The lady was very polite and professional. I was the first person there this morning so my inspection was done as soon as I got there. Very pleased and would recommend to others.

I have been coming to this location for 6 years. I have always been greeted and treated with good customer service. The service is quick and I go during my lunch break which seems to be a good time because there has never been a crowd. I will continue to go to this location and during my lunch break because the service is so quick I can still get lunch and get back to my job without missing any extra time. I highly recommend this location for car inspection needs.

The name is very fitting as I got an Auto Inspection and was truly in and out at remarkable speed. Great service, super fast, and the most affordable Ive ever used. I really cant even say much because I was there such a short time. The young guys working there were really polite, professional, and not trying to upsell me on any ridiculous bull$hit. They did their jobs really well and really fast. Definitely the absolute best place to get an amazingly fast inspection with no hassle, no sales pitch, and no corporate bull$hit. Fastest inspection of my life

I had to get my Inspection for my car. This shop Is the only place that you can get out of town inspections. Im in Hickory a lot but I work somewhere else,So it worked out perfectly because they are the only shop that have the machine For out of town inspections. Quick easy and I only paid 30 bucks!Happy customer

I take or send all of my cars, van and trucks here to be inspected and anything else dealing with vehicles. The staff is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Service is done quickly and efficiently. There may be a wait on very busy days but it usually isnt long. Only once did I leave and then came back later..

I have been getting my auto inspections done here for several years and have never had a complaint. I came in today and was told that they only do safety inspections for Catawba County and not emissions inspections - fine. I was told that they wouldn’t be able to use the $5 off coupon that they offer due to this fact - okay. I was told the price would be $13 - fine. I waited while they did the car. When they finished, they told me that it would be $23 due to my window tint, and that I still couldn’t use a coupon. I DON’T HAVE AFTER-FACTORY TINTED WINDOWS, and it is obvious. Funny, I didn’t have and wasn’t charged for window tint the past several years that I received inspections from here. I even have the receipts and paperwork to prove it. I have also had inspections done at my dealership and have never been charged a window tint fee. I have receipts and paperwork for that too. So, my windows weren’t that dark in the past when I was paying the higher fees for inspections and emissions. However, today they are dark, and I need to pay $10 more for window tint when I should only be paying $13. What the heck?

The woman working on 10-16-19 was BEYOND rude. They drove my car in the bay, a few minutes later she opens the door and asks, are you Catawba? I was confused and said what? She says, what county are you? We have lots of people from all over come in, I said, Yes, I live in Cataeba county. From there it was on. She would not stop griping or her little comments she had to say about EVERYTHING!! Nasty attitude is NOT good customer service!! Not the person to have representing your company!!

Sooo I was trying to decide where to take my car for an inspection so I call here to speakwith the rudest person Ive ever heard in customer service. She was extremely curt when I was asking around how long would it take etc and even had the audacity to snap Im busy I dont have time for this (at which point I hung up). I dont know if their service in person is any better but it sure cant be any worse! Lost a potential customer.

Would not recommend. Past 2 years I have come here for my inspection, and never had an issue. This year I go and am first told to get new tires. Valid point -- so replaced tires. Come back and wait 30 minutes before I am ever even spoken to; two workers walk by me multiple times.Waited as I watched them laugh and joke while customers waited. I am then told that they cant inspect the car due to the tint. The exact same tint that was there the previous years. The car is 20 years old, has had tinted windows for about 10 of those years. The vehicle was purchased from an active police officer; so I guess he has been riding around illegal.But question is, the first time I came by -- did you not see this illegal tint that you spotted within 3 seconds of talking to me?? Waste of time. I am writing this as my car is being inspected and passing paperwork is printing......

Great price on Rain-X Latitude wiper blades. Installed free. Oh Boy, they really wipe better & dispense the Rain- X compound on the windshield.

Went in and the checked my bike. Found out brake light did not work. No charge. Went bake after getting brakes fixed.

Stay away from this place!!! Very shady operation going on here. If you have any tint on windows factory or not you will pay extra $10. Trust me and take your vehicle somewhere else. I have 9 vehicles between work and home I use to take here and I will never be back as of 11/4/19.

Trained staff, they take care of your vehicle, all they do are Auto Inspections, so youre not waiting behind someone with an oil change or at a dealership where it will take an hour before they can get to you. Charge the same as other places. So I would recomend.
