsewhere...

Edit 4 months later, now that the pharmacy has its own review section: Lilliam is fantastic. Truly cares about the customers, very friendly and honest. She called for backup 5 times when the line had 12 on queue and none of the employees nearby came to help until minutes later. // Awful pharmacy service. Not a month goes by where I see my own or someone elses prescription being hurled across the pharmacy like its a game. Technicians dont seem to know what theyre doing, ever. Cashiers let people skip or just stand there looking pretty. It wasnt like this a year ago.

Honestly the older lady that works there is a heartless person! I went to pick up medicine for my niece I arrived at 8:57 PM and at 8:58PM I decided to take a picture because I had a feeling of the stunt they were going to pull! At 8:59 my car was in front of their window and they had already put up the sign that they were closed? Without me saying a word she screamed “that they were closed!” Before I could say anything about it not being 9 yet she asked “Date of Birth” I told her and verified the name! She told me that they didn’t have anything in the system with her name????Are you kidding me, all she had to do was walk over a couple of steps and process my payment! There was also a guy next to her! I hope they both get in trouble! I really wish I had their names because I called another pharmacy that is currently open and they did I fact verify that her medicine was there at that location! What if this was something urgent? This is hands down the worst pharmacy Ive been to. The cashier section is severely understaffed, they have horrible communication within the staff itself. This cvs sends you coupons and when you go they never have the products. And on top of that they give you attitude like you are bothering them for asking. If you dont want people to go and ask for what your pharmacy is offering then please stop your false advertising. Even the managers get upset. And they lie about having the product. Could it be less than 1 star? This place is horrible. The drive thru over 30 minute wait with 2 cars in front and that’s just to get to window once you do, you have to wait another 15min. So slow, no one speaks English and are rude. The phone never answered! The older lady in drive thru is rude and passive aggressive when I told her that I was advise my medication would be ready in 30 min and had been 1 hour she smile and ok ok.

I have been shopping at this pharmacy for almost 10 years and previously I never had complaints about the service, but unfortunately, and I dont want to generalize, the work team is getting worse every day, at least from the pharmacy, I dont know about the store. First I went to the drive to pick up a medicine for my child, we only had the car in front and mine, when the first one left they made me wait 45 min to give me the medicine and I couldnt enter the store because I had the baby asleep in the car. You come in person to ask a question and they ignore you and nobody answers you, on the contrary they look at you as if you were strange. Today I called by phone 2 times, the first time they picked up the phone and they never spoke to me and I listened to her entire conversation so I was for 20 minutes waiting for the answer, I hung up and called again and at this moment I have been waiting for 53 minutes just so that tell me without my sons medicine this list. They honestly go from bad to worse.

I used to buy in this CVS, all personal hygiene and household cleaning products including milk and other things, but some time ago around 4 months ago I have seen how the store has declined in its service, there are workers very Good as Gladys, worse there is a manager who does not have any form to attend costumers, finally I went to buy a deodorant and the offer was to buy a package of 2 deodorants and the second package of 2, (50% off ) But there was no more and I asked him to give me the one left in 50% because there was no more and he said no and that if he wanted me to go to the next day to see if the truck that brought more arrived, I went and did not buy My deodorant, because I just didnt feel like helping a customer who had been shopping at CVS for years and now Im not going.

The treatment of the pharmacy is terrible, they are talking and doing stories and they do not serve the public, today, my wife called them 3 times and they had it on hold for more than 20 minutes and they hung up the phone, the company of insurance to which my wife belongs, I call them because they had authorized a medication and the pharmacy for their careless work had done everything wrong, and they believe, they had the insurance provider 45 minutes and they hung up the phone, they went back to call and this time at 20 minutes they answered, and in the end they did not even know that they did not have the medicine in stock, so after being more than 4 hours in this situation, we had to move the medication to another pharmacy, it was a incredible moment, and very unpleasant, and are the example of the ineptitude, lack of respect and consideration with the patients, total irresponsibility, which can cause an accident when serving a medication, because they are making all except for the work for which they are paid, the Dra is another irresponsible and we complained to the manager on duty and did nothing, with those bosses that can be expected from the workers, as far as we are concerned we withdraw all our medications from there and we put a complaint to the consumer complaints department, we provide evidence and photos of the irresponsible bad work and we demand an investigation and give us an answer, my opinion do not buy medicines there because they can die
